Not satisfied with simply being one of the best rappers in the game, Lloyd Banks is ready to go behind the boards.
Banks talked about his desire to produce with AllHipHop recently.
"One of the biggest things I want to do is I want to produce," Banks said "As far as sounds. I kind of know what's missing or what would even just sound dope in certain places. I'm also learning how to alter my voice a lot, and use it different ways. But I know there's so much more I can do. I think you can't be the best artist you can be, like completely overall, until you're able to dictate the pace of your music. And the only way you do that is to be able to create the beat. So artists like Dr. Dre, Eminem and Kanye West are the best for a reason. They don't have to wait to get a beat from whoever the hot beat maker is. They create it."
The 'Hunger For More' is not just an album title for Banks, it describes his attitude towards his music and why he's continued to grow as an artist. Production is the next logical step.
Make sure you pick up 'The Hunger Fore More 2' in stores now!

Backlash from his decision to name his next album 'I'm Gay' has Lil B feeling defiant.
He told MTV in a recent interview that people are threatening his life, but he feels like somebody has to prove his point that words or labels don't mean anything.
"I spoke up and I did it, and I don't regret it. I have death threats - people have been hittin me up like 'yo I'mma bash your head in you f*cking f*g, I'mma kill you," B said. "And you know what? I'mma keep pushing for the human rights and for people to be happy and for people to speak."
Soulja Boy recently announced that Lil B has signed to his Stacks on Deck Entertainment imprint, but 'I'm Gay' won't be released through his label. It's possible B will just drop it independently.
Regardless of what label the album will drop on, B wanted to make it clear that he isn't going to back down from anybody.
"I'm not gonna stop and I'm not scared of anybody on earth," he said. "That's why I [titled the album I'm Gay] and nobody gonna stop me."

Looks like ish just got serious.
Capone of Capone-N-Noreaga broke his silence regarding allegations made by Prodigy of Mobb Deep that he snitched on Havoc's brother during a murder trial.
"I'm talking to you p*ssy P ... Karrine Steffans," Capone said. "You're talking about n*ggas' crimes that's unsolved my nigga, f*ck is wrong with you? I aint got to prove to you that I'm from QB [Queensbrige, New York], or that my n*ggas hold me down in my hood. I'll be in this b*tch dolo on a beach chair before anything happens to me in my motherf*cking hood my n*gga."
An chapter from Prodigy's new book, 'My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep's Prodigy' is what has Capone so heated.
"Havoc's brother had murdered somebody and through the lawyer we had found out that there was a witness - somebody was snitching basically," P told The Breakfast Club. "We didn't know who it was. We were all sitting in court waiting to see who this snitch was gonna be and Capone walks out on the stand and points to Hav's brother."
Capone refutes the claim he ever told on anyone.
"Let me tell you something, n*ggas don't rat on my side," Capone says. "Listen man you a f*cking f*ggot, we got a lot of things in store for you, this is just the beginning."
Prodigy has never backed down from beef, so It would be a surprise if a diss track or two didn't drop soon.
Havoc has yet to speak publicly on the matter.

The fallout from the love triangle of Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa and Natalie Nunn continues.
Natalie, the star of the original "Bad Girls Club" and new Oxygen reality show "Love Games", called into Streetz Disciplez Radio and addressed all drama. She even goes after Fabolous, saying the rapper referenced her in a negative way on his last 2 mixtapes.
"The funny thing about the male groupies - they're the same ones that are rapping about me and talking about me," Natalie said. [Some] rappers are straight male groupies, when they don't get what they want they start talking sh*t, they put me in their songs, they're hating, but the funny thing is they're acknowledging me."
She finally hinted the male groupie she was talking about was Fabolous.
"I look at my Twitter and everybody's like 'yeah Natalie did you catch Fabolous talking about you on his mixtape?' Why are you talking about me on your mixtape?" Nunn asked. "The last mixtape he dropped I was in the last mixtape. How many mixtapes are you gonna put Natalie, who is more relevant than I guess whatever you have to talk about.
I'm tired of this extra sh*t. I'm minding my own business and you put out a mixtape talking about me again? And it aint even your situation - at least make it relevant to you, this is your mixtape. You're talking about another n*gga and what he's doing with some other female, that's some b*ch sh*t."
Rose and her man Whiz Khalifa don't get spared at all. According to Nunn, Rose is dead broke and can't afford to pay her assistant and could care less about Wiz.

While the world anxiously awaits the release of his 'Detox' album, Dr Dre continues to cake up on outside ventures.
Dre and Chrysler have teamed up for a Beats By Dre audio system they say will "set the bar for the way music should be heard in cars."
The"professional-grade" 10-speaker sound system is being placed in Chrysler's new 300-S series.
The 300-S includes 20-inch polished-face aluminium wheels, a tuned chassis designed to feel more maneuverable and heavier "on-center," and black-accented fascia additions to give it a "low-key street presence." according to the Independent.
The new ride is meant to draw in younger drivers who want a more urban looking car.

Soulja will be taking on a role of "Bishop", the part made famous by 2Pac, in a remake of the 1992 film 'Juice.'
In a recent interview with Vibe, Soulja talked about the project and Cam'Ron being a part of it.
VIBE: Can you tell us a little bit about the story line for Juice?
SB: Basically, it's your boy Soulja and I'm Bishop in 2011, running around in the streets, man. You know how the movie goes, but we’re flipping it and shooting in Atlanta. I want to show these people my acting side and me being creative—always giving them something new; that's all. I got same video director that shot "Crank That," "Kiss Me Through The Phone," "Turn My Swag On" —my most successful videos. The whole mixtape is the soundtrack for the movie.
Did you cast any other rappers in the flick?
Yeah, man. Actually Cam'Ron reached out to get in the movie. Some of the original actors that were in the original reached out too. We're in pre-production right now. We start filming on the Apr. 28th in Atlanta. It's going to be crazy. Of course I'm going to have my S.O.D. family in there. We're juicing up!
This could be a career defining moment for Soulja Boy. Are you looking forward to seeing the movie?

If you're going to change the name of your band it makes sense to do it before releasing your first album.
During a concert last night (April 22) at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom, Kid Cudi announced that his new rock band will not be named Wizard as originally planned. Instead, Cudders new crew will go by 2 Be Continuum.
"I've changed my band name - it's no longer called Wizard. Put in on iTunes the name Wizard and there are like five bands named Wizard," Cudi told the audience while explaining the name change. "Me and [producer/band mate] Dot thought about this for months because it's still wizardry at it's finest. The name of my new band is 2 Be Continuum. I’ve only been playing guitar for nine months but the records are f*cking epic, epic. I’m really psyched. We’re going to have that first single for you soon."
The G.O.O.D Music rapper/singer also announced the forming of his own label, Wicked Awesome Records.

There are no "pay-by-pot" taxi services anywhere in the world, but that didn't stop an Ohio man from trying to do it anyway.
27-year old Nicholas Baker of Alliance, Ohio made a cab driver the offer after coming up a few dollars short after being driven to his destination.
"He was a few dollars short, so he asked me if he could pay the rest in pot. To which I told him, we are cash only," cabbie Steve Rooza told WJW.
Baker then jumped out of the cab, gave the driver the middle finger, yelling: "my f*cking name is Nicholas Baker and you can tell the police my name they know me."
The driver filed a police report and they quickly rounded Baker up.
"He was charged with a petty theft offense for a $7 dollar cab fare," said Detective Matthew Shatzer. "It's kind of silly, if you ask me. If you are going to steal a service, the last thing you want to give the person you are stealing from is your name."

Antoine Dodson probably isn't in the mood to sing his "Bed Intruder" song after cops blew his high this morning.
Police pulled Dodson over this morning at 2:30 am in Huntsville, Alabama and found weed according to TMZ. He was charged with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and let go soon after.
Dodson became an overnight sensation last year, when during an interview with a local news station he uttered "you better hide your kids, hide your wife", after someone tried to assault his sister in the middle of the night. Not only did the news video go viral, but so did the "Bed Intruder" which auto-tuned his words into a song that actually made the Billboard Hot 100.
TMZ reports that he was hit with several other charges this morning as well. One for speeding, and one for failing to appear on a traffic charge.
