Michael Jackson's status as the King Of Pop has long been cemented. Even in death he continues to shatter records.Forbes reports that MJ earned more than the combined earnings of 12 other entertainers on the list. He even managed to bank more loot than U2 and AC/DC combined.
Estate lawyer Donald David, who handled 2Pacs finances says, "Jackson's kids are going to have grandkids before that money's gone." reports CNN.
Jackson's earnings come from his stake in Sony/ATV catalog, album sales, the film 'This Is It', videos and anything else related to the late pop star.
Adam Kluger of the product placement company, the Kluger Agency says the demand will continue to grow over time.
"There is a strong demand for Michael Jackson's music and merchandise, and that will only increase as more material surfaces in the years following his death," he says.
The remaining top 13 on the list are Elvis Presley, $60 million; author J.R.R. Tolkien, $50 million; Peanuts cartoonist Charles M. Schulz, $33 million; John Lennon, $17 million; author Stieg Larsson, $15 million; Dr. Seuss, $11 million; Albert Einstein, $10 million; New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, $8 million; songwriter Richard Rodgers, $7 million; Jimi Hendrix, $6 million; Steve McQueen, $6 million; Aaron Spelling, $5 million.Read more…
Video After The JumpT.I. is losing endorsement deals at a rapid pace.
First came last week's news that AXE body spray had dropped him as a spokesperson. Now Rapradar is reporting that Remy Martin Cognac has done the same.
Companies are losing faith in the rapper because of his recent sentencing to 11 months in prison for violating his probation.
There is some good news on the horizon for TIP. His new album should released soon, albeit with a different title than we've been hearing about for months.
He announced on the Ricky Smiley radio show, that his new album will be called 'No Mercy' instead of 'King Uncaged.'
Tip was asked to name his top 5 rappers of all time while on the show.
"I can never put it in just a top 5 because I need more spaces," Tip said. "You got Big and Pac, Andre 3000 and Big Boi. You got Bun B and I'm a personal fan of Pimp [C] myself. Then of course Jay, Eminem definitely one of the coldest. I think Kanye one of the coldest, Wayne as well."Read more…
Video After The JumpWith Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj in your camp, it's easy to get over looked. But Jae Millz is doing a good job of making sure people know he's a top notch rapper in his own right.
This latest video is promo for his upcoming mixtape, 'The Flood Never Ended' which drops November 2.
Peep the J. Cuse produced, Wolph Creations directed clip below.
Video After The JumpEverybody knows how much Wiz Khalifa likes to smoke weed. The man said recently he has a $10,000 a month habit.
For whatever reason Diddy took notice. He recently talked to the Pittsburgh rapper about his herb intake, and put his stamp of approval on it.
"Diddy was on the [tour] bus yesterday and he was like, 'man you ever met Snoop?' Wiz recalls. "I was like yeah, once or twice, but we talk on the phone more than anything. He was like 'man you remind me of Snoop, you got this Snoop aura.' That's just a blessing man, and the OG passed the torch... the bong on to me."
Footage surfaced recently of Diddy on stage with Wiz. People began to speculate whether or not the two had a business relationship brewing.
"That was my first time meeting him face to face. I had actually had a couple of conversations with him, chopping it up just being cool," Wiz said. "So he came out here to f*ck with me, then he came out on stage. That was awesome, but for right now we're just hanging out, partying. And we're going to do some music, some Ciroc things. We're just gonna be cool man, gonna be my homie. He's hitting me up now, wants me come smoke one with him. Well not with him, but around him. He wants to smell the weed that I have."

Looks like T.I. has the best defense lawyers money can buy.CNN is reporting that the Los Angeles DA's office has decided to drop all drug charges against the rapper.
Back in September, T.I. was stopped by police while driving his Maybach on Sunset Blvd. The cops smelled marijuana, which led them to a search of the vehicle as well as T.I. and his wife Tiny.
The search turned up ecstacy.
T.I.'s lawyer Steve Sadow told CNN that dropping the charges was "the right thing to do under the circumstances."
The circumstances being T.I.'s 11 month prison sentence for violating his probation in Georgia.
"Both his Los Angeles defense attorney, Blair Berk, and myself commend the Los Angeles district attorney's office for exercising its discretion to reject prosecution in light of the legal and factual issues involved," Sadow said.
There was no immediate word on whether or not charges against Tiny will still be pursued.
T.I. must turn himself in to Georgia authorities next week to begin serving his sentence there.

Videos After The JumpThe Hottest MC's In The Game list, voted on by MTV is completed. Was there ever any doubt as to who would be number one?Coming in at # 1 is Eminem
Eminem has dominated hip hop this year. His 'Recovery' album shot out the gate, selling 741,000 copies it's first week out, and is almost at 3 million copies sold in the U.S. alone.
At one point the album had an incredible 7 songs on Billboards Hot 100 Singles chart. With "25 To Life" # 92, "Talkin To Myself" # 88, "Cold Wind Blows" # 71, "Won't Back Down" # 62, "No Love" # 23, "Not Afraid" # 11 and "Love The Way You Lie" at # 2.
The Rihanna assisted "Love The Way You Lie" has dominated pop radio, spending four weeks in Billboards top slot.
Eminem also participated in what some have called the greatest hip hop concerts in history when he and Jay-Z paired up for the Home and Home shows at Detroit's Comerica Park and New York's Yankee Stadium.
The concerts featured guests 50 Cent, Dr Dre, D12, Trick Trick, Young Jeezy, Drake, Memphis Bleek as well as B.o.B., Kanye West and Beyonce. Proving that rap artists cauld sell out stadiums.
Coming in at # 2 is Jay-ZJigga simply shows no signs of slowing down.
The Brooklyn rapper didn't have an album out in 2010, but he rode the success of 2009's 'Blueprint 3', selling out concerts worldwide. He is regularly headlining shows that have traditionally been the sole territory of rock acts.
In November Hov is slated to open for U2 for the Australia and New Zealand legs on their 360 tour.
Add to that the success of the Home and Home concerts with Eminem, and it's easy to see why Jigga got the # 2 slot.
Coming in at # 3 is Kanye West.
West has really enjoyed a stellar 2010. In what has been a big comeback year for the Chicago rapper, following a 2009 that saw a lot of the media and some fans turn their backs on him after the Taylor Swift VMA incident.
While he doesn't have a chart topping song at the moment, Kanye has put out a number of fantastic joints via his G.O.O.D Friday campaign. He's also released two groundbreaking videos with "Power" and the short film "Runaway."
Add to that his great live performances at the BET Awards and Saturday Night Live.
West has proven why he is amongst the elite the game has to offer.
With a new album, 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' about to drop next month, 2010 will only get better for the Louis Vuitton Don.Coming in at # 4 is DrakeYoung Money has been very well represented on the Hottest MC's list this time around.
Drake is the third emcee from the camp to make the list, following Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj.
His debut album 'Thank Me Later' debuted at # 1 with 447,000 copies sold, and is closing in on platinum status.
Three songs from the disc, "Over", "Miss Me" and "Find Your Love" have achieved top 15 recognition on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
The sky seems to be the limit for Drake as an artist. He is able to pull off the rare feat of making both R&B and Hip Hop joints, while keeping both audiences satisfied.
Coming in at # 5 is Officer Rick Ross.
Congrats to all the artists who made the list.
Video After The JumpEver since BET dropped it's "Top Ten Rappers Of The 21st Century" list, it's been debated from coast to coast by critics, fans and artists, whether or not it is fair and accurate.St Louis rapper Nelly was left off the list. Even though his first two albums 'Country Grammer', released in 2000, and 'Nellyville' released in 2002, moved more than 15 million units combined.
Nelly sat down with Grapejuice.net to talk about BET's snub.
"It's a funny thing, you try not to take it seriously because obviously it is an opinion," Nelly said. "But when you look at things like that, what was the criteria? I don't get what it was being judged on. Some of it from what they were saying didn't make any sense. Cause it was like, they were judging one guy for this, then the other guy would come along and they would pretty much switch it around. I was pretty shocked, like one person told me, men and women lie, numbers don't. I wasn't expecting to be number one, but I thought I could have gotten mentioned."
Do you guys agree with Nelly? Should he have gotten a spot on the list based on his track record in sales and making hits?

Audio After The JumpTony Yayo chopped it up with DJ Whoo Kid today (October 23).
The two talked about stars like Omarion, Ron Isley, Toni Braxton and Young Buck getting caught up with IRS problems.
"I think it's about having the right people in your corner," Yayo said. "One thing about G-Unit label is we always had accountants there to take care of the taxes. That's one thing I can say about 50 Cent is he taught us a lot about [how to handle] taxes. And that's one thing [Young] Buck did have. If you spend $100,000 in a matter of weeks. Of course your boss is gonna call 'yo you're spending a lot more money than I am, and I have a lot more money than you' I thinks that's what the issue comes down to is being with the right people."
The two go on to talk about 50 Cent's just completed $200 million dollar movie funding deal for his Cheetah Vision Films, T.I's legals troubles and a lot more so check it out below.
Also be sure to cop Yayo's new tape with Danny Brown titled 'Hawaiian Snow' on Amazon or iTunes.

Police activity outside of Harbin Hall on the Georgetown University campusWhen students at Harbin Hall were rousted from their beds by Georgetown University officials at 6 a.m. Saturday, some thought it might be a cruelly timed fire drill.
It was something odder still: Campus police had discovered a cache of chemicals for making methamphetamines inside a room on the top floor of the freshman residence hall.
Police arrested three male students Saturday morning, hours after evacuating 400 students from the nine-floor hall.
Students struggled to reconcile the discovery of a suspected meth lab with their image of Georgetown, a prim national university with a scholarly and somewhat preppie culture.
"I would understand if someone got caught doing it. Making it, that's different. It's shocking," said Gina Park, 19, a sophomore from Hong Kong.
A Harbin resident called campus police about 5 a.m. to report a strange odor coming from a room on the ninth floor. Officers went to the room and found "chemicals consistent with a meth lab, but no actual drugs," said Officer Istmania Bonilla, a Metropolitan Police spokeswoman.
By 6 a.m., "people were going around pounding on doors, saying, 'You need to evacuate,'" said Natalie Muller, 18, a Harbin resident. Hundreds of freshmen poured out in the chilly morning air in pajamas and were sent to the dining hall and student center. Students were briefly allowed back inside the building three hours later, then ordered to leave again.
"We didn't find out until 2 1/2 or 3 hours later what was going on," said Katya Funk, 18, a bleary-eyed freshman in a sweatsuit. "It's been so much fun."
No student was harmed, said Julie Green Bataille, university spokeswoman. Three unidentified male students were held for questioning as displaced Harbin Hall residents milled around among rescue vehicles and drug-sniffing dogs. Gawkers included the university's Bulldog mascot.
Georgetown students, as with many colleges, are known for occasional binge drinking and casual drug use. Hard drugs are less common, students said, and a meth lab in a freshman dorm room was heretofore unknown.
"For this campus, this is very out of the norm," said Kayla Bostwick, 18, a Harbin resident. "This should not happen.
