Kylie Jenner lands on the cover of the latest issue of Elle Canada.

During her sit down with the publication she discusses her dad, Caitlyn Jenner, her mom being against her getting lip injections, relationship with Tyga, the anti-bullying social media campaign she's launched and more.

Check out an excerpt from her conversation with Aliyah Shamsher, photographs of the 18-year old by Max Abadian and behind the scenes footage.

12351826261?profile=original

What inspired you to create your social-media anti-bullying campaign, #IAmMoreThan, which launched in September?
“I get bullied all the time over the Internet, and I feel like the bigger I get, the more love and hate comes along with it. But there are so many other people who get bullied way worse than me, and I wanted to share their stories. I wanted to show my fans the people who inspire me, who have been through the darkness of bullying and not only overcome it but done something better with it. And they can use my platform to share their voice. I feel like if I only shared my story about bullying, it wouldn’t be as impactful as hearing other real stories that inspire me.”

How did you find these stories?
“I launched the campaign and created the hashtag #IAmMoreThan. After that, I just started looking through the posts. I literally just look through the hashtags and read each story. The last person I chose sent me a three-minute video to say how thankful he was that I posted his story. It’s really nice, and I feel like people need to hear these stories and realize that bullying is just not okay.”

It seems like you’ve been sharing a bit more of your personal life with fans. [After she turned 18, Jenner went public about her relationship with 25-year-old rapper Tyga.]

“That has been pretty organic. But I do think that if you let people in too deep, it gets hard—your fans get too invested, and then they know when you break up and make up. I don’t want people to know every time we fight or break up, so I’d rather keep some things private.”

One of the topics you’ve been more open to talking about is plastic surgery. You recently caused a media storm when you revealed that you got your lips done.
[Laughs] “When I got my lips done, I literally told no one! I didn’t tell my best friend or even the guy I liked at the time. I really thought it was no one’s business. My mom was super-against it, but I begged her and begged her and she finally let me do it. After I did them, I thought it was so obvious that I didn’t have to say anything. I never denied it because I always told my publicist ‘no lip questions,’ so no one ever asked me. I never said I got them done, but I never denied it either. But people thought I was such a liar!”

One of your role models has always been your dad, Caitlyn Jenner—how has your relationship with her changed this year?
“I just find that because everything is open and honest now, we actually spend a lot more time together. It was really hard for me in the beginning, but now it’s much easier. It’s ‘she’ now, but it was ‘he’ who always had this secret. Now she’s just free and way happier, and it makes me feel more comfortable. It’s cool. She’s the same person—she just looks different.”

Video After The Jump

LONDON (AP) — British Prime Minister David Cameron declared Thursday it was "more likely than not" that a bomb brought down a Metrojet flight packed with Russian vacationers — a scenario that officials from Russia and Egypt tried to dismiss as premature speculation.

Cameron said he had grounded all flights to and from Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, stranding thousands of British tourists at the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, because of "intelligence and information" indicating that a bomb was the likely culprit in the crash Saturday that killed 224 people.

12351827452?profile=original

Islamic State group has claimed that it brought down the plane in the Sinai, a report rejected by Russian and Egyptian officials as not credible. Egypt is fighting an Islamic insurgency in the area where the plane crashed.

Cameron said he had "every sympathy" with the Egyptians, who rely so heavily on tourism, but added he had to "put the safety of British people first."

"We don't know for certain that it was a terrorist bomb ... (but it's a) strong possibility," Cameron said at his London office at 10 Downing St. shortly before a previously scheduled meeting with Egypt's president. "There's still an investigation taking place in Egypt. We need to see the results of that investigation."

He said he would call Russian President Vladimir Putin later Thursday to discuss the crash.

A British team is working to tighten security at the Sharm el-Sheikh airport with an eye toward resuming flights. Cameron said "we want to start as soon as possible" to bring tourists home, and empty planes will be flying out from Britain to bring people back.

But the British leader cautioned it would take "some time" to repatriate the thousands of Britons in the resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.

A spokesman for Putin, Dmitry Peskov, insisted that aviation investigators were working on all possible theories as to why the Airbus A321-200 carrying 224 people crashed Saturday in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, killing everyone on board. He said naming just one possibility was mere speculation.

"One cannot rule out a single theory, but at this point there are no reasons to voice just one theory as reliable — only investigators can do that," Peskov told reporters in Moscow.

460x.jpg

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said if Britain had information about the bomb, it's "really shocking" that it hasn't shared it with Russia. She urged Britain to immediately give any such information to the investigators.

Egyptian officials have condemned Britain's travel ban as an overreaction. Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, who was in London on a visit Thursday, has called the IS claim "propaganda."

Russia's top aviation official, Alexander Neradko, said in televised remarks Thursday that investigators are pursuing several theories as to why the plane crashed. He said they are looking for traces of explosives on the victims' bodies, their baggage and the plane debris as well as studying other "aspects linked to a possible terrorist attack on board."

Neradko said the probe is likely to take several months and called for caution in speculation about the likely causes of the crash.

In the ancient city of Luxor on Thursday, Egyptian Antiquities Minister Mamdouh Eldamaty rejected the U.S. and British allegations outright.

"(The crash) is not a terror act. It was an accident," he declared as authorities opened three tombs to the public for the first time in an effort to encourage tourism. "(It's) very sad what happened, but we have to wait for the result of the investigation."

Egypt's minister of civil aviation, Hossam Kamal, insisted Thursday that the country's airports comply with international security standards.

He said, regarding U.S. and British allegations that the Russian flight may have been downed by a bomb, "the investigation team does not have yet any evidence or data confirming this hypothesis."

Metrojet suspended all flights of Airbus A321 jets in its fleet after the crash, the Russian Federal Transport Agency said Thursday. The company has ruled out a pilot error or a technical fault as a possible cause of the crash, drawing criticism from Russian officials for speaking with such certainty too soon.

Intercepted communications played a role in the tentative conclusion that the Islamic State group's Sinai affiliate planted an explosive device on the plane, said a U.S. official briefed on the matter. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss intelligence matters publicly.

The official and others said there had been no formal judgment rendered by the CIA or other intelligence agencies, and that forensic evidence from the blast site, including the airplane's black box, was still being analyzed.

The official added that intelligence analysts don't believe the operation was ordered by Islamic State leaders in Raqqa, Syria, but possibly planned and executed by the Islamic State's affiliate in the Sinai, which operates autonomously.

In Sharm el-Sheikh, British tourists said they understand their government's move to suspend flights. Paul Modley, a 49-year-old Londoner, has travelled to Sharm el-Sheikh seven times in the last nine years.

"We understand why the government have done it, but I am really worried for the Egyptian people because — particularly in the Red Sea resorts — they are so dependent on tourism," said Modley.

On the ground in the Sinai, rescue teams have retrieved 140 bodies from the scene and more than 100 body parts. Russian rescue workers, combing a 40 square kilometer (15.4 sq. mile) area, should be finishing their search for remains and wreckage by Thursday evening, according to Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov.

Grief continued to roil St. Petersburg and its suburbs, as mourners brought more flowers, candles and paper planes to the city's imperial-era square and the airport where the crashed Metrojet flight had been due to land.

In the ancient Russian city of Veliky Novgorod, 160 kilometers (100 miles) south of St. Petersburg, the first crash victim was buried Thursday after a church service in a whitewashed 16th-century church overlooking the Volkhov River.

Family and friends said goodbye to Nina Lushchenko, 60, who worked in a school canteen, remembering her as a good mother and grandmother.

He later explained that when he first started selling being an

Video After The Jump

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. (AP) — A police officer who was lauded as a hero after his fatal shooting triggered an intense and costly manhunt in fact committed suicide, carefully staging his death because he was about to be exposed as a thief, authorities said Wednesday.

Fox Lake Police Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz embezzled thousands of dollars from the Fox Lake Police Explorer program for seven years, and spent the money on such things as mortgage payments, travel expenses, gym memberships and adult websites, Lake County Major Crimes Task Force Commander George Filenko said.

"We have determined this staged suicide was the end result of extensive criminal acts that Gliniewicz had been committing in fact he was under increasing levels of personal stress from scrutiny of his management of the Fox Lake Police Explorer program," Filenko said.

12351821060?profile=original

The commander then endured blistering questions from skeptical journalists about his handling of the two-month investigation.

"We completely believed from day one that this was a homicide," Filenko said. "Gliniewicz committed the ultimate betrayal."

Thomas Rudd, George Filenko, Chris Covelli

Lake County Coroner Dr. Thomas Rudd, from left, Lake County Major Crime Task Force Cmdr. George Filenko and Lake County sheriff's Detective Chris Covelli confirm that Fox Lake Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz, 52, died Sept. 1 of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, during a press conference Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015

Just before he died, Gliniewicz radioed that he was chasing three suspicious men in a swampy area near Fox Lake, a suburb north of Chicago. Backup officers later found the Army veteran's body about 50 yards from his squad car. His handgun wasn't found for more than an hour, even though it was less than three feet from the body, Filenko said.

Gliniewicz's death on Sept. 1 set off a large manhunt, with hundreds of officers searching houses, cabins and even boats on area lakes. Helicopters with heat-sensing scanners and K-9 units scoured the area for days. Some 50 suburban Chicago police departments and sheriff's offices assisted, racking up more than $300,000 in overtime and other costs, according to an analysis that the Daily Herald newspaper published in early October.

12351821475?profile=original

More than 100 people submitted to DNA tests as investigators sought matches to evidence collected at the crime scene — genetic tests that Filenko said ultimately found nothing. Asked Wednesday whether that evidence will now be destroyed, Filenko said he didn't know.

More than 100 investigators stayed on the case for weeks, even as questions arose and investigators began to concede that they could not rule out suicide or an accident. One hint came when Rudd announced that Gliniewicz was killed by a "single devastating" shot to his chest, prompting an angry response from Filenko, who said releasing such details put "the entire case at risk."

But as the case progressed, investigators were uncovering incriminating emails that Gliniewicz had sent, suggesting he felt his thefts were about to be exposed by an audit of the Explorer program.

12351821689?profile=original

In a brief statement, Village Administrator Anne Marrin said the officer even threatened her personally after she began asking tough questions.

To the public, the case remained a homicide investigation, even after authorities announced in October that Gliniewicz, 52, had been shot with his own weapon.

Authorities released only the vague description of three suspects that Gliniewicz had radioed in — two white men and a black man. They tracked down three men captured on a home security video system, but all had rock solid alibis, Filenko said, and no one was ever arrested.

Gliniewicz was a 30-year police veteran and expert crime scene investigator, his boss said, and took elaborate steps to try to make it look like he died in a struggle, including shooting himself twice in the torso. The Lake County coroner, Dr. Thomas Rudd, said his head was bruised in ways that may have been intentional. He was struck by two rounds, one that hit his ballistic vest and another that pierced his upper chest.

Gliniewicz was he was held up on national television as a hero who died doing his job in a dangerous environment. An outpouring of grief swept Fox Lake, a village of 10,000 about 50 miles north of Chicago. The officer's picture was hung in storefront windows and flags flew at half-staff in his honor. Others described him as tough when needed, but also as sweet and a role model to youngsters aspiring to go into law enforcement.

Gliniewicz's family had dismissed the suggestion of suicide. The tattooed officer with a shaved head, who was married and had four children, "never once" thought of taking his own life, and was excited about his retirement plans, his son D.J. Gliniewicz said.

Video And Pics After The Jump

A lot of people are fascinated by the lives of gangsters. Especially ones that amass large sums of wealth.

Former Colombian drug kingpin, Pablo Escobar, built an empire from selling cocaine. In the early 90's, he was estimated to have a net worth of $50 billion. He and his bodyguard were killed in 1993 during a firefight with three different Special Operations units of the National Police of Colombia called Search Bloc.

12351818697?profile=original

Escobar was 44-years old at the time.

Rich Homie Quan decided to display Escobar's face prominently on his arm with his latest ink job and could care less whether you like it or not.

Peep the pics and video below and let us know what you think.

**UPDATE** November 5th

Rich Homie Quan has responded to the backlash he's been getting by posting a video.

"This ain't got nothing to do with no cocaine. Nothing to do with him being a drug lord. I got it because at the end of the day, his good outweigh his bad," Quan said. "That man made $60 million a day, despite what he did. He took care of his people. He made sure his family ate that had the same resemblance of me. So, I could really give a damn what you think. It's my skin, my body."

Police have literally come to the front door of Lil Wayne's Miami home to seize property to satisfy the rapper's debt to Signature Group, a private jet company, according to TMZ.

Security won't let them in, but Miami-Dade County Sheriffs have a court order which allows them to break locks at the house and it's doors if necessary to gain entry and confiscate assets.

Wayne is currently in Los Angeles while this is going down.

As we previously reported, Weezy was sued by Signature after failing to make good on a 3-year deal with the company. He initially was paying $55.000 a month per their agreement, then suddenly stopped.

Signature continued doing business with the Young Money Records boss until the bill ballooned to $1 million. At which point they filed a lawsuit.

12351507081?profile=original

Wayne lost the lawsuit in September and was ordered to pay the amount owed, plus late fees accrued over the past year in the amount of $800,000. In addition, he was ordered to pay $200,000 for the company's lawyer fees, bringing the grand total owed to $2 million.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Wayne's attorneys at Garbett, Allen & Roza are suing him for non payment of legal fees associated with the case in the amount of $80,682.45.

**UPDATE** November 4th

Police hauled off some pieces from Lil Wayne's $30 million art collection and several record plaques.

They brought someone with them to help determine the value of the seized items.

Many of you may have heard the story about former Philadelphia boxer Yusaf Mack. The father of 10 was recently confronted by friends after one of them found out had he appeared in a gay porn film with 2 other men.

Mack denied that it was him in the movie. He later said that he was paid to appear in a heterosexual smut film, but was given a drink and a pill while on the set. The next thing he remembered was waking up on a train back to Philly with $4000 in his pocket.

He claimed that he never would have willingly took part in the XXX gay flick because he is straight.

His story quickly changed when the company that hired Mack, Dawgpound USA, threatened to sue him over the drug story.

He retracted the elaborate lie and now admits to being bi-sexual.

“This is an issued public apology from my heart,” Mack said in a statement. “I was completely aware and fully conscious during the film.”

For that, Charlamagne Tha God, gave Mack the "Donkey of the Day." Listen up top.

Video After The Jump

After Meek Mill and Wale traded shots two weeks ago things were supposedly squashed by Rick Ross behind the scenes. But it's become very apparent that the two just don't like each other and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

12351829266?profile=original

On Monday, November 2nd, Meek went after his label mate again in an Instagram post.

"You can't b friends with someone who want your life," Meek wrote. "You can't break bread with someone who want you slice.... Can't b on a team with someone who want you to lose.... Can't b family if it's gotta b all about you! #MMG X #DC minus the f#%kboy."

Wale quickly responded via Twitter.

Cargado means "charged" in Spanish. Quite possibly a reference to Drake's "Charged Up" diss going at Meek.

This is the third time the two rappers have beefed publicly. It's widely assumed that the tension started last year when the Dream Chasers Records boss dissed Wale for not helping to promote his Dreams Worth More Than Money album on social media.

However, looking back at a video of the two on the red carpet at the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards, it's clear Meek's patience has been wearing thin for a while now. Peep it below.
