Video After The Jump

Warner Bros. Pictures has rolled out the second official trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and we must say it looks epic.

It kicks off with Clark Kent / Superman (Henry Cavill) being introduced at a party to Bruce Wayne / Batman (Ben Affleck) by Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg).

12351866275?profile=original

The intense action kicks in from there. Lois Lane (Amy Adams) joins the fun when Luthor's evil creation is unleashed upon the world..

12351866667?profile=original

Plot: Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.

The film hits theaters on March 25, 2016.

Directed by Zack Snyder.

Video After The Jump

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) — As many as three gunmen believed to be wearing military-style gear opened fire Wednesday at a Southern California social services center, killing at least 14 people and wounding more than a dozen others, authorities said.

FBI agents and other law enforcement authorities converged on the center and searched room to room for the attacker or attackers, San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said. But he said they may have escaped in a dark SUV, he said.

"They came prepared to do what they did, as if they were on a mission," Burguan said, noting the attackers carried long guns — which can mean rifles or shotguns.

Police shed no light on a motive.

Witnesses said several people locked themselves in their offices, desperately waiting to be rescued by police, after gunfire erupted at the Inland Regional Center, which serves people with developmental disabilities.

The attack took place in a rented-out conference area where the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health was holding a banquet, said Maybeth Feild, president and CEO of the center. She said the building houses at least 25 employees as well as a library and conference center.

460x.jpg

No weapons were recovered at the center, though authorities were investigating unidentified items in the building and have brought in bomb squads, Burguan said.

Ten of the wounded were hospitalized in critical condition, and three were in serious conditioni, San Bernardino Fire Chief Tom Hannemann said. Police cautioned that the number of people killed and wounded were preliminary estimates that could change.

460x.jpg

San Bernardino police spokesman Sgt. Vicki Cervantes told The Associated Press there were reports from witnesses of one to three gunmen.

As the manhunt went on, stores, office buildings and at least one school were locked down in the city of 214,000 people about 60 miles east of Los Angeles, and roads were blocked off.

460x.jpg

Triage units were set up outside the center, and people were seen being wheeled away on stretchers. Others walked quickly from a building with their hands up. They were searched by police before being reunited with loved ones.

President Barack Obama was briefed on the attack by his homeland security adviser.

He said it was too early to know the shooters' motives, but urged the country to take steps to reduce the frequency of mass shootings. He told CBS that stricter gun laws, including stronger background checks, would make the country safer.

"The one thing we do know is that we have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world, and there's some steps we could take, not to eliminate every one of these mass shootings, but to improve the odds that they don't happen as frequently," Obama said.

Terry Petit said his daughter works at the center, and he got a text from her saying she was hiding in the building after hearing gunshots. Petit choked back tears as he read the texts for reporters outside the center. He said she wrote: "People shot. In the office waiting for cops. Pray for us. I am locked in an office."

Marcos Aguilera's wife was in the building when the gunfire erupted. He said a shooter entered the building next to his wife's office and opened fire.

"They locked themselves in her office. They seen bodies on the floor," Aguilera told KABC-TV, adding that his wife was able to get out of the building unharmed.

The social services center has two large buildings that require a badge to get in, said Sheela Stark, an Inland Regional Center board member. However, the conference room where many public events take place — including the banquet on Wednesday — is usually left open when visitors are expected.

Contributing to this report were Brian Melley, John Antczak, Christopher Weber, John Rogers, Christine Armario, Gillian Flaccus and Sue Manning in Los Angeles; Amy Taxin in San Bernardino; Alina Hartounian in Phoenix; Michael Sisak in Philadelphia; and Hannah Cushman in Chicago.

**CNN UPDATE**

CNN affiliate KABC showed images of police activity in a neighborhood on Wednesday. It was unclear whether the operation was tied to a shooting earlier in the day. The images showed a black SUV and a person on the ground.

24 year old Artist HDTV,  real name Keon Kennedy is from the West side 103rd street area of Jacksonville Florida bka Duval County. "Life was life and Im grateful for it but im gonna relay real life- we pride ourselves on authenticity" as HD stated in an earlier interview for Void Magazine.

#FIKR No Fluke (FRONT) Cover

FIKRNation and  #FIKR (Fuck It Keep Rollin) is a trademark phrase synonymous with the music as he always references his music to progression or 'No Fluke'. While a gifted senior in high school and still heavily in the streets as most youth were around him, During 2008-09 HD managed to rack up a list of hefty felonies in a shooting episode which almost ended his life and put him away for an extensive long time. Signing a plea agreement as a youth offender for 0-5 years for (4), 2nd degree shooting Felonies got him a stand still situation serving time from the week of his high school graduation throughout the next 18 months serving over a year stent incarcerated in an array of state facilities and a stiff community control upon release. He then went to stay with his mother and family in Fort. Lauderdale and Miami Florida. Within a few months after his release in 2010 and upon court order of him to leave Duval County, he made the decison to move to Tallahassee to pursue school. While there he linked up with 2 fellow artists and a DJ from Duval County and continued his passion of music. It was there where he would get his first taste of breaking in main stream clubs and DJ's spinning his records consistently. "Dj's like DJ Loosekid, DJ Shab and former DJ Lil Stanley were instrumental in breaking me as an artists to my peers and playing my records in clubs when people didn't know I made music". It was also there where he would end up finding out he had a son on the way to be born in Orlando Fl. After feeling as if the process of making musical progression was moving rather slow HD made the decision to leabe his circle and friends and move to Orlando to be closer to his son and pursue a stronger push as a fully independent artist. Here he linked up and caught the eye of Grammy-Nominated producer Ayo and began to write music as well as work with sum of Orlando's hottest Artists like Woop & RichGang's Caskey. After non-agreements to distribution deal offers from labels like Bungalo Records, Universal and Management companies while struggling to make ends meet HD and a 2 hour conversation with Atlanta's Hip Hop Veteran Coach K, from then he began to assemble his team, what would be known as #FIKRNation and travel to work with names like Bankroll Fresh, Peewee Longway, Bankroll PJ etc. While still a rising artists HDTV is set to make a major splash on the industry. While its almost impossible to confuse how HD looks with anyone, his trademark ad libs and distinct flow set him far apart and his sound different from anything out. When asked he says "The hardest thing about doing it is maintaining at the same time". For now all we can do is tune in and wait and see, but in the meantime FIKR ..

Jermaine Jackson's wife, Halima Rashid, went full pit bull on her husband, biting his leg, during a domestic spat over the weekend, TMZ reports.

Jackson was the one who called police.

Rashid was arrested on Saturday, November 28, at the couple's Woodland Hills, California home and hauled off to jail. She quickly posted $50,000 bail and was released, but not before being charged with felony corporal injury on a spouse.

12351863686?profile=original

According to WKLaw.com, if Rashid found guilty she could be sent to jail for up to four years in prison and face a fine of up to $6,000.

The couple have been married since August 2004.

Ah, Ah, Ah!

Bobby Shmurda is close to being released from jail where he has been held since December 17, 2014. The rapper, real name Ackquille Jean Pollard, was taken into custody at that time along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.

He was charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

The rest of his Brooklyn, New York crew were hit with some of the same charges, plus attempted assault, assault, attempted murder, murder and criminal use of a firearm.

During Bobby's incarceration many wondered why his label, Epic Records, never posted his bail.

12351157465?profile=original

The "Hot Nigga" hit maker doesn't have to worry about that anymore because his aunt has stepped up in a big way by putting several properties up for collateral, according to TMZ. Other family members have also helped. They are working closely with bondsman Ira Judelson.

The judge in Bobby's case is said to be going over every detail in the bond package to make sure everything is legit, but his family has reportedly put a 200-page "bulletproof" document together that accounts for every dime.

If things go according to plan, Bobby could be free by Thursday, December 3rd.

**UPDATE** December 3

Unfortunately, Bobby's lawyers were shut down by a judge in a New York City court room today when they tried to bail the rapper out.

TMZ reports that Bobby's bail arrangement was changed and the $2 million bond package was rejected.

His family isn't giving up and will continue to work to free him.

"It's kind of like Black Lives Matter. When someone says Black lives matter, it doesn't mean other lives don't. Are White people guests in hip-hop? Hell Yeah!"

As someone who considers himself a guest in the house of DJ Screw's version of the culture, Paul Wall exclusively spoke to DJ Vlad about white rappers being "guests" in hip-hop. Following continuous scrutiny over Iggy Azalea's validation in hip-hop, Paul says, "It didn't bother me or nothing at all." The 34-year-old believes that the Houston hip-hop scene and the culture as a whole is too busy facing their own issues to worry about Iggy Azalea's place in hip-hop. "The things, the hurdles, the challenges we face from Houston, from Texas in hip-hop—man we ain't worry[ing] about Slim Jesus [or] Iggy Azalea. We ain't worried about none of that. We got our own world going on of things that's way more crucial to us in our Texas hip-hop culture."

The Slab rider goes on to discuss Hip Hop's lack of accountability, "Who is asking Kool Herc about new artists?" No one and because of this, Paul believes it is easy for almost anyone to become a rap star with a "hit" song without truly understanding the culture.

Video After The Jump

Kylie Jenner is getting plenty of attention for her new Interview magazine photo shoot. The 18-year old reality television star is snapped by photographer Steven Klein rocking lots of latex, assless chaps and posing in a wheelchair.

The wheelchair prop is causing enough controversy that reps for the publication have issued a statement via E! News.

"At Interview, we are proud of our tradition of working with great artists and empowering them to realize their distinct and often bold visions. The Kylie Jenner cover by Steven Klein, which references the British artist Allen Jones, is a part of this tradition, placing Kylie in a variety of positions of power and control and exploring her image as an object of vast media scrutiny. Throughout the Art Issue, we celebrate a variety of women who are both the creators and subjects of their artistic work, and the Kylie feature aims to unpack Kylie's status as both engineer of her image and object of attention."

Video After The Jump

Mendeecees Harris was sentenced to eight years in a federal penitentiary on Tuesday, December 1, for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that shipped large amounts of heroin and cocaine from downstate New York to Rochester, from 2005 until August 2012.

Harris pleaded guilty in April.

He could have been sentenced to as much as 20 years if he had chosen to go to trial and gotten convicted. Harris will get credit for 15 months already served. The Democrat and Chronicle reports that with good behavior and changes to drug sentencing guidelines he could be a free man in five or six years.

U.S. District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. said that Harris, his brother and one other man shipped two to five kilograms of cocaine monthly, plus up to seven kilograms of heroin.

Authorities brought an end to the drug ring when they raided two New York City homes in August 2012. $615,000 in cash was found in the homes. Another $911,000 was found in safety deposit boxes connected to the drug ring, according to the Democrat and Chronicle.

The 36-year old star of Love and Hip Hop: New York issued a statement via his Instagram account after sentencing.

"I want you all to understand something. I completely accept responsibility for all that is going on," he wrote. "My transition to be a better person a productive person started well before this case. However in my past I made some bad decisions. Young men let my life be an example to you now before it's too late. Better who you are now in your children's lives and in society so you can change the path of your fate. Lack of opportunities, a fatherless home, the unforgiven neighborhood and circumstances you grew up in can no longer be your excuse. Trust me I tried. And it doesn't make the pain your family feels any different. Young man educate your self and break the cycle. Don't become a number on the DOA (dead on arrival) list or on the incarceration list. To my wife and children you are all strong and well prepared for this. This is just another brick laid down towards our house of happily ever after , walk with your head held high knowing I would never past the buck and put another family through what we have endured. Continue to walk in faith and love as you've done so well. To my peoples thank you for all the encouragement and support please continue to encourage my family. Thank you again all."

12351870083?profile=original

Harris' wife, Yandy Smith, was in court with the couple's 10-month old baby. While understandably upset that her husband would be in prison for so long, she said the sentencing "brought closure."

"Now we have a definitive number (with the sentence) and we can move forward," she said outside of a Federal Building in Rochester. "I know there is an end."

12351870270?profile=original

Harris has already paid the federal government $170,000 of his earnings from LHH and public appearances, as part of an agreement.

Video After The Jump

Atlanta's own Migos talks to DJ Vlad about their involvement in Noisey Atlanta, a 10-part series regarding the popularity of the city's hip-hop scene and culture. Both Quavo and Takeoff address previous statements that the docu-series had been scripted with scenes showing off some pretty serious assault rifles. "They shot a hell of a movie. That was a nice movie... I ain't never shot reality TV," Quavo belies.

Stemming from their initial arrest in April, Migos' third member Offset, is still being held without bond over drugs and gun charges which violated his probation. When the duo were asked if they thought the online video channel tried to stereotype the southern rap stars, or if they actually thought it was scripted, they stated, "If HBO come to me, and tell me they need me to be then meanest killer they want me to be, I will be."

The interview then turns to authencitiy in hip hop and how the pair feels about Slim Jesus and what it means to the culture. Watch the interview below.
