Report via TMZ -- Federal prosecutors are laying out an overwhelming case connecting Kodak Black to a shooting earlier this year ... but the rapper's attorney says the feds are all bark with no bite.

Prosecutors say Kodak bought 3 weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo back in February from Lou's Police Distributors -- a federal firearms licensee in Hialeah, Florida. That purchase, prosecutors allege, was facilitated after Kodak lied on a January gun application.

Kodak dropped $3,518.71 for a Mini Draco pistol, Sig MPX K 9mm pistol and Sig P238 .380 pistol.

On March 7, prosecutors say, a Porsche Panamera rented by Kodak was in Golden Acres a neighborhood in Pompano Beach, where he grew up during a shooting. The feds say the intended target was a rival rapper, who was not hit but whose house -- filled with kids -- was littered with bullets. No one was hit.

Law enforcement responded to the scene and found several spent castings and the MPX K Kodak bought in February. Prosecutors say the weapon had Kodak's fingerprints and a live round in the chamber that jammed during the shooting.

Prosecutors also say cops found the Porsche abandoned 14 miles from the scene of the crime and heavily damaged. The SUV's GPS data was then downloaded ... pinpointing the SUV in the Golden Acres neighborhood at the time of the shooting.

In docs, the feds say multiple witnesses saw Kodak at the scene of the shooting. The rapper has NOT been charged with any crime and the investigation continues.

As we first reported ... federal prosecutors wanna keep the rapper behind bars and deny him bail on the heels of his arrest at Rolling Loud for allegedly lying on 2 gun applications. While laying out their argument to keep Kodak behind bars, prosecutors brought up the March 7 shooting.

Kodak's attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... he's yet to see any type of reports that show Kodak's fingerprints on the gun. Additionally prosecutors admitted that the weapon found on scene never fired. He adds, "Witnesses came forward to us as well and stated they did not see Kodak Black at the scene that night."

Report via TMZ -- Nipsey Hussle's baby mama is a wanted woman -- with a lengthy criminal record -- after she recently skipped out on a court appearance in a DUI case.

Tanisha Foster was busted for DUI in Los Angeles a couple years back. She pleaded no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation. Foster missed a court date for the case on May 15 -- her probation was revoked -- and a bench warrant was issued.

The DUI arrest isn't the only thing on Foster's record ... in 2007 she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

The arrest warrant comes in the middle of a nasty back and forth with Tanisha and Nipsey's brother and sister. Nipsey's siblings are asking for custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Emani, claiming Tanisha isn't a stable parent.

Both sides were in court for an emotional hearing Tuesday. Tanisha broke down in tears saying it had been months since she spent time with Emani. A judge cleared the courtroom and gave the two 20 minutes together.

A judge has yet to rule on the custody of Emani.

NEW YORK (AP) — Deontay Wilder believes they are coming, the mega matchup with Anthony Joshua and the rematch with Tyson Fury.

Until then, he moved onto some business with Dominic Breazeale.

He took care of it quickly and emphatically.

Wilder got back into the win column Saturday night, knocking out Breazeale with an overpowering right hand in the first round to defend his heavyweight title.

“There’s been a lot of animosity and a lot of words that were said and it just came out of me tonight,” Wilder said.

Wilder hurt Breazeale with a right to the head early in their fight at Barclays Center, but the challenger had recovered from that early onslaught. But there was no coming back from the right later in the round that immediately dropped Breazeale, who was trying to get up as referee Harvey Dock counted him out at 2:17 of the round.

“When I hit him with the right hand the first time, his body language changed,” Wilder said.

And with the last one, Breazeale’s body language crumpled.

Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs) was coming off his draw against Fury in December, the first fight of his pro career that wasn’t a victory. He wanted a rematch with Fury or a unification match with fellow champion Joshua, but settled for a mandatory defense of his WBC title when those couldn’t be made.

He ended it quickly, finishing off Breazeale (20-2) after being pushed hard in each of his last two fights.

Wilder weighed in at a little more than 223 pounds, a gain from the 209 he was at for the Fury fight, but still well below the 245 he set as a goal after feeling he was too small in that bout, in which he dropped Fury with a huge combination in the 12th round but had to settle for the draw when the challenger was able to get up and finish the fight.

An immediate rematch was expected before Fury surprisingly went another route.

“I understand what Tyson Fury did. When you get dropped on the canvas like that, I understand you have to get yourself back together,” Wilder said. “But the rematch will happen, like all these other fights will happen. The great thing is all these fights are in discussion. The big fights will happen.”

And Wilder won’t need any more pounds as long as he still has one of the most feared right hands in boxing.

Breazeale had downplayed Wilder’s power, saying heavyweights are supposed to hit hard. But he should certainly be a believer now.

He was challenging for a heavyweight title for the second time, having been stopped by Joshua in the seventh round three years ago in Britain. He said he had learned and grown from that fight, but there’s nothing that could have prepared him for what faced in landing just two punches before 13,181 fans in Brooklyn.

“This was a situation where he landed the big right hand before I did,” Breazeale said. “I thought I was going to come on in the later rounds. I’ll be back and go for the heavyweight title again.”

Wilder and Joshua was the fight just about everyone in boxing would prefer to see, but so far it’s been all talk without seriously moving close to action.

Joshua will be making his U.S. debut at nearby Madison Square Garden on June 1, so perhaps they could try again afterward to negotiate a bout.

Wilder easily put aside the letdown of not fighting Joshua or Fury again because of his anger toward Breazeale over an altercation involving family members at an Alabama hotel in 2017. He went as far as to tout his ability to kill a man in the ring, remarks for which WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman said would be addressed by the organization in a hearing.

Wilder was coming off tough tests in his last two bouts, getting rocked by Luis Ortiz in their March 2018 fight in this arena before stopping the Cuban in the 10th round, and needing a knockdown in the final round to secure the draw with Fury.

He looked like a picture of peace as he carried his young daughter into the arena about three hours earlier, but was back to making his case as boxing’s baddest man once the fighting started.

In the other title fight on the card, Gary Russell Jr. (30-1, 18 KOs) defended his piece of the featherweight title when the referee stopped his bout with Kiko Martinez (39-9-2) late in the fifth round on the advice of the ringside doctor because of a bad cut over the challenger’s left eye.

Bill Duke spoke about working with Mel Gibson on Bird on a Wire and Payback, and thinking that he was one of the nicest, most respectful actors he's ever worked with. However, when Gibson's racist and anti-Semitic remarks went public, Duke felt like Gibson's words were "deplorable." He went on to speak about drugs and alcohol taking people to a different place, but Duke maintained that he only had positive interactions with Mel Gibson.

Bill Duke spoke about working with 50 Cent in the past, and said that he thinks the rapper is a great lyricist and an incredible businessman. He noted that they spoke about business while on the set of ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ and that he asked the rapper questions about his business acumen as well.

From there, Duke spoke about being in one of the ‘X-Men’ films, saying it was an incredible experience but learned a lot from being in the movie. He said he never worked with a green screen before that point, saying he had to respond as an actor to things that were not there.

Next up is RJ's "Leatherface" LP. Which drops next week.

But before we get ahead of ourselves, let's circle back to RJ's music video for "Cocaine Buffet," produced by Fonkstarr of Crummie Beats. This is taken from "If Cocaine Could Talk Vol. 2."

Report via TMZ -- Kodak Black is a danger to society and needs to be kept behind bars ... so say federal prosecutors who indicted him.

According to new legal docs ... the rapper's criminal history -- which typically involves firearms and drugs -- is a huge flag ... and prosecutors say he's never complied with the conditions of his probation in the past, so he'll do it again if he's released on bail.

They say Kodak's pattern of behavior is "to be arrested, get released, get arrested, get released, get arrested, get released, and so on and so on."

The docs point out that Kodak's crimes have also been "substantial and violent" ... including an armed carjacking and robbery in 2012 and possession of a weapon and fleeing police in 2016. They also tie him to a shooting in March.

Federal prosecutors argue there's no reason to believe Kodak can be trusted on the streets while he awaits trial for his latest case.

However, his attorney, Bradford Cohen, believes differently ... telling us, "If they were in such fear for the community as its being alleged, why didn't they pick him up soon after he filled out the paperwork in January? That's what this charge is about, paperwork, a non-violent crime."

As we reported ... the rapper was arrested at Rolling Loud last weekend for allegedly lying on 2 gun applications. He's also in the middle of a criminal case for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2016.

The judge has yet to rule on Kodak's bail.

Report via TMZ -- NBA YoungBoy has been playing with fire on social media, and now -- in the wake of his Miami shooting incident -- he got burned, because cops arrested him for violating his probation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was taken into custody immediately following a hearing in East Baton Rouge Friday, and he'll be detained for at least 30 days.

District Judge Bonnie Jackson ruled his involvement in the Miami fatal shooting last weekend, along with a social media post about it, constituted a probation violation -- even though he was the target, not the shooter.

As we reported, YoungBoy and his crew were shot at on Mother's Day outside the Trump Beach Resort near Miami, and at least one person was killed. We obtained video of the wild scene inside the hotel following the gunfire, in which the rapper rushes to the side of his GF, Kay Marie, who was hit by a bullet.

In the vid, YoungBoy's seen applying pressure to her wound as he and others try to get her to the hospital. She was eventually taken by ambulance after authorities pulled over the SUV they got in to leave the hotel.

The judge ordered the rapper detained Friday, citing the shooting and a social media post in which it appears YoungBoy talks about the shooting and threatens retaliation.

The post violates his probation from an August 2017 sentence for aggravated assault with a firearm. The judge put him on probation for 3 years after giving him a suspended 10-year prison term, and one of the conditions was that he stays off social media.

The thing is, YoungBoy's been all over social media prior to the shooting ... so, it doesn't appear he's been sticking the rules, anyway.

He's been arrested twice since then -- in Florida in 2018 and in Georgia earlier this year for weed and disorderly conduct.

We reached out to the rapper's team ... no word back so far.
