If Helen Staudinger asks you for a kiss you better be prepared to either pucker up or run for cover.
The 92-year old Staudinger is accused of firing 4 shots at her neighbor, 53-year old Dwight Bettner after he brushed off her love advances.
"She appeared to have the impression that there was a relationship between them," police said in an arrest report.
When Bettner told her to "get her ass out of his house" Staudinger said she wouldn't leave without getting a kiss first.
After failing to get her kiss the old lady went home to get her gun.
"The defendant said she came home, got her gun, and went back to shoot his car that he loved so much," the police report said.
Four bullets hit Bettner's house, one whizzed right by him while he was on the phone, but luckily none hit him.
Staudinger is in the Marion County Jail on a $15,000 bond.

A Michigan cop is in hot water today because of a video that shows her shooting an unarmed suspect on January 15
30-year old Devin Reddick was being pursued by police on suspicion of domestic abuse. When he stopped and exited his vehicle he was shot in the stomach by officer Tracy Yurkunas, who said she thought she saw Reddick reaching for something. Turns out he was not armed, cops only found his cell phone.

Yurkunas was intially cleared of all charges, when the shooting was ruled self defense. Now that the video has surfaced Washtenaw County are reopening the case.
Police claim that didn't have access to this tape previously because there "were problems with the recording system" at that time.

Chris Brown made the worst of his appearance on ABC's Good Morning America today (March 22).
Brown was there to promote the release of his new album 'F.A.M.E.'. He grew agitated when host Robin Roberts asked several questions about his assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
"I've been focusing on this album. I think this album is what I want people to hear and get into and not the stuff that happened two years ago," Chris told her
It did seem like Chris was blindsided by the questions, but according to TMZ he approved them all prior to the interview.
There was obviously a misunderstanding because off camera Brown reportedly let out a loud scream before tearing up his dressing room, even breaking a window before storming out of ABC's Manhattan studio.

Much like a kid who finally gets tired of being bullied in school Yung Berg has decided that enough is enough.
Unlike the school kid who looks for a fight in order to clear his lane. Berg is taker a quiter, safer route in dealing with the thugs that have relieved him of a few jewelry pieces. Berg has decided to ditch the fancy jewels and focusing on music.
If he's not wearing any jewels he won't get robbed right? We can only hope.
Berg has been robbed of a Transformers chain, a Batman chain and been pistol whipped while getting jacked.
"On some real sh*t back in the day when I was buying those big ass chains and sh*t, I felt like that was a part of me being Yung Berg. But me growing up and being Christian, being Mr. Ward, and who I really I am, I toned down. I'm not going to be with the big gaudy chains because people would look and they would say "Well, this n*gga still ain't learn his lesson." I learned my lesson. I'm going to have jewelry but it's going to be more upscale and common. It's not going to be catching just the n*gga eye," Berg recently told Vibe.
Regardless of how anyone else might look at it, Burg is happy with his career right now. He just dropped a mixtape 'Mr Ward' and is working on an album under Bryant Mckinnie's B Major Music Group

This probably happens a lot more than we know.
Police are called to stop a fight, but the situation quickly turns into what looks like police brutality as they club and mace everyone.
The incident happened on St Patrick's Day.
Something tells me these Savannah, GA cops won't be getting more than a slap on the wrist.
Ever since the classic Notorious B.I.G. album "Ready To Die" dropped 17 years ago people have wondered who the chubby baby pictured on the cover was.
People can stop wondering now that Keithroy Yearwood, an 18-year old high school senior from the Bronx revealed it's him in the pic.
Yearwood says he realized it was him at around the age of 8.
"The first time I saw my picture somewhere was Times Square, in the big area where the big pictures go," he he told The Boombox. "To this day, I don't know why they picked me. I still think it's the afro."
His family only took home $150.00 for the 2 hour shoot, but Yearwood will always be remembered now as the kid on the cover of B.I.G.'s 1st album.
"I just want people to know that's me," Yearwood told the New York Daily News. "The truth is finally coming out."
