Lil Kim was a guest on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday (February 15) and the Queen Bee had quite a lot to say about her arch nemesis Nicki Minaj.

When asked who she thought was the most overrated artist at this moment, Kim didn't say Nicki's name directly but made sure you knew who she was referring to by doing an impersonation of the "In Living Color" character Fire Marshall Bill.

Kim also had disparaging remarks to say about Nicki's song "Stupid Hoe," a track that a lot of people perceived as a Kim diss.

"I'm pretty sure I feel the same was everybody else feels right about now," Kim said. "If you have to make a song called 'Stupid Hoe' you must be the stupid hoe."

Album sales aren't the only measure of a hot MC. Meek Mill doesn't have a solo LP on the shelf, but the Philadelphia flame spitter has made his presence felt in a variety of other ways.

Thanks to "Ima Boss," his inescapable single with Maybach Music CEO Rick Ross, Meek has maintained a deafening buzz on the streets and impacted the game like no other MC in his class. Meek Milly meets all of the criteria to be considered one of the "Hottest MCs in the Game." His in-your-face lyrical delivery and fresh-off-the-block style have all helped earn him the #7 spot on the "VII" edition of the list.

Meek started off his year right, landing a spot on XXL's 2011 Freshman cover before most rap fans could even pick him out of a lineup. But those unfamiliar with Milly quickly learned who he was when Ross signed him to Maybach Music Group. And then his single "Ima Boss" began to catch fire in the streets. From the song's opening bars, Meek separated himself from other rap rookies by putting his gangsta on full display, daring his adversaries to come for him ("They say they gon' rob me, see me never do sh*t").

"For me, Meek is that real, real street music," MTV News editor/writer Rebecca Thomas said. "As much as I'm a Drake fan, a [Big] Sean fan, all those people, I just think there are days you wake up and you need to hear 'Ima Boss.' If you didn't feel 'Tupac Back,' if you didn't feel 'Ima Boss' all last year, you're dead."

It wasn't just the fans that felt Meek either. Everyone from Fabolous to Jim Jones repurposed the "Ima Boss" beat for their own freestyle needs. The omnipresent single peaked at #17 on the Billboard Rap chart, but its run in the streets and the clubs made it seem so much bigger. Mill didn't ride just the one single, though: On "Tupac Back," he resurrected the spirit of the fallen rap legend, and with "House Party," from his Dreamchasers mixtape, Meek has created quite the track record.

Last year alone, Meek signed a deal with Ecko Clothing to launch his own Dreamchasers line, was named one of MTV Jams' Fab 5 artists, won MTV2's Sucker Free's Who Got Next award and snagged a #1 rap album with his appearance on MMG's Self Made, Vol.1 compilation.

"You need dudes like Meek to hit the reset button every now and then on the game just to let them know like, 'Yo, this comes from the streets,' " said Rahman Dukes, MTV News' director of hip-hop news. "He's just as responsible for building that MMG Empire as Ross is."

Could we see a Cam'ron and Mac Miller album or mixtape in the near future? It's a distinct possibility according to Miller.

“Me and Cam are actually talking about doing a project together,” Mac told XXLMag.com. “We don’t know when we’re gonna do it. We have three or four songs recorded already. We’re working on more at this point.”

The unlikely duo have already released one song together "Dig That."

Miller says the two share a similar sense of humor and have a good time in the studio.

“We’re two funny guys,” he shared. “We cut up a lot in the studio, and have a good time and make some dope music. I think the cool thing is that it’s an unexpected collaboration that actually turned out dope. We wanna do some soulful hip-hop shit, while also making some hard shit and some fun music. [We’re] making sure that we do it in a way that’s different than other people who have done projects together. It’s still in the brainstorming stage, but we definitely have some dope records done. He’s got a lot of knowledge in that he’s schooling me on.”

Would you be interested in hearing a full length Mac Miller and Cam'ron project?

Wiz Khalifa stays high, so as expectations for his debut album, Rolling Papers, shot through the roof, the Pittsburgh rapper made good by delivering a gold-selling LP last March — with multiple hit singles to back it. That success and more was enough to take him from MTV's 2010 Hottest Breakthrough MC to the Hottest MCs in the Game VII list.

Not only did the Taylor Gang general snag the #2 spot on the Billboard 200 in his first week out — behind Britney Spears — he also dropped a collaborative album with Snoop Dogg (Mac & Devin Go to High School), blessed fans with the Cabin Fever mixtape, and sold out shows around the world on his Rolling Papers Tour. When it was all said and done, the Kush and Orange Juice spitter clocked in a reported $11 million and snagged the #11 spot on Forbes' Hip-Hop's Top Earners list.

"First of all, he won the Hottest Breakthrough MC and really fulfilled the promise that we all knew that he had," MTV News Senior hip-hop Writer Rob Markman said. "To be this young and have this many accomplishments, almost three albums in a year, you gotta give it up to dude."

The criteria to be considered a Hottest MC are based on a combination of factors: impact, buzz, sales, lyrics, swag and the intangibles. The Taylor Gang captain meets all of them. His impact was huge, just look at the way veteran artists like Snoop and Juicy J lined up to collaborate with the youngster. Wiz's buzz kept him a part of the overall 2011 hip-hop conversation and he notched impressive sales numbers. Khalifa also has a strong sense of style, as seen in his New York Times style magazine feature last September. And his relationship with Amber Rose kept him in the tabloids, adding an intangible element to his growing celebrity.

After each member of MTV's Hip-Hop Brain Trust submitted their personal Hottest MCs lists, Wiz landed the #8 spot. But then things took an interesting turn. After a heated roundtable debate and subsequent vote, Khalifa was bumped to #9 and G.O.O.D. Music upstart Big Sean snatched the #8 slot. The argument was fiery, and though most of the panelists agreed that Wiz's success was remarkable, some contended that Rolling Papers was a critical disappointment and Khalifa had lost some steam in the past few months.

"It's a good album, but I think with the momentum and expectations, it didn't live up to the hype," said Yomi Desalu, MTV's senior director of music and talent programming strategy.

"But I just feel like I want him up there because of the full year, of the full stride, of the Rolling Papers Tour, of what he [accomplished]," Rebecca Thomas, an MTV News editor and writer, argued.

If Wiz's final position on the "Hottest MCs in the Game" list is debatable, his impact on hip-hop over the past year is irrefutable. With a bunch of accolades already under his belt, Khalifa has nowhere to go but up!

Just when it looked like he was about to take a financial beating in divorce proceedings with his wife Vanessa, Kobe Bryant could be making the biggest comeback of his life.

Vanessa showed up at the L.A. Lakers/Atlanta Hawks yesterday and helped cheer Kobe's team to victory. Afterwards the couple was seen kissing in the tunnel on the way to the locker rooms according to TMZ.

Vanessa had already been awarded half of Kobe's net worth of $150 million in a settlement agreement. That agreement included three Orange County homes worth $18 million and ongoing spousal support and child support.

Even though everything had been agreed upon the divorce won't be finalized until June which gives Kobe plenty of time to save his marriage.

Kelis might have been the "illest ether" for Nas, but Uncle Sam isn't far behind her.

TMZ is reporting that the U.S. Government has placed a lien on the 38-year old rapper's property for $339,005.49 in unpaid taxes from 2010.

Nas has a long history of problems with the IRS.

Before this latest lien he already owed the IRS over $6.46 million dollars in back taxes according to Rolling Stone. The IRS filed a $514,298 tax lien on January 10th 2011, which was added on to a $3 million lien from February 2010 and a $2.5 million lien from October 2009. Add all of that to this latest judgement against him and Nas has big financial problems.

It took several months, but Lil B has finally responded to shots thrown his way by A$AP Rocky.

In an October 2011 interview with Complex A$AP talked about not being homophobic, but not feeling Lil B's style of dress and his "I'm Gay" album title.

“Don’t get it twisted: I don’t f*ck with Lil B or that 'I’m Gay' sh*t. But as a kid, as a person, I probably would f*ck with him. I’m not getting on the record about him anymore. I like the, ‘Woop! Woop!’ but I can’t," A$AP said "He wears my grandmother's earrings. [Laughs.] I’m just being serious. It’s not going down. I mean, I can’t talk but this n*gga be wilding. The *igga said, 'I’m Gay' and [in parenthesis put], I’m happy. Come on, Brandon. What are you doing? That’s all I can say."

In a new interview with XXL Lil B talked about the fact that he and A$AP work with the same producer, Clams. He also said he is the voice of the new generation of hip hop.

“I just talked to Clams a couple days ago,” B said. “Clams about to do my new single. He about to drop one of my singles off my new mixtape. It ain’t no problems because I go the hardest; I’m the rawest; I’m eating anybody. I don’t even want no problems. It’s like everybody gotta stay in their lane and don’t come in my lane and don’t come anywhere near my plate because we eating big in Based World. We doing it big, and they know Lil B is the rawest rapper ever and will demolish anything in his path, baby. [Rocky] doesn’t realize I’m like the young Lil Wayne of the generation for us, minus the money,” he added. “I been in the game so long, I got the most songs in the rap game, I got the most videos, I got the most views, I’m the most talked about rapper in the world. And this has been going on for years.”

What do you think of Lil B's comments?
