Collective Music Group artist, Blac Youngsta, ran into problems with police on Friday, January 8, when he left a Wells Fargo bank in Atlanta after withdrawing $200,000 cash.
Someone inside the bank called the police because they though it was suspicious. When the rapper exited he was put in handcuffs and cops confiscated $100,000 of his money to check out it's legitimacy before letting him go.
"I went in there and got $200,000 out of my account. I come out the bank... I see the police. I'm walking to my car [and] I see one of the pointing to my bag like, 'him'" Youngsta told11 Alive. “They come bum rushing me at the car, put me on the ground, putting guns to my head, so I’m like ‘What I’d do?' A lady was like I’m not supposed to have…$200,000 on me. I’m like, ‘I’m a millionaire. How can I not have $200,000 on me?’"
Blac, real nameSam Benson, said he was told someone had written a bogus check and an employee at the bank thought it was him, but all of the$1.3 millionhe has in the institution is legitimate.
"They apologized and let me go, but they just took $100,000 of my money. I'm finna go to the police precinct right now and get my other $100,000," he said.
A reporter then asked him why he needed $200,000 in cash.
"I was finna go buy me a vehicle," he explained. "They got the new Mercedes Benz out, you know like the Maybach. I was finna go get one. I was about to go buy one, cash. Buy they just made me so mad I might go buy me a Ferrari right now. I feel aggressive. I feel fast.. [Bank employees] couldn't believe that I was young, black, handsome and I was getting $200,000 out. I had my Rolex on with all the diamonds in it. On my rich folks stuff. The thing is, I'm a rapper. How I live my life I don't believe in checks. I don't want to go to the car lot with no check. My dream I always dreamed about was going in the bank getting a half a million out and taking the car lot a half a million and putting it on the desk like, 'give me that Ghost right there.' Where I come from we don't believe in taking checks to the car lot. It's still legit. This the check right here."
The war on drugs has been one with numerous battles over the last several decades, and as the years pass new ones are produced but crack cocaine continues to affect the Black community. During DJ Vlad's talk with Freeway Ricky he was shown a clip from Montana of 300's VladTV interview where he spoke about his mother's ongoing battle with crack. At one point Montana says he used to want to wipe out all of the drug dealers because of it, to which Freeway Ricky states it's "kinda like [how] the United States government feels - that they can just lock up all the drug dealers and the problem will go away. It won't happen." Interestingly enough it was Ricky's own family who made him give up the drug game for good. His advice to Montana of 300? "What you have to do is help your people. He has to find a way to get through to his mom."

During an interview with Fighthype, Floyd Mayweather Jr., talked about the double standard he believes that exists in combat sports when it comes to race.
He cited the example of the media calling out Bernard Hopkins when he fought as a 160 pound middleweight and challenged smaller boxers like Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosley and Felix Trinidad to fight him.
Mayweather feels like Gennady "GGG" Golovkin, who is the IBF and WBA middleweight champion, is currently doing the same thing, but not receiving the same criticism because of the racism that still exists in boxing.
He also brought up the fact thatAndre Wardis ranked No. 4 byRing Magazineeven though he's undefeated.
The retired champion later brought up the rapid ascension ofUFCfightersRonda RouseyandConor McGregor.
"Ronda Rousey, you know, I think she fought somewhere like 11 or 12 fights, which is not a bad thing. Laila Ali went undefeated and was dominating too. After Ronda Rousey fought I think 9, 10, 11 fights, it didn't even take that long, she got all types of endorsements, movies and everything," Mayweather said. "Laila Ali did the same thing in better fashion. Ronda Rousey, she's a good looking woman when she put it on. Laila Ali is a drop-dead gorgeous woman; I mean a naturally beautiful woman and can kick ass, but you never heard them [the media] saying when she had I think somewhere around 10, 11, 12 fights that she was the baddest woman to ever fight on the planet. And what's so crazy, I don't really know the McGregor guy; never seen him fight. I heard his name actually from one of the runners that works for our company; a little kid named Ken Hopkins, he's a runner and takes care of a lot of the daily business. Whatever we need, he takes care of. He's a cool little kid, I like him, and he does MMA. He told me about the guy McGregor. They say he talk a lot of trash and people praise him for it, but when I did it, they say I'm cocky and arrogant. So biased! Like I said before, all I'm saying is this, I ain't racist at all, but I'm telling you racism still exists."
McGregor responded with a lengthy post on his Facebook page.
"Floyd Mayweather, don't ever bring race into my success again. I am an Irishman. My people have been oppressed our entire existence. And still very much are. I understand the feeling of prejudice. It is a feeling that is deep in my blood," McGregor wrote. "In my family's long history of warfare there was a time where just having the name 'McGregor' was punishable by death. Do not ever put me in a bracket like this again. If you want we can organize a fight no problem. I will give you a fair 80/20 split purse in my favor seen as your last fight bombed at every area of revenue. At 27 years of age I now hold the key to this game. The game answers to me now."
What do you think about Mayweather's comments on racism in combat sports and McGregor's angry reply?
"Mission accomplished: We have him. I want to inform Mexicans Joaquin Guzman Loera has been arrested," Nieto wrote. "My appreciation to the Security Cabinet of the Government of the Republic for this important achievement for the rule of law in Mexico."
Guzman, the leader of the powerful Sinaloa Cartel, has been on the run since escaping from the Altiplano Federal Prison, a maximum security facility located 50 miles outside of Mexico City.
The daring escape took place on July 12, 2015. Guzman got away when he slipped into the shower in his cell and climbed down a 32-foot tall ladder and made his way to freedom using a mile long tunnel that had been recently constructed.
In August, the U.S. offered a $5 million reward for his capture. This was the second time Guzman had escaped from a Mexican prison. The first time it took thirteen years to recapture him.
Authorities came close to catching Guzman in October. He got away, but reportedly suffered injuries to his face and one leg.

CBS News is reporting that Guzman was captured in a home in the city of Los Mochis, in his home state of Sinaloa, following a shootout with Mexican marines, who had been tipped off to the location.

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — President Barack Obama mocked conspiracy theorists and tore into the National Rifle Association for pushing "imaginary fiction," as he described his plans to tighten gun control rules as modest first steps toward tackling gun violence in America.
In a prime-time, televised town hall meeting Thursday, Obama fielded tough questions from high-profile gun control opponents and supporters alike, often answering with sympathy and without confrontation as he tried to reassure Americans there is a middle ground on a fiercely divisive issue.
But Obama didn't hold back when asked by CNN moderator Anderson Cooper about the notion that the federal government — and Obama in particular — wants to seize all firearms as a precursor to imposing martial law. He blamed that notion on the NRA and like-minded groups that convince its members that "somebody's going to come grab your guns."
"Yes, that is a conspiracy," Obama said. "I'm only going to be here for another year. When would I have started on this enterprise?" Obama defended his support for the constitutional right to gun ownership while arguing it was consistent with his efforts to curb mass shootings. He said the NRA refused to acknowledge the government's responsibility to make legal products safer, citing seatbelts and child-proof medicine bottles as examples.
Taking the stage at George Mason University, Obama accused the NRA of refusing to participate in the town hall despite having its headquarters nearby.
"Since this is a main reason they exist, you'd think that they'd be prepared to have a debate with the president," Obama said.
NRA spokesman Andrew Arulanandam said beforehand that the group saw "no reason to participate in a public relations spectacle orchestrated by the White House." Several NRA members were in the audience for the event, which was organized and hosted by CNN. And the NRA pushed back on Twitter in real time, noting at one point "none of the president's orders would have stopped any of the recent mass shootings."
The White House has sought to portray the NRA, the nation's largest gun group, as possessing a disproportionate influence over lawmakers that has prevented new gun laws despite polls that show broad U.S. support for measures like universal background checks. Last year, following a series of mass shootings, Obama pledged to "politicize" the issue in an attempt to level the playing field for gun control supporters.
The American Firearms Retailers Association, another lobby group that represents gun dealers, did participate Thursday. Asked how business had been since Obama took office, Kris Jacob, vice president of the group, replied: "It's been busy."
"There's a very serious concern in this country about personal security," he added.
Obama's actions on guns have drawn major attention in the presidential campaign, with the Democratic candidates backing Obama and the Republicans unanimously voicing opposition. Donald Trump, addressing a rally in Vermont just as Obama was holding the town hall, said he would eliminate gun-free zones in schools on his first day if elected to the White House.
"You know what a gun-free zone is for a sicko? That's bait," Trump told the crowd.
Obama's broadside against the NRA came two days after his unveiling of a package of executive actions aimed at keeping guns from people who shouldn't have them. The centerpiece is new federal guidance that seeks to clarify who is "in the business" of selling firearms, triggering a requirement to get a license and conduct background checks on all prospective buyers.
The plan has drawn intense criticism from gun rights groups that have accused the president of trampling on the Second Amendment and railroading Congress by taking action on his own without new laws. Just after his 2012 re-election, Obama pushed hard for a bipartisan gun control bill that collapsed in the Senate, ending any realistic prospects for a legislative solution in the near term.
The town hall featured several well-known figures in the gun debate. Former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in 2011, stood as her husband, Mark Kelly, asked Obama about confiscation theories. Taya Kyle, whose late husband was depicted in the film "American Sniper," asked the president about why he doesn't highlight falling murder rates. Cleo Pendleton, whose daughter was shot and killed near Obama's Chicago home, asked about his proposals to stop gun trafficking across state lines.

Kimberly Corban, an NRA supporter, told Obama she'd been raped by an intruder and now feels that owning a gun "seems like my basic responsibility as a parent ... I refuse to let that happen again."
Ahead of the town hall, Obama put political candidates on notice that he would refuse to support or campaign for anyone who "does not support common-sense gun reform" — including Democrats.
All the candidates running for the Democratic presidential nomination support stricter gun laws, so Obama's declaration in a New York Times op-ed isn't likely to have an impact on the race to replace him. Instead, it appeared aimed at Democratic congressional candidates from competitive districts who might want Obama's support on the campaign trail this year.

Two weeks ago Janet Jackson announced via her website and Instagram page that she had to call a halt to her "Unbreakable" world tour to undergo surgery.
"Hey you guys… Happy Holidays to each and every one of you. I need you to know, I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon. It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring," she wrote. "Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold on to your tickets. They will be honored in a special way when the new schedule is announced. Please pray for me, my family and our entire company during this difficult time. There will be no further comment. I love you all so much and am ever grateful for your understanding and your love. Gon’ b alright."
RadarOnline reports that doctors had to operate on the singer's vocal chords after finding a tumor that could be cancerous.
“Doctors found a growth on Janet’s vocal cords that could be serious,” a source told Radar. “It’s a medical condition that has to be taken care of immediately.”
Dr. Stuart Fischer told Radar that cancer could end Janet's career.
“God forbid that this should be cancer of the larynx," he said. “That would abruptly end her ability to ever perform again.”
The younger sister of Michael Jackson's catalog is full of hit songs, including "Control," "Alright," "Someone to Call My Lover," "Nasty," "If," "What Have You Done For Me Lately" and many more.

Janet Jackson has addressed the rumors that she has cancer. She released a clip via YouTube that features the song “The Great Forever” from her new album, "Unbreakable."
At the end of it was a message to her fans:
"Remember ... believe it when you hear it from my lips," the message reads. "The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I'm recovering. My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled. Thank you for your prayers and love."
