39-year old Yolanda Ostoloza is the definition of a horrible parent. Having recently been evicted from Malabar Cove Apartments in Palm Bay, Florida, Ostoloza hatched a plan to bring her 15-year old daughter to New York City so she could turn tricks to earn the $489.17 owed in rent, according to the New York Daily News.
On Wednesday (January 29), Ostoloza was arrested following a police sting operation to shut down the rampant prostitution that's been going on in advance of Sunday's Super Bowl XLVIII being held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
During the sting an undercover Bronx detective set up a date with the teen at a hotel in Manhattan.
The girl “agreed to have sexual intercourse with the officer for $200,” Bronx Narcotics Detective Frank Batista said in court papers.

When the teen was being arrested she told police her real age and what hotel her mom was staying in. When Ostoloza was taken into custody she admitted to pimping her daughter out.
“We came up here to work and make money with a pimp. I knew it was for escorting and prostitution. I thought my daughter was just going to do the fetish stuff.
People that know the mother told reporters that she allowed her daughter too much freedom.
"[The daughter] doesn’t have that typical 15-year-old girl’s life," said Mathew Triana, who is the father of Ostoloza's niece's baby. “The little girl is 15 years old and Yolanda used to let (her) bring home guys and sleep with them.”

“[The teen] would party and smoke weed,” Ostoloza’s neighbor, Christine, told the New York Daily News. “I would see guys coming in and out of the apartment. (The girl) would show me text messages with dudes asking her to go to hotels with them.”
New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman had a warning for anyone coming to NYC to sell sex.
"We want to send a message to anyone considering patronizing any of these illegal services before the Super Bowl: better get yourself in front of the tv, grab a couple of beers and stay out of trouble."
Ostoloza is charged with promoting prostitution and endangering the welfare of a child. She's being held on $2000 bond. Her daughter is in the custody of child welfare services.

George Zimmerman will participate in a celebrity box match on March 1st. Celebrity boxing promoter, Damon Feldman, is putting the event together. All proceeds from the bout will be donated to charity, according to TMZ.
An opponent has not yet been picked, but George is reportedly willing to fight anyone, regardless of race.
"We're not looking at it as a race thing," Feldman said. "We haven't discussed purple, yellow, white, black."
Rapper DMX would like to be the one to step into the ring with Zimmerman. He told TMZ he has specific plans for the man who was acquitted of killing 17-year old Trayvon Martin.
"I am going to beat the living f*ck out him. I am breaking every rule in boxing to make sure I f*ck him right up. Once I am done with him, I am going to whip my d*ck out and piss on him, right in his muthaf*cking face. Zimmerman is a piece of sh*t and that’s what he needs to drink."
The Game also wants to fight Zimmerman, who told Radar Online he has experience in the ring.
“Prior to the incident I was actually going to the gym for weight loss and doing boxing-type training for weight loss and a mutual friend put me in contact with Damon and provided me with an opportunity and motivation to get back in shape and continue with my weight loss goals and also be able to help a charity out.”

George Zimmerman Celebrity Boxing Match - Is He Asking For Trouble?
**UPDATE** February 5
43-year old DMX wanted a shot at George Zimmerman and he will get it. Promoter Damon Feldman told TMZ that the rapper was picked out of 15,000 applicants.
Zimmerman is 13-years younger than Dark Man X. The bout will last 3 rounds. The exact date, time and location will be announced at a press conference next Wednesday.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged Lil Za with three felonies in connection to the January 14th police raid on Justin Bieber's Calabasas, California mansion.
As we previously reported, cops went to Bieber's home looking for evidence that the singer had egg bombed his neighbor's home causing $20,000 in damage. They took his surveillance system to see if there was anything they could find on the footage.
During the raid police say they found drugs near Za, who had been living in the home. He was hauled off to jail on the spot. While in police custody Za also destroyed a jailhouse phone.
He's now looking at felony charges of damaging the phone, plus possession of Ecstacy and Oxycodone.
If convicted the rapper could face up to 9 years in jail, according to TMZ.

Kanye's West's civil settlement with the 18-year old man he beat up in Beverly Hills, California served it's purpose.
TMZ reports that the Los Angeles District Attorney will not prosecute the rapper because they basically have no case to pursue. The victim refuses to cooperate and wasn't hurt during the altercation.
"No significant injuries were documented," the D.A. said. "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability."
As we previously reported, the teen verbally abused West's fiancee Kim Kardashian at an office building on Monday (January 13). He reportedly threatened to kill her and called her a "n*gger lover."
West rushed to the scene. Once he and Kim found the teen in a chiropractor's office, Kanye punched him at least 30 times, according to witnesses.
On January 28th the G.O.O.D. Music CEO reached a financial agreement of $250,000 with the 18-year old hoping the case would go away, and it did.

Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie will be freed from the Louisiana State Penitentiary on February 13, according to multiple sources.
Boosie, real name Torrence Hatch, has been locked up since 2009 when he violated his probation after being caught with weed.
Bun B was happy about the news and tweeted it to his 871,000 followers this morning.
