The superstar producer/rapper has been working with Pia, real name, Pia Mia Perez, ostensibly on songs for her debut album.
Hollywood Life reports that Kim Kardashian is the one that introduced Pia to her 36-year old fiance.
Pia explained to MTV News how Kanye introduced her to Drake at a Kardashian dinner and convinced her to sing Drizzy's song "Hold On, We're Going Home."
“I had no idea Drake was going to be there,” Pia told MTV News about an impromptu performance that took place while dining at BFF Kylie Jenner’s home a few months back. “I sit down and we’re eating our salad and in the middle of eating, Kanye just, like, calls me out and says, ‘Drake, you see Pia’s got some cool fashion, she’s a singer.’ It was really nerve-racking because Kim and Khloe [Kardashian] were sitting across from me videotaping. It was a really cool experience. I never thought I’d be able to sing Drake his song, so that was for sure something I’ll remember forever. Drake thought it was dope and Kanye said that he thought it was really good too."
Here is where things get murky. Rumors continue to swirl that Kanye is romantically linked to the 17-year old.
Pia posted a photo on her Instagram on April 24 that got people talking. "@TheOtherWomanMovie trailer...story of my life. Guna be so hilarious! #OtherWoman #sp."
Several subsequent Twitter posts have gotten similar reactions.

“Kanye is producing some tracks for her and he’s quite involved,” a source in his camp told Radar exclusively. “He believes she could be the next Rihanna"
“Kanye has made it clear to everyone that their relationship is strictly creative,” the insider said. But as they’ve grown closer, and the teen has become one of his trusted advisors, their relationship has raised eyebrows.
“Kanye’s creative team was pretty shocked that he would use a teenager as his confidante [ on his line with APC],” the insider said. “And Kim was actually kind of agitated by it, because he doesn’t usually want her input on design stuff. She was a little jealous.”

On July 12, Total Slaughter, a battle rap league formed by Eminem, Paul Rosenberg and Slaughterhouse will launch their inaugural event in conjunction with WatchLOUD at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom.
Two battles will take center stage at Total Slaughter 1. Joe Budden will go bar for bar against Hollow Da Don. And Murder Mook will battle Loaded Lux in a highly anticipated rematch.
Rosenberg and Eminem spoke to Rolling Stone about the event.
"What we look at this opportunity as, is a way to do for battle rapping what UFC did for MMA," Rosenberg said. That's really the model we're basing it on. It's this great thing that a lot of people love, but it's very splintered, and it's very niche, and it's not really brought into the right production levels that it can or should be."
I'm a passionate battle fan, so this is something I've always thought about doing," adds Eminem, whose Shady Films is co-producing the event. "I came up battling at the same time I was making records and learning my way around the studio. It's a little bit different in terms of the kinds of tools you need, but the competitiveness is the same. The times I didn't win gave me just as much light in the past as when I did. It's all about your performance."

An 18-year old Chicago woman has been charged with first-degree murder is connection with the bizarre killing of her newborn baby.
Ana Rosa Mora gave birth to a baby boy on Saturday, April 19, then put him in a plastic WalMart bag and placed him outside.
By the time a construction worker found the child it was dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office later determined the boy died from asphyxia and possible exposure.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Mora wanted to get rid of the child because it looked like his father and she was afraid her new boyfriend would leave her because of it.
Teachers at Kelvyn High School who knew Mora was pregnant noticed she had given birth when she returned to school. When asked about her baby, Mora showed photos on her iPad of a newborn girl she said was hers.
Mora's story began to unravel when she asked school administrators about a dead baby. She wanted to know if police could take DNA from people in her home and if the DNA could be used to determine who the parents were.
Later a Chicago cop stationed at the school congratulated Mora on the birth of her child and asked how old it was. She was overheard telling the officer the child was six months old.
A suspicious staff member called the officer with concerns about Mora's story. The teen was interviewed on Tuesday, April 22. On Friday, April 25, she was arrested at her home.
Mora admitted she had lied to school officials and she had actually put her child outside. She's currently being held on $500,000 bail.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's cover, photo shoot and interview have turned into a huge success for Vogue Magazine.
According to Business Insider via Radar Online, the issue will surpass Michelle Obama (293,798) and Beyonce (355,390) as the highest selling with nearly 500,000 copies flying off store shelves.
“The projections are that Kim and Kanye will likely sell almost 500,000 copies,” a magazine insider revealed.
Some were critical of the magazine's decision to put Kim on the cover, but it now looks like a great idea.

The fallout from L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling's recently aired racist comments continues. Tank was scheduled to sing the National Anthem at the Clippers game on Tuesday, April 29, but has backed out.
Tank issued a statement via TMZ.
As an African American man and artist, I must take a stand on a matter that is so deeply personal to me. In light of the recent disturbing and offensive allegations, in good conscience, I cannot move forward with my scheduled appearance at Tuesday's Los Angeles Clippers game.

As expected Jay Z and Beyonce have revealed details about their first joint tour dubbed On the Run. The 16-city trek kicks off June 25 in Miami. Along the way there will be stops in Baltimore, Houston, Atlanta, New Orleans and Seattle before winding down in San Francisco on August 5.
The pre-sale starts tomorrow for Beyonce Fan Club members and Chase cardholders. The general public can purchase tickets starting on May 1.
Jay's Shawn Carter Foundation and Beyonce's #BeyGOOD initiative have partnered up for the tour. $1 dollar from each ticket sold will be donated to the SCF, which provides scholarships to deserving students facing financial hurdles as they look to further their education. #BeyGOOD supports various charities.

With his reputation already in shreds and repercussions from the NBA likely looming for his racist remarks, L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling is hoping money will stop the bleeding.
TMZ reports that Sterling reached out to his girlfriend V. Stiviano on Sunday, April 27, to see if they could come to an agreement.
Stiviano is in possession of more than 100 hours of audiotape that could damage Sterling further. When contacted she told him to speak to her lawyer, which probably means she has a dollar figure in mind to make this all go away.
Sterling's estranged wife, Shelly Sterling, is suing Stiviano for $1.8 million she claims was stolen from her husband.
Stiviano is upset that Sterling is going along with the lawsuit. She also claims that he knew he was being recorded because he frequently forgot conversations and needed to refresh his memory.
