Video and Pictures After The Jump
A part time skydiving instructor and the receptionist at the company where he worked are facing possible legal trouble after filming themselves having sex while skydiving.
Alex Torres, who is also a porn star that goes by the nickname Voodoo and Hope Powell engaged in the act to get the attention of radio host Howard Stern.
"Apparently they told my pilot it was OK to do this. And got here early in the morning before anyone got here and shot this," Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch told KGET.
The video shows the pair having sex inside the plane before tandem jumping out of the plane, continuing the act mid-air as they freefall over Kern County, California.
Ian Gregor, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration said there is no policy against having sex in a plane, but says "any activity that could affect a pilot's ability to concentrate on flying or cause the pilot to be jostled could constitute a violation of federal aviation regulations."
The video was originally posted on Torres's blog before going viral. Authorities were alerted when the clip started circulating around local high schools.
"One teenage boy saw it, was upset at the girl in the video, and took it and posted it to all of his friends." Lieutenant Ed Whiting of the Taft Police Department said.
