MSNBC Reports MOSCOW - Russian police have arrested three homeless people suspected of eating a 25-year-old man they had butchered and selling other bits of the corpse to a local kebab house. Suspicions were raised when dismembered parts of a human body were found near a bus stop in the outskirts of the Russian city of Perm, 720 miles east of Moscow. Three homeless men with previous criminal records have been arrested on suspicion of setting upon a foe with knives and a hammer before chopping up his corpse to eat, local investigators said in a statement. "After carrying out the crime, the corpse was divided up: part was eaten and part was also sold to a kiosk selling kebabs and pies," the prosecutor's main investigative unit for the Perm region said. It was not immediately clear from the statement if any of the corpse had been sold to customers.

AllHipHop Reports Cash Money CEO addressed Lil Wayne’s upcoming jail stint, which will make him the third Hot Boy to be incarcerated, putting the group’s possible reunion on hold. The Hot Boys feature group members Lil Wayne, B.G., Turk and Juvenile. Turk is currently incarcerated doing a 10-year-bid for shooting a SWAT team member during a drug raid in Memphis in January 2004. Young Money CEO Lil Wayne is facing up to a year in prison for a weapon violation in New York, while B.G. was arrested for possession of guns and drugs during a traffic stop in New Orleans last Tuesday (November 3). “We got a hell of a plan and hell of a strategy,” Baby told Eric B. & Friends on AllHipHop Radio today (November 9). “I promise you, you’ll think he [Lil Wayne] never left the streets. It aint much about the music at this point with my son, like f**k the music,” Baby said. “We got to go through something family wise, that the fans and nobody else will ever have to go through. This is the first time I will ever be without my child that means the world to me. This is where Blood stick together.” As for B.G.‘s recent arrest, Williams revealed that the rapper is being held t o his contract with Atlantic Records, which will co-promote his upcoming album Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood, which is being released on December 8 through a deal with E1 Music. “I just talked to him. If you know B.G., he’s still in that jungle where it prescribes to carry tools [guns], or you can be the next n***a with a tag on your toe,” Baby stated. “Atlantic release the lil n***a so we can try to get him so money. See they don’t know how he’s living. I know how he’s living, so I was trying to say yall let him go, let me take him, I’ma get him so money, I’ma bring him with me, he can come to Miami and be a part of everything we got. But they don’t know the significance of a n***a’s lifestyle, they just think the n***a is a business. He already hurting, yall aint doing nothing for a n***a. I got love for him. I’ll bring him in and give him a life and a lifestyle, but now he’s heading for another life and another lifestyle.” Baby revealed that he talked to Turk often and revealed that he was working towards mending his relationship with Hot Boy member Juvenile, who is gearing up to release his new album Cocky & Confident, which is also being released via deal between Atlantic and E1 Music. “Me and him [Juvenile] spoke bout a couple of months a go for really the first time,” Baby continued. “Me and him talked and really honesty, I aint tripping and I don’t think they are tripping. N***as done got older and are trying to figure out ways to feed their families.” The Hoy Boys recorded as group for Cash Money Records from 1997-2001 and hit the charts with singles like “We On Fire” and “I Need A Hot Girl” “Project B**ch” and others. Baby stated that the highly anticipated Hot Boys reunion album is finished and could be in stores as soon as the Summer of 2010. “They recorded a whole album and we are looking to put it out for the summer time,” Baby told AllHipHop.com.

MTV Reports If it was just about the music, the long-awaited Hot Boys reunion probably would have already happened. All four members — Lil Wayne, B.G., Juvenile and the currently incarcerated Turk seem to be onboard. There are even some unreleased Turk vocals in the vaults. However, B.G. said that with him and Lil Wayne having problems with the law, it's unlikely a record will drop anytime soon. "I know I got my own personal dealings to deal with, as far as with the system and things of that nature," said B.G., who was arrested for illegal gun possession recently in Louisiana. Meanwhile, Wayne is expected to be sentenced to a year in prison in a New York court in February.
"I know Wayne's got to face the music with his situation with the system," B.G. added. "But we got time. We got a whole bunch of time to put the album together. We record quick. We already got songs done. But I look at it like, if we record from now until whoever gets sentenced or however it go, we still wouldn't be able to put the album out until [Wayne] comes home. When shorty comes home, I know he'll wanna record a whole 'nother album. So you might have a double Hot Boys CD. You never know. I don't know how it will work out." Aside from legal woes, the Hot Boys project still poses problems on the business end. "It's a paperwork thing," B.G. added. "We gotta get the paperwork straight. A lot of lawyers involved, a lot of managers involved — we gotta make sure everything is everything." Meanwhile, Juvenile is more optimistic. He says he's already received a payment to work on the album. "We been came to an agreement on that," Juve told us recently. "I already got a check on the new Hot Boys album. I'm probably the only one that has gotten paid. It's all a matter of them getting the business straight with B.G. — I think Wayne is already in — and Turk. Matter of fact, Wayne is in. Wayne is the one who wrote me the check." Both B.G. and Juvenile say that they have now reconciled with Cash Money Records Co-CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams. "We spilled our guts out to each other," Juve said of his talks with Birdman. "We put it out on the table. We let bygones be bygones. Let's put all this aside and get money."

CNN Reports (CNN) -- Celebrities are always trying to build walls around themselves, literally and figuratively, and those walls cost money. This week, rapper 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, admitted that he spends $20,000 a week on security at his Farmington, Connecticut, mansion. "My home is surrounded by cameras. I need surveillance not only to look out for me but also to protect me. You get all these crazy lawsuits, and I need cameras to check on things," the 33-year-old told the entertainment news service WENN. Jackson's security costs work out to a little over $1 million a year. Although spending more on security in two weeks than the average American's yearly income may seem excessive, Jackson's expenditures are in the lower end of what most high-profile individuals pay to protect themselves, their families and their property. New York-based security expert and retired New York Police Detective Thomas Werther owns Sector Mike Security systems and spends his days protecting musicians, actors, actresses and sports stars. He explained the breakdown of expenses for a day of security for the average high-profile individual. "For one day, if you need one truck with a driver and three security agents, you are looking at $4,000 a day, and use that four days a week, then you can easily see spending $20,000 a week. For a guy like 50 Cent, that seems like a modest expense, especially if you are factoring in home security," Werther explained. Aaron Cohen, a former member of Israel's counterterrorist special forces unit and now the director of IMS Security in Hollywood, works with numerous high-profile individuals and families, including supermodel Kate Moss. Cohen says security is one of the highest single expenditures a celebrity will make in a year. "If you are looking to protect a celebrity family like Brad [Pitt] and Angelina [Jolie] or Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, for instance, the price tag for job like that is going to be around $1 [million] to $1.4 million a year," Cohen said. "When you have kids, you need separate security, because everyone is going off in different directions." Those costs, according to Cohen, break down to half a million dollars just for residential protection and surveillance that would include 24-hour security monitoring with a constantly streaming network of cameras. An additional half-million in costs can be incurred as a celebrity travels, paying each security guard between $500 and $1,000 a day while away from home. That cost can rise by a premium of $20,000 a month the second a celebrity stalker enters the equation. "It is at least a $20,000 retainer in order to boost security and add a proactive investigation to stop a stalker," Cohen said. "You will also spend that if you are the kind of celebrity who is constantly dogged by paparazzi." One such celebrity is Britney Spears, who spends nearly half a million dollars a year for security, according to accounting information filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court by Spears' father, Jamie Spears, who manages her estate. Over the course of 11 months in 2008, the singer spent $447,633 on security measures. That breaks down to about half what Jackson spends a month.

BallerStatus Reports Although former Roc-A-Fella Records artist, Beanie Sigel, seems to be on the outs with the label's head Jay-Z -- thanks to a diss track he released last week -- it looks like he's got another deal on the table ... with 50 Cent's G-Unit. 50 Cent appeared on Philadelphia's Power 99 radio station on Tuesday (November 3) with Beanie Sigel, and made the announcement. "Beans is coming to G-Unit," 50 said. While this deal is brand new, 50 revealed that he tried to sign the Broad Street Bully in the past, but Jay-Z blocked it. The G-Unit General said Beanie was so hot at the time, he was willing to drop some big money to get him. "It was at least $800,000 at that point. At least, with the heat that was around him at that point," Fif' explained. "I'll tell you what I paid for Mobb Deep -- that was at least $800,000 at that point. There's no way [Beanie Sigel] would'n't have got that. "I thought that [Jay-Z] felt that he would be losing something to me, when they wouldn't do the deal," he continued. "... I get him out and go right away with the actual music. I was aware of Beans at that point, because I was going to the joint he was in." At press time, it wasn't clear if the deal was official yet, or if they were still ironing out the details. But one thing is clear, 50 is interested and Beans seems to be as well. As the interview continued, Beanie went in, responding to Jay-Z's recent comments, in which he said Sigel was given many opportunities to succeed despite not earning them. During a Canadian press conference, Jay said that Beanie was given a record label, clothing line, and even at one point, was driving two Bentleys -- all of this without a platinum plaque under his belt. Beanie says those statements are false. He claims that Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder, Kareem "Biggs" Burke, placed the down payments for both vehicles as a birthday gift, his only obligation being a monthly car note of just $5,100. "It's not like I had all this wealth and I bought ... like you helped me obtain all this wealth and gave me me these two Bentleys," Sigel explained. "They just gave away monthly plans. The issue with the Bentleys, you shot yourself in the foot with that. "You didn't give me a record label. It only cost a couple hundred to search the name, State Property Records. I think I paid another couple hundred dollars and I patented the LLC company. My record label only cost me $700 ... maybe $750. I did that on my own. You didn't give me that," he continued. In fact, Beanie Sigel says the Roc-A-Fella heads didn't give him much. He did admit that the State Property Clothing line was given to him like Jay stated. However, the deal was in Jay-Z's favor and not his. In the end, the profits were taken from him anyway. "What did you give me? The clothing line that you gave me? I had 20% of State Property Clothing. It was me, Jay, Dame, and the two other Russians that had the Rocawear, owned State Property," Beans explained. "... even on the clothing line ... the same reason why you and Dame broke up -- Jay-Z -- because he was taking all the money from Rocawear and putting it into all his other lil companies. He did the same thing to State Property." Still, despite all the behind the scenes scheming, Beans said he was in Jay-Z's corner. He even went to bat for him in a battle against the Ruff Ryders and Jadakiss in the early 2000s. But, according to the rapper, things changed when Jay turned his back on him during his highly publicized weapons trial in 2004. Jay was ordered to take the stand in his trial, and while he did say nice things about the Philly rapper, he didn't back him when it would've helped him most. "When he was on the stand, he spoke good things about me -- I'm an incredible artist, this and that," Beanie began. "So, she said, 'So, if I was to release him today to continue to go on the Roc The Mic Tour together, would you be willing to be responsible for his whereabouts?' And it was silence ... and he said 'No.' That's when my relationship with Jay was tainted. This ain't a money issue, like 'No?' ... everything you told this lady I was, it meant nothing. Jay was really never down with me." As the interview went on, he revealed several shady behind the scenes incidents that went on during Roc-A-Fella Records' heyday, and promised to continue his onslaught against Jay-Z until he gets a response out of him. "He is a crumb. I'm gonna put my foot on his neck until he responds. Please make a record," Beanie concluded. Part One Part Two

MTV Reports LAS VEGAS — When it comes to attracting big names for charity, Justin Timberlake has no trouble. Saturday night in Las Vegas saw the wide reach of JT's star power, with a diverse lineup of artists from Snoop Dogg to Taylor Swift taking part in his second annual Justin Timberlake & Friends Concert, benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children at Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino. While last year's show boasted many onstage collaborations, Justin had high hopes for this year's event — which included the aforementioned Doggfather and country queen, plus Alicia Keys, TLC, Timbaland, Ciara and Jay Sean. "There were a lot of acts this year that weren't able to get here till today, so there weren't as many collabs as I had in my brain," Timberlake told MTV News during rehearsals. "But I think that's always the case, it's kind of like [when] you do an album and you write, like, 40 songs, and then 12 of them make it. ... But still, just having everyone out and getting to see them do their set — there are a couple of things that have never been performed onstage. There's a new song from [Timbaland] tonight, from his record that we did together. I think Snoop's doing a new song from his new record. So it's kinda cool for them too, because it's like perfect test marketing." The night saw Justin wearing many hats (including a fedora) — acting as emcee, performer and maestro. He even kept the crowd updated with the Yankees/Angels score in between sets. But the fans were there for music, and they sure got their money's worth. Jay Sean kicked off the night's performances, accompanied by U.K. beatbox champion MC Zani. The duo took a different take on the British singer's current hit, "Down," starting off with a beatbox intro and acoustic guitar, until launching into a full version of the song with Justin's band — which served as the house band for the whole evening.

Next up was Taylor Swift, and Justin assured everyone that there would be no Kanye-style stage crashing on his watch. "Don't worry, guys, I got security on the sides, so no one can come up and ruin her set," Timberlake told the crowd. As soon as Swift hit the opening notes of "You Belong With Me," she had the crowd on their feet. Her raucous set was full of hair tosses and hip swings, impressive for the silver dress she performed in, dripping with what looked like diamonds. Her set got even more dazzling when she strapped on a shimmery acoustic guitar for "Love Story."

Justin introduced the next artist as "one of the greatest musicians of my generation." Alicia Keys then strutted across the stage in a stunning pair of red pumps, and took a seat at her piano to belt out "Doesn't Mean Anything." After the song, Alicia addressed the crowd. "I wanna tell you a little about myself, where I'm from," she said, launching into the hook from "Empire State of Mind" then going right into "Fallin'," which sounded even more impressive with the house band's backup singers. The Mandalay Bay Events Center could barely contain the energy.

For the next performance, JT told the crowd, "Ladies and gentlemen, asses up, give it up for the one and only, legendary T-L-C!" Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas' first performance in six years sent the crowd into a frenzy, as the duo tore through a barrage of hits — "FanMail," "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg," "What About Your Friends," "Baby Baby Baby," "Creep," "Waterfalls" and "No Scrubs." While founding member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes is no longer with us, her presence was still in the room as her vocals were filled in by live performance footage on the screen.

The next performance brought the night's first on-stage collaboration. After Justin got the crowd moving to "Señorita," he welcomed Ciara onstage for "Love Sex Magic." The crowd stayed on their feet for the rest of Ciara's set — "Goodies" and "1, 2 Step."

Next up was Snoop Dogg, who performed "Drop It Like It's Hot," "What's My Name" and new single "Gangsta Love." Continuing the night's collaborations, Snoop told the crowd, "Since my homeboy Justin asked me to come out here tonight, I'm gonna ask him to come out right now." The guys broke into "Signs," doing a little two-step action. Justin took the reins, jumping into a medly of "Summer" and "Chop Me Up," with Timbaland coming out to do his verse on "Chop." Tim stayed on stage for "Give It to Me," which had girls spilling into the aisles to dance. The duo then broke into the brand-new song that Justin had promised, the title of which they never announced. It features an anthemic chorus with the lyrics "Turn me on now" and a breakdown that repeats "What's your name?/ What's your number?/ I'm glad I came, so you can take my order." Two hours into the show, it was time for Justin to take over. JT launched into an acrobatic mash-up of hits — both his and other artists'. It started with an acoustic rendition of "Like I Love You," then transitioned to Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" during the "Like I Love You" chorus. Next was Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody," mixed with the lyrics of "Cry Me a River," then going back to the KOL chorus. "Lovestoned" followed, blended with Coldplay's "Viva la Vida."

The night seemingly was coming to an end as Justin sat down at a piano for a heartfelt performance of "What Goes Around ... /... Comes Around," but although he announced it was his last song, he changed his mind. "I'm in the mood," he told the Vegas crowd. He shouted to his band to freestyle on the next song, and they settled on "Until the End of Time." The show ended just shy of midnight, capping off another successful year for Justin and his charity. Honors are especially due for Justin's bandmembers, who spent nearly three hours on stage backing up the night's performers.
