VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) - The Vancouver Police Department is seeking victims who may have been customers at an Arby’s in October stemming from an investigation of a man for child pornography and assault charges.
VPD said on Tuesday, Stephen Sharp was interviewed by detectives. He confessed to downloading and distributing child pornography and having a sexual interest in children.
Sharp confirmed his employment as the night manager at Arby’s located at 221 Northeast 104th Avenue in Vancouver. After issuing a search warrant, a video was revealed of Sharp urinating in a milkshake mix container from Arby’s. Sharp confessed to detectives he urinated at least twice into the milkshake mix for sexual gratification.
Police are asking if you purchased a milkshake from this Arby’s location on Oct. 30 or Oct. 31, 2021, and you have a receipt or verified transaction information to confirm the purchase, to contact detective Robert Givens at Robert.givens@cityofvancouver.us. Detectives have not located any evidence that Arby’s or its franchisee were aware of Sharp’s actions.

The 18-year-old man accused of storming a Buffalo, New York, supermarket Saturday and killing 10 and injuring three others planned to continue his bloody rampage down the street before he was stopped, police said.
Suspect Payton Gendron livestreamed the moment he opened fire in the parking lot of Tops Friendly Market at around 2:30 p.m. and continued shooting inside the store while dressed in tactical gear, police said. He was ultimately arrested at the scene.
Police are calling the attack a hate crime as 11 of 13 people who were shot were Black — and there could have been more victims if he hadn't been stopped.
“It appeared that his plans were to drive out of here and continue driving down Jefferson Avenue looking to shoot more Black people as he could and possibly go to another store location,” Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said on ABC’s “Good Morning America."
Police said in a news conference Sunday that the suspect “did some reconnaissance on the area and in the store,” before the shooting.
The suspect also appeared to be active in online gun communities and posted extremist views. Senior law enforcement officials said they believe he wrote a 180-page “manifesto” posted online that cites a racist conspiracy theory frequently promoted by white supremacists.
The document claims the suspect chose Buffalo because it was the city with the highest number of Black people in his vicinity.
He had also been investigated by New York State Police last year for making a threatening statement in June about wanting to carry out a shooting, a senior law enforcement official said.
The suspect was a minor at the time, the official said. He was transported to a hospital for a mental health evaluation and was not charged with a crime.

The alleged deranged mass shooter who shot & killed 10 people in a “racially motivated” rampage in a Buffalo supermarket faced a judge hours after the Saturday afternoon massacre.
Payton Gendron, 18, of Conklin, New York, wore a white paper gown & mask & was surrounded by police officers at his Saturday evening arraignment in Buffalo City Court.
Gendron was stoic as his court-appointed lawyer pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges on his behalf.
He was reportedly remanded without bail & due back in court on Thursday.
Gendron allegedly killed 10 people & injured three others at a Tops grocery store in a predominantly black neighborhood around 2:30 p.m. 11 of the victims were black & 2 were white.
He had driven some 200 miles from his home near Binghamton to carry out the sick mass shooting & was heavily armed & wearing tactical gear.
The shooting began in the supermarket parking lot & continued in the store, before he was taken into custody by Buffalo police.
“This was pure evil. It was a straight-up racially motivated hate crime from somebody outside of our community, outside of the City of Good neighbors … coming into our community & trying to inflict that evil upon us,” Erie County Sheriff John Garcia said.

10 people were killed and others wounded in a “racially motivated” mass shooting Saturday, by a young man in military-style gear who was toting an assault rifle & livestreaming the mayhem at a Buffalo supermarket, authorities said.
The shooter — identified by law enforcement as 18-year-old Payton Gendron — drove from “hours away” in Conklin, New York, to the Tops market, in a predominantly black neighborhood.
11 of the victims were black & 2 were white.
“We are investigating this incident as both a hate crime & a case of racially-motivated violent extremism,” said Stephen Belongia, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Buffalo field office said during a press conference.
Erie County Sheriff John Garcia gave a more blunt assessment.
“This was pure evil. It was a straight-up racially motivated hate crime,” he said.
The shooter arrived at the market at around 2:30 p.m. He “was very heavily armed. He had tactical gear on. He had a tactical helmet on,” Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said.
He also had a camera to livestream the shooting.
The gunman opened fire in the parking lot, killing 3 people & injuring a fourth, he said.
He then went inside the store, where he encountered a longtime “beloved” security guard & former Buffalo cop, who tried to stop him.
The guard’s bullet couldn’t pierce the attacker’s armor.
The shooter opened fire on the guard, killing him, Gramaglia said, before allegedly working his way through the rest of the store.
Buffalo cops confronted the shooter, who at one point put his gun to his own neck before authorities were able to talk him into surrendering, officials said.
Lil Keed, a rapper associated with Young Stoner Life Records (YSL), has died. He was 24.
The musician's death was confirmed in statements to Complex & XXL by a representative for the Atlanta-based artist. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Lil Keed's brother, Lil Gotit, also confirmed his death in a post shared on Instagram early Saturday morning.
"Can't believe I seened u die today bro I did all my cries I know what u want me to do and that's go hard for Mama Daddy Our Brothers Naychur and Whiteboy," he captioned a photo of himself & his late brother.
Lil Gotit then shared a photograph on his Instagram Story as well, writing, "@lilkeed Whyyy bra whyyy u leave me bra."
Quana Bandz — who Complex reports is Lil Keed's girlfriend & the mother of daughter Naychur — also mourned the rapper in an Instagram post of her own.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — At least 10 people were killed Saturday afternoon in a shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York.
Details on the number of additional people shot at the Tops Friendly Market & their conditions weren’t immediately available. Buffalo police said earlier Saturday afternoon that the alleged shooter, who was not identified, was in custody.
The gunman entered the supermarket with a rifle & opened fire. Investigators believe the man may have been livestreaming the shooting & were looking into whether he had posted a manifesto online.
The official cautioned the investigation was in its preliminary stages & that authorities hadn’t yet discerned a clear motive, but were investigating whether the shooting was racially motivated.
The supermarket is in a predominately Black neighborhood, about 3 miles north of downtown Buffalo. The surrounding area is primarily residential, with a Family Dollar store & fire station near the store.
Witnesses reported the gunman was wearing military-style clothing and body armor, one of the officials said
Braedyn Kephart and Shane Hill, both 20, pulled into the parking lot just as the shooter was exiting. They described him as a white male in his late teens or early twenties sporting full camo, a black helmet & what appeared to be a rifle.
“He was standing there with the gun to his chin. We were like what the heck is going on? Why does this kid have a gun to his face?” Kephart said. He dropped to his knees. “He ripped off his helmet, dropped his gun & was tackled by the police.”
Gov. Kathy Hochul tweeted that she was “closely monitoring the shooting at a grocery store in Buffalo,” her hometown. She said state officials have offered help to local authorities. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office said on social media that it ordered all available personnel to assist Buffalo police.
LONDON — Ukraine’s head of military intelligence claimed he believes that a coup to remove Russian President Vladimir Putin was already underway in Russia — and said he thinks the war is likely to be over by the end of the year.
Speaking to Sky News in an article published Saturday, Maj. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov said he was “optimistic” about Russia’s defeat, suggesting that the loss would lead to Putin being removed from power.
"It will eventually lead to the change of leadership of the Russian Federation," Budanov said. "This process has already been launched."
When asked if a “coup” was underway, he told Sky News: “Yes. … They are moving in this way, and it is impossible to stop it.”
According to Sky News, Budanov doubled down after it was suggested that he was spreading propaganda. "It's my job, it's my work — if not me, who will know this?" he said.
Meanwhile, Gordon B. Davis Jr., former deputy assistant secretary-general of NATO's defense investment division, told Sky News in another interview that he doesn’t “think we’re likely to see a coup in the near future.”
During the interview, Budanov also claimed that Putin is currently in “a very bad psychological and physical condition, and he is very sick." In recent years, there has been considerable speculation about Putin’s alleged ill-health.
On Saturday, New Lines Magazine reported that an oligarch close to Putin had claimed the Kremlin leader is “very ill with blood cancer.” In a recording obtained by the publication, an unidentified oligarch was heard allegedly discussing Putin’s health. He went on to complain that Putin had gone “crazy” and claimed that the Russian president had had surgery on his back linked to his cancer, just before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February.
For the first time since Brittney Griner’s arrest almost three months ago, Russia appears to have publicly signaled its asking price for her safe return, if multiple reports by Russian state media are to be believed.
Russia is looking to exchange the WNBA star in a prisoner swap for notorious convicted arms trafficker Viktor Bout, several state-owned Russian news outlets reported Friday, citing unnamed government sources.
Bout, whose exploits earned him the nickname the “Merchant of Death,” flooded fierce conflicts in Africa and the Middle East with weapons, U.S. authorities say. He was arrested during a sting operation in Thailand in 2008, extradited to the U.S. and sentenced to 25 years for conspiracy to kill U.S. citizens, delivery of anti-aircraft missiles and providing aid to a terrorist organization.
After Bout’s arrest, the U.S. alleged that his Russian allies tried to block his extradition from Thailand to America by bribing key witnesses to give false testimony. Since his 2012 conviction, Bout has been at the top of Russia’s prisoner exchange wish list and has been linked repeatedly in the Russian state media with potential swaps involving jailed Americans that haven’t come to fruition.
“This is Russia saying, ‘Wouldn’t this be a great idea?’” William Pomeranz, a professor of Russian law and the acting director of the Kennan Institute, told Yahoo Sports. “This isn’t the U.S. saying they’re interested. We’ve had other opportunities to get rid of Viktor Bout in the past and we haven’t done it.”
Griner has been behind bars since Feb. 17 when she flew into a Moscow airport and Russian customs officials allegedly found vape cartridges containing hashish oil in her luggage. She is under investigation for the large-scale transportation of drugs and faces up to 10 years in a Russian prison if convicted.
Griner appeared at a hearing in a courtroom outside Moscow on Friday and had her pre-trial detention extended by a month. Photos taken at the hearing show Griner leaving the courtroom handcuffed, the hood of an orange sweatshirt pulled over her head and her signature dreadlocks peeking out.
