Kaitlin Pearson work's as a teacher's assistant at South Street Elementary School in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She also models in her spare time. Someone sent photos of Kaitlin posing semi-nude to school administrators and a local newspaper.
On Friday (January 17) Superintendent of Schools André Ravenelle placed Pearson on paid administrative leave
"The only comment I would make is, we would be committed to take action on anything that we're knowledgeable of that would pose any concern of someone working with students," Ravenelle told the Sentinal Enterprise.
A note, which was typed in all capital letters was included in the package of photos that was sent out. It read: "Can you believe that this girl was hired to work with special education children in the Fitchburg schools?!!
Some residents are voicing their support for Pearson and feel like she is the victim, according to MassLive.
"What really upsets me is the person who perpetrated this." resident Joanne Huse said., "To me, that is the real crime."
"What she does in her own private life is her business," said Adam Doss, another resident of Fitchburg. He added a word of caution though. "What you put on the internet you need to be careful about.

A lot of Americans want Justin Bieber to head back to Canada for good. The 19-year old pop star has gotten under the skin of 109,047 U.S. citizens as of this posting, who have signed a petition to get his green card revoked. That's more than enough to get an official response from the White House.

Here's what it says:
We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.
Will the Obama administration send Justin packing? That's doubtful, but it will at least be considered.

At the end of the day it always seems to boil down to money. TMZ is reporting that the 18-year old man who got beat down last week by Kanye West in Beverly Hills after threatening to kill Kim Kardashian and calling her a "n*gger lover" wants money to avoid a trial.
The teenagers lawyer approached West's camp asking for several hundred thousand dollars to settle the case out of court. The two sides are reportedly negotiating a civil settlement.
As we previously reported, the fight with the teen went down Monday (January 13) at the office of chiropractor Richard Hill. After being verbally abused and threatened by the man, Kim called Kanye, who made his way to the office. Witnesses say he punched the teen at least 30 times before being pushed off of him and told to leave the office.
It's probably best for Kanye to make this case go away quickly. The last thing he wants is more legal trouble. He is already being sued by photographer Daniel Ramos for an altercation that went down at Los Angeles International Airport last August.
Ramos is being represented by attorney Gloria Allred.
**UPDATE** January 28
Kanye West and his lawyer Shawn Holley have reached a financial settlement with the 18-year old man who got smacked up by West for threatening to kill and hurled racial slurs at Kim Kardashian. TMZ reports that the teen will receive $250,000 in exchange for not pursuing a criminal case against the rapper.
The district attorney is still mulling whether or not to press charges against West, but without their star witness they have no case and will likely pack it in.

Macklemore had one day to enjoy his Grammy trophies before someone dug up an old tweet from 2009 where the rapper expressed his opinion that 9/11 was an inside. Specifically, he blamed former President George Bush for the tragedy that killed nearly 3000 people and shook America to it's core.
A 2005 track entitled "Bush Song" by the Seattle rapper has also emerged. It it Macklemore expressed similar beliefs.
"Where's Dick Cheney at? Probably off in Iraq finding some oil to tap, tell 'em I got up on that and y'all still think it was Bin Laden. When it was us and the Masons, plotting on oil profits," Macklemore raps.
The song is off of Macklemore's 2005 debut album The Language of My World. People are now questioning if the rapper is a 9/11 truther.
Twitter is fired up about the topic. Here's a sample of what people are saying.
