50 Cent is currently in the hospital and is extremely sick. His good friend Floyd Mayweather Jr. is asking fans to keep him in their prayers.
“Please keep 50 Cent in your prayers he is in the hospital and he is extremely sick…we will remain positive," Mayweather said earlier today on V103's Ryan Cameron show.
An extremely ill 50 has been using Twitter to update everyone on his condition.
"I don't want to go into surgery. @FloydMayweather call my phone why your phone off," the music mogul wrote on the social networking site. "Do not do a @djdrama gangsta grillz this is all I get. Ain't this a b*tch. I give 15 tracks you give me this."
As you can see from the pic above the G-Unit General needs our support. We'll have an exclusive update from 50 himself coming very soon.
**UPDATE**
We received a call from hospital staff filling us in on 50's condition. Fif traveled to London on business and while there he ate some Jamaican food and an apple. On the way to the airport he fell ill and couldn't keep his food down. He drank some water afterwards and headed to the airport to catch his flight. On the plane he ate a meal without incident. After landing at JFK he headed straight to his office, stopping along the way to grab a burger and some fries, which after eating made him ill again. After being unable to hold his food down he decided to spend the night in the city.
The following morning 50 went to see his doctor where his temperature and blood pressure were checked, both of which were normal. He left the doctor's office then went and got changed so he could do an interview DJ Drama at ThatsEnuff.com for his Gangsta Grillz mixtape. At that point 50 fell ill once again. He felt light headed, started sweating and having abdominal cramps due to dehydration and not having any food left in his stomach. He immediately went to the hospital where doctors gave him morphine for the pain. He was given a dye to drink and went through a cat scan which revealed he had a blockage in his small intestine.
At that point 50 was given the option of having a tube placed down his nose into his stomach to relieve the blockage or have surgery. After four unsuccessful attempts to remove the blockage with the tube doctors decided that method was not going to work. As of now he is being observed to see if anything changes, if not he will have to undergo surgery.

Back in January it was announced that Iggy Azalea had signed a deal with Interscope Records. Jimmy Iovine went so far as to call her "the next Tupac," but there seems to have been a big change in the last couple of months.
When Iggy aligned herself with T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint in April she told MTV that her deal with Interscope had been restructured to allow that to happen.
"I didn't know I was gonna sign to Grand Hustle," Azalea told MTV News, explaining how she managed to stick with both imprints. "There's no way I thought that would happen. Not because I didn't like them, just because my deal was all sewn up, and I restructured the whole thing."
Now it seems Interscope is out of the picture completely based on comments T.I. made in a new interview with MTV's Hip Hop POV.
"Iggy is a free agent," Tip said. "Right now she is a Grand Hustle artist."
There would seem to be much more to the story. Hopefully we'll find out in the coming weeks what happened to Iggy's deal with Interscope.

Legendary Houston rapper Scarface has been putting in quality work for twenty five years. Known for his wordplay and vivid lyrics, the veteran Geto Boy stopped by Shade 45's Sway in the Morning show recently and laid down a freestyle while reading updates from his Twitter page. He followed that up with an a capella verse from his upcoming album "Rooted."
Don Trip and Scarface are no fans of their baby's mothers as witnessed by this remix that Uncle Face added a verse to.
After dropping a couple of buzz singles and appearing on various remixes, rapper T.I. has announced a release date for his eighth studio album.
During an appearance on the Angie Martinez show Tuesday Tip said 'Trouble Man' will be released on September 4, one day after the second season of his reality show “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” premiers on VH1.
