Video vixen Ashely Logan likes to talk about ex-boyfriend Red Cafe..........a lot.

The rapper is starting to bubble due to his affiliation with Fabolous's Street Family, his new deal with Diddy's Bad Boy Records and the fact the dude just makes good music.

The bigger his name becomes in the industry, the more Ashley aka 'The Back Shot Queen' talks about him in interviews.

In her most recent interview with no-holds barred radio personality Star, Ash goes into the bedroom to reveal intimate secrets about her ex.

She also answers the question of whether or not Red was a "trick".

Bow Wow Denies Any Involvement In Kat Stacks Smackdown

By now nearly everyone has seen the video of Kat Stacks getting slapped out of a chair and pulled by her hair by a couple of goons in Atlanta.

The goons can be seen telling Kat to apologize to both Fabolous and Bow Wow. Fab came out several days later to deny any involvement in the incident now Bow Wow is doing the same.

He told XXL “Of course I had no involvement with it. It’s so far fetched for me. Come on, man, everybody knows I make records for girls."

Bow Wow has never had a thug image and he isn't trying to establish one now.

“I’m not an evil person, I don’t condone violence. That’s just the type of person I am. I just feel like, if anything, positivity is always the way out. So I think that maybe if she humbles herself a lil more and be positive and go about things differently, then hopefully she’ll be alright…but that’s not my style. I don’t put hits on people, I’m in the music business…if I wanted to fight, I’d be in the MMA.”

A few Tuesday’s ago (May, 19th to be exact) we saw album releases from Busta Rhymes, Method Man & Redman, & of course, Eminem. This was so far the biggest release date of 2009. All three acts that I mentioned are veterans in the game and well respected by their peers. Another thing they have in common: They’re all over the age of 30. If you think about it, most of Hip-Hop’s elite are over the age of 30. I guess it’s no longer a young man’s game. So I was thinking, since you see a lot of lists with titles such as “25 Hottest Celebs Under 25” or “40 Richest Under 40”, why not The Best 30 Rappers Over 30? But for this list, we got set some ground rules. #1 of course is the most obvious; you gotta be over the age of 30 (That throws out people like Weezy, Lupe, Drake, & T.I.). #2, you have to be 30 as of this list (Both The Game & Joe Budden will be 30 this year, but aren’t as of yet). #3, you got to be active and releasing records with new material that relevant (Rakim & Big Daddy Kane are legends but they don’t make this list). Other than that, the only requirement is being 3-0 or older. So, here’s it: The Best 30 Rappers Over 30 (Ordered from oldest to youngest). 30 is the new 20! Did I forget anybody?
