Nelly and his sexual assault accuser, Monique Greene, have dismissed their lawsuits against each other.

“Both Parties have mutually agreed to drop the lawsuit,” Nelly’s attorney told Page Six in a statement. “No settlement or money changed hands.”

Greene accused 43-year old rapper, born Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., of raping her in October 2017 on his tour bus in Seattle.

She later dropped the charges and hit Nelly with a sexual assault and defamation lawsuit.

In January 2018 Nelly mounted a defense and counter-sued. In legal documents, Nelly claimed the sex was consensual. He says he and Greene met in the VIP area of a club where he was headlining after she began flirting.

Daz Dillinger is in deep trouble with the law following a drug bust at his Georgia home Tuesday just before midnight in Powder Springs

TMZ reports that the 45-year old member of the rap group Tha Dogg Pound faces charges, including 10 THC pods, THC oil, a THC vaporizer, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, possession and a a jar of cannabis lean.

In total the rapper, born Delmar Drew Arnaud, is staring at 13 felony charges. He's currently being held in Cobb County jail. His bail is set at $15,000. Daz is still waiting to face a judge.
