Chief Keef was arrested at his Tarzana, California home on Thursday, January 26, by special operations officers from the Los Angeles Police Department, in connection with a home invasion robbery that allegedly occurred last week.
In videos posted to his Instagram account, a visibly battered and bruised producer by the name ofRamsay Tha Great, claimed the wife of Chief Keef's former manager,Uncle Ro, called the 21-year old "I Don't Like" rapper to tell him to calm down.
"Fifteen minutes later somebody opening my door, kicking down my door talking about 'It's Sosa,'" Ramsay says in one of the clips. "So, I opened the door. I done produced songs for him, met him a couple of times ... I didn't think nothing was wrong. I opened the door, boom! He pushed me in. A nigga behind him got a Draco AK-47 looking thing. He started hitting me in the face. [Glo Gang artist] Tadoe started hitting me in the face."
Keef allegedly stole a ring, a Rolex and $1600 from the producer.
"It was a violent home invasion involving firearms being pointed at victims," LAPD Capt. Brian Pratt told KNBC-TV Channel 4. "The detectives did some really great follow up investigation. Witnesses came forward and identified who our suspects were. We knew who we were going after – we weren’t just shooting in the dark."
Keef and four others were taken into custody without incident.
Ramsay says he is going to file a lawsuit.

Earlier this week President Trump threatened to send federal government agencies to Chicago in an effort to quell violence in the city that claimed the lives of 716 people in 2016, and 46 so far this year.
"If Chicago doesn't fix the horrible "carnage" going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!" Trump tweeted on Tuesday, January 24.
When TMZ caught up with Chi-town native, Common, he had a much different take on how to fix the problem.
"For me, I feel like to help Chicago we gotta take care of our own," the rapper and actor said. "Within the community we gotta do things. It's a lot of people out there already organizing and doing things. We need our state and local people to do things. We don't need [Trump's] type of mentality. I'm not focused on the president right now. I'm focused on helping the people in the city and how we can do it."
When he was asked if he believed Trump's idea would basically be declaring martial law and lead to more problems, Common didn't disagree.
"You think?" he responded. "My message is for the people of Chicago, not to the president. I'm not thinking about the president like that. I'm saying we gon' help each other. I'm from Chicago, so I'm telling the people from Chicago we gon' work with the grass roots groups ... the state and the local. And that's how we gon' do it."
What are your thoughts on the violence in Chicago and possible solutions to reverse the current trend? Do you like Common's ideas?
TMZ reports the 21-year old rapper, born Phillip Nickolas Katsabanis, was arrested Wednesday night, January 25, after cops discovered a gun and marijuana in his Porsche.
Katsabanis was spotted backing out of a handicap parking space at a Whole Foods Market. He immediately knew he was in trouble and handed police a half smoked joint, but lied to officers when asked if he had a gun in his possession.
When the vehicle was searched a Glock was found, along with two magazines of ammunition. In addition, police discovered one oxycodone and a jar containing 39.2 grams of weed.
Regarding the gun, Katsabanis told police he was confused and thought they were asking if he had a gun on him, not in the car.
Katsabanis was hauled off to jail and charged with felony gun and weed possession.

Creative artist and producer Lord Haiti has come back onto the music scene with a visual and audio representation of rhythmic fusion and anime action. His latest release, “Drifting Off A Bebop: Time for Some Action” chronicles a male (cartoon) character, first appearing to be drifting to the music in his headphones, when he is attacked by muggers, only to take action and defeat them on his own. This theme of heroism is repeatedly depicted with clips from other anime based action cartoons such as Dragon Ball Z. The music score for this short action film comes with light lead sounds from a flute, carried over a simplistic bass track, blended with instrumental harmonies and fading into a vibe worthy, melodic abyss.
