Meek Mill is hard at work on the follow up to his debut album, Dreams and Nightmares. The Dream Chasers Records boss told Rap-Up that he's already recorded 80 songs for the not-yet-tiled disc.

He confirmed there will be a song featuring Roc Nation singer Rita Ora entitled "I'm A Ride." There will also be some production from Timbaland.

"Timbaland, that's the OG. Me and Timbaland been always kicking it for the last year or two," Meek said. "I seen him one day and I was playing some music for him and Hov. He wanna go in. He wanna make some magic. You know I was all the way with that."

Meek added that the album will have a lot of street records on it and will be released in the spring. He also commented on Justin Bieber's recent problems.

STAR talks battle rapper JC recycling rounds at URL, the Google and the world brain documentary, Lil Chuckie now hating on Lil Wayne

Radio legend Troi Torain (STAR) always delivers hard-hitting objective truth. As a culture critic he is vicious, as a businessman he is relentless, as a luminary he is un-matched.

12350019290?profile=original

Considered a radio pioneer by many, STAR has set precedents on the urban landscape and was recently inducted into News One's "Top 20 Black Radio Jockeys Of All Time."

STAR & BUC WILD made the national stage on MTV (1999) but it was their radio show on New York's Hot 97 and Power 105 (2000 - 2006) that secured their place in Hip-Hop history.

Torain's resume includes The Source magazine, MTV Networks, Hot 97, Power 104.1, Power 105.1, Pulse 87, Hip-Hop Weekly magazine, Vladtv, Thisis50, 100.3 The Beat, shot97.com and VH1 (The Gossip Game).

This clip is from STAR's LIVE show (12noon -- 2pm) on http://shot97.com.

Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber have only one thing in common. They were both very successful entertainers by the time they were 19-years old. All comparisons, good or bad, should stop there.

TMZ published an article today about The King of Pop and Bieber. In it they wrote about the similarities they see regarding the two singer's alleged drug problems.

Justin Bieber is suffering from the same delusion that Michael Jackson once embraced -- putting on a false air of confidence when behind the scenes their lives are falling apart.

You'll recall the scene with MJ back in 2004 ... after his arraignment on child molestation charges. Michael famously jumped on his SUV and waived and smiled, trying to convince everyone things were ok.

Justin did the same thing Thursday as he left jail ... after being busted for DUI and resisting arrest.

As much as both of them protested ... Michael and Justin had the same Achilles' heel -- drugs. Michael was hooked on a pharmacy of prescription drugs, and Justin has an enormous problem with sizzurp.

It didn't end well for Michael. It's not too late for Justin.

Michael was very private and kept himself isolated from the world. Any suggestion that he had a drug problem during the time of that particular trial is pure speculation.

Justin surrounds himself with an entourage, lives a hard partying lifestyle and admits to taking prescription meds and smoking weed.

Audubon drops latest music and blesses fans with visuals for blazing new track "Mega Church", produced by The Reason and Audubon. The stylistically dope visuals for newest single were provided by Nelson Salcedo. The video intro opens up to an ornate backdrop, with Audubon donning a cocaine white ensemble, drawing audiences into the lavish interior of what appears to be a Cathedral, while Audubon reels listeners in with his hypnotic flow over the smooth and haunting cadence of his latest single "Mega Church".  Audubon's "Mega Church" brings the spirit of El Bario, right into the living room's of listeners, giving them a heavy dose of fiery lyrics accompanied by flawlessly executed cinematography from the Heights rapper.

Jay Z and Beyonce continue to make big moves and receive accolades. The couple lands on the cover of Billboard magazine's The Power 100 issue, and also grab the No. 1 spot on the list. Others in the top 10 include Jimmy Iovine, Lucian Grainge, Coran Capshaw, Michael Rapino, Martin Bandier, Doug Morris, Irving Azoff, Len Blavatnik and Rob Light.

What is power? At its base, it's the ability to reshape the world around you according to your vision. And who in the music industry did so better in the last year than this power couple?

Leveraging their star power to release new albums in unprecedented ways—Jay Z through Samsung and Beyoncé through iTunes—they instantly changed how the industry and fans thought about interacting with music. He gave his album away; she charged a premium price for hers. But they both used the element of surprise to restore the excitement that used to accompany a new release, before that impact was dulled by the endless thunder of carefully plotted promotion.

In short, they proved that content truly is king. Or, in this case, king and queen.

Pic After The Jump

It's no surprise that Snoop Dogg wakes and bakes. He probably even sleeps with a blunt in his mouth. The king of puff puff passing is in Melbourne, Australia for the Big Day Out music festival.

The Doggfather was having a chronic break in his hotel room at 10 a.m. Friday morning (January 24) when a fire alarm went off.

Three firefighters from the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Trevor Bowen, Owen Sullivan and James Kemp, happened to be in the hotel at the time and rushed to his room thinking there was a real fire. After discovering that there wasn't the two posed for a picture with Snoop, who posted the photos on his Instagram account

12350597895?profile=original

Here's what Bowen said about the incident, according to The Guardian.

"It was pretty funny. We had a brush with Mr Snoop himself. He asked us for a photo because he said he always wanted to be a firefighter. It was an amazing chance encounter, which would probably be one of the highlights of my 26 years with the MFB."

12350598500?profile=original

The firefighters wouldn't comment on what set off the fire alarm.
