Rapper Ja Rule & his wife Aisha Atkins are accused of refusing to pay over $3 million in federal taxes.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, lawyers representing the United State of America filed suit against Ja Rule (real name: Jeffrey Atkins) and Aisha. They explain the case was brought after the IRS requested they take the rapper to court.
The suit claims money is owed for the years 2005-2010 & 2012-2017. The government says the two owe a total of $3,139,237.76.
The breakdown is $357,421.23 (2005), $518,700.88 (2006), $348,087.49 (2007) $267,193 (2008), $198,817.99 (2009), $47,901.53 (2010), $128,926.37 (2012), $116,720.65 (2013), $229,577.62 (2014), $212,270.42 (2015), $526,431.46 (2016) and $187,188.52 (2017).
The IRS claims despite numerous demands for payment, Ja Rule refuses to pay up on the bill. They are demanding the court enter a judgment against Ja Rule & his wife for $3.1 million. The rapper has yet to file a response to the case but has hired his longtime attorney, Stacy Richman.
Ja Rule has a long history of issues filing & paying his taxes.

NEW YORK (AP) — Federal investigators executed search warrants Wednesday morning at the Manhattan home & office of Rudy Giuliani, former President Donald Trump’s attorney.
The former New York City mayor has been under investigation for several years over his business dealings in Ukraine. Details of the searches were not immediately available, but it comes as the Justice Department continues its investigation into the former New York City mayor & staunch Trump ally.
Investigators executed warrants at Giuliani’s home on Madison Avenue and his office on Park Avenue & seized electronic devices.
Officials could not discuss the investigation publicly & spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.
The federal probe into Giuliani’s overseas & business dealings stalled last year because of a dispute over investigative tactics as Trump unsuccessfully sought reelection & amid Giuliani’s prominent role in subsequently disputing the results of the contest on Trump’s behalf.
The full scope of the investigation is unclear, but it at least partly involves the Ukraine dealings, law enforcement officials have told the AP.
Giuliani was central to the then-president’s efforts to dig up dirt against Democratic rival Joe Biden & to press Ukraine for an investigation into Biden & his son, Hunter — who himself now faces a criminal tax probe by the Justice Department. Giuliani also sought to undermine former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who was pushed out on Trump’s orders & met several times with a Ukrainian lawmaker who released edited recordings of Biden in an effort to smear him before the election.

Mike Tyson tells TMZ Sports ... his next boxing opponent is all lined up and it's a rematch with former heavyweight champ Lennox Lewis!!
"I'm gonna fight Lennox Lewis," Tyson told us Tuesday night in L.A. ... "September."
Mike is 54 years old. Lennox is 55.
Remember, Tyson was in talks to rematch Evander Holyfield on May 29 in Miami but the deal fell apart in March because the 2 sides couldn't agree on money.
So, Tyson's camp continued the search for a big-name opponent & according to Mike, Lennox is in!
The two have fought before -- Lewis famously KO'd Tyson in the 8th round when they clashed in June 2002.
In the buildup to the fight, Tyson making some wild threats ... famously saying he wanted to "eat" Lennox's children!
We spoke with Lennox back in February about the possibility of fighting Tyson & he told us he was open to it ... but only "if the public wanted it."
Well, clearly enough people made it clear they'd love to see Lennox get back in the ring!
FYI, Lewis is one of the greatest heavyweight fighters ever -- he finished his pro career in 2003 with a 41-2-1 record ... defeating legends like Vitali Klitschko, Evander Holyfield, Shannon Briggs, Ray Mercer, Frank Bruno & of course, Mike Tyson.

Shock G will be laid to rest not far from where he died ... his funeral plans are set, & we're told his group Digital Underground will be well represented at the service.
The late rapper's manager, Atron Gregory, tells TMZ ... Shock's funeral is scheduled for Saturday in Tampa & a large Digital Underground contingent will be front & center, including founding member Money B & DJ Fuze.
Money B's manager says ... MB's been working with Shock's family to help prep for the funeral, but it won't be a Digital Underground reunion. We're told members have seen each other recently & they regularly stay in touch.
As you know, Shock was famous for his work with Tupac Shakur & a rep for the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation tells us Pac's stepbrother, Mopreme Shakur, will also attend the funeral, as well as rapper Ray Luv, a close friend of both Shock G & 2Pac.
As we first told you ... Shock G was found dead last week in a Tampa hotel room & his father said there were no signs of trauma.
The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner tells us Shock was last seen the day before he died, when a hotel manager noticed him outside the building.
The manager grew concerned when Shock missed his scheduled check-out time -- so he went to his room, opening the door to find Shock unresponsive laying in bed. He immediately called 911.
We're told the cause & manner of death are still unclear.

The reward for information in the fatal shooting of a 3-year-old at a party in Miami-Dade over the weekend reached $25,000 Tuesday, as family members continued to plead for help from the community in finding the boy's killer.
The cousin of Elijah LaFrance told NBC 6 that he's adding $10,000 to the $15,000 reward authorities are offering for information leading to an arrest in the fatal shooting of the toddler.
"Please help us out. It is not a time for kids losing their life over a silly thing," cousin Adrian Annestor said. "I’m begging you, anybody that comes up with that information I’m gonna increase it $10,000 more."
LaFrance was shot & killed Saturday night at a home in Golden Glades as family members gathered for a birthday celebration for him & his sister.
A 21-year-old woman was also shot at the party but survived.
Miami-Dade Police said LaFrance was standing in the doorway of the home while his parents & other family members were cleaning the front yard when some unknown suspects armed with various semi-automatic weapons arrived & began shooting at the home.
LaFrance was rushed to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police said more than 60 bullet casings were found at the scene.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Three suspects have been arrested & charged on Sunday after a pregnant Prince George's County 18-year-old was shot & killed last week.
Prince George's County police say they have identified & charged 3 people with Wednesday's deadly shooting of 18-year-old J'Lyn Quinones, and all 3 were taken into custody in D.C.
Quinones & another female were shot as they crossed Quinn Street toward Southern Avenue in unincorporated Capitol Heights & went into D.C. trying to find help, according to police.
Quinones' unborn baby was delivered during emergency surgery & Quinones died a short time after arriving at the hospital due to her injuries.
The baby is expected to live but is still in the hospital & the second female who was shot received injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
The suspects have been identified as 21-year-old Malik Johnson & his brother 22-year-old Michael Johnson, along with 23-year-old Bianca McDuffie, police say, & all 3 suspects' last known addresses were in Southwest D.C.
Police say the shooter has been identified as Malik Johnson & the brother, Michael Johnson, is believed to be the baby's father and had been involved with Quinones.
Investigators are still working to determine the motive of the shooting & Johnson has been charged with first and second-degree murder for the deadly shooting along with two counts of attempted first and second-degree murder for the shooting of the second female and the newborn baby.
Police say Michael Johnson & Bianca McDuffie have been charged with accessory after the fact, first-degree murder, for helping Malik get away after the shooting & all 3 suspects were found at McDuffie's house.
All 3 suspects will likely be extradited to Prince George's County

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A 4-year-old girl has died days after an alleged assault — apparently punched & choked more than a week ago.
Nahla Miller, 4, died Wednesday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Her death stems from an April 13 incident at a Springfield Township home.
Calls to dispatchers paint a chaotic scene. On the phone seems to be a frantic mother, calling for help for her daughter who's unresponsive.
According to Springfield Township police, the woman on the phone, 25-year-old Tianna Robinson, was the cause of her daughter not breathing.
Police responded to the home on Hudepohl Lane on April 13 where Nahla Miller, 4, her mother & her mother's boyfriend, Rensley Washington, 25, live.
The call was for a 4-year-old girl not breathing.
That girl was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where she was hospitalized for more than a week.
Nahla Miller was pronounced dead on Wednesday morning. The Hamilton County Coroner lists her death as an apparent homicide.
Documents say Robinson punched the 4-year-old child, before choking her until she stopped breathing.
Washington was one of the child's caretakers & observed prolonged physical abuse resulting in serious harm to the 4-year-old child, in addition to malnutrition.
Robinson & Washington were arrested.
The girl's mother was initially charged with two counts of felony assault. The mother's boyfriend was charged with endangering children and obstructing justice.
Messages from Nahla's father said she loved Disney movies & her dog, Cookie. He says she didn't deserve to die the way she did. Robinson & Washington are likely to face additional charges in wake of the 4-year-old's death. Robinson remains jailed on a $1 million bond.

DALLAS (AP) — A Texas court is scheduled to hear arguments Tuesday on overturning the conviction of a former Dallas police officer who was sentenced to prison for fatally shooting her neighbor in his home.
An attorney for Amber Guyger and prosecutors are set to clash before an appeals court over whether the evidence was sufficient to prove that her 2018 shooting of Botham Jean was murder.
The hearing before a panel of judges will examine a Dallas County jury’s 2019 decision to sentence Guyger to 10 years in prison for murder. It comes as a jury’s finding that a former Minneapolis police office was guilty of murdering George Floyd has again focused national attention on police killing people of color.
More than two years before Floyd’s death set off protests across the country, Guyger’s killing of Jean drew national attention because of the strange circumstances and because it was one in a string of shootings of Black men by white police officers.
The basic facts of the case were not in dispute. Guyger, returning home from a long shift, mistook Jean’s apartment for her own, which was on the floor directly below his. Finding the door ajar, she entered and shot him, later testifying that she through he was a burglar.
Jean, a 26-year-old accountant, had been eating a bowl of ice cream before Guyger shot him. She was later fired from the Dallas Police Department.
The appeal from Guyger, now 32, hangs on the contention that her mistaking Jean’s apartment for her own was reasonable and, therefore, so too was the shooting. Her lawyers have asked the appeals court to acquit her of murder or to substitute in a conviction for criminally negligent homicide, which carries a lesser sentence.
In court filings, Dallas County prosecutors countered that Guyger’s error doesn’t negate “her culpable mental state.” They wrote, “murder is a result-oriented offense.”

MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FLA. (WSVN) - A man was arrested after a brawl broke out at Miami International Airport.
According to the Miami Herald, the fight broke out at Gate D14, Sunday.
Police said the altercation broke out over some standby seats from MIA to Chicago. There were only three seats left for a group of four.
After the gate agent gave them their options, police said, that’s when the fight broke out, dragging other people into it for unknown reasons.
In the video, multiple people are seen throwing punches in three different fights taking place simultaneously.
Onlookers could be heard shouting for security while others begged those involved in the fight to stop.
“Stop! You’re going to [expletive] kill him,” a man is heard saying.
Stanchions were knocked over & the furniture was pushed around as the fight continued.
Nearly a minute into the video, it appeared that things began to cool off, as those involved grabbed their bags & started to walk away.
Within seconds, the brawl reconvened.
With no police in sight, passengers, along with American Airlines employees, risked their own safety to bring the chaos to an end.
Officers arrested 20-year-old Jameel Decquir for allegedly starting the fight. He faces one charge of disorderly conduct.
Police said the three other people who were dragged into that fight suffered minor injuries. None of them chose to press charges.

This guy is “notorious” for something very different.
A Conor McGregor lookalike was sentenced to nearly three years behind bars — after impersonating the MMA fighter while dealing drugs in England, according to reports.
Mark Nye, 34, was pulled over last February in Surrey by officers who spotted him trying to dump a package of illegal narcotics & two cellphones.
He allegedly told cops his name was “Conor” & they discovered hundreds of business cards for “McGregor Enterprise” inside his car.
Police said Nye had been using the cards — which promised the “Best drops in Surrey” — as part of his drug-dealing business in suburban London.
Hundreds of text messages detailing Nye’s drug-dealing activities were uncovered on his phone.
Cops also found a large amount of boric acid, a chemical often used to cut narcotics, inside Nye’s home.
He pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to supply class A drugs and was sentenced on April 9 in Guildford Crown Court.
