With Thanksgiving less than a week away the YMCMB team held their 16th annual turkey giveaway.
Lil Wayne, Slim, Birdman, Mack Maine, Chris Richardson and Lil Chuckee were all at the event giving back to those less fortunate.
"It's actually been my first time back here for the past eight or nine years, and they've been doing this for 15 years," Lil Wayne told MTV News. "I haven't been back here to do this for so long just being super busy, just always on tour. But this is amazing, especially experiencing it now experiencing it this this point of view; a 29-year old perspective. A person with everything, well not everything. I'm able to give, basically. Those times I did it years ago I was just a kid and I was just doing it because of Baby and Slim, we were giving away turkeys at a park. Now, it's a totally different feeling because I can actually give you that and say, 'Here, Happy Thanksgiving' and I can provide that for you."
Cash Money co-founder Ronald "Slim" Williams said it gives him a special feeling being able to give back.
"God blessed people to bless other people," he said. "It makes it so special for us to come back home and see a smile on people's face after they received their turkeys and all the other items that go with it. So it's real big and real special for us."

Better TV had the chance to catch up with 50 Cent recently at the launch of Street King Energy Drink. They talked with 50 about what inspired him to start the ambitious project, what made him choose the name "Street King" and why he chose an energy drink instead of alcohol for the initiative.
"Alcohol would probably be an easy fit because alcohol is consumed where music is played, the bar, the nightclub, whatever kind of club," 50 said. "Energy is more a reflection of my lifestyle because I don't drink. So, it would be hard for me to be supportive of an alcohol beverage when I don't drink."
Many of 50's celebrity friends were in attendance at the event showing their support. UK singer Corinne Baily Rae said she is really happy to see the G-Unit boss giving back.
"I think his music is really enjoyable and I also like his ambition," she said. "He has these intentions to feed a billion children in the developing world and Africa. That's a huge ambition so, I'll be interested to speak to him about that."
"I think it's a partnership. The people, your fans are what put you here. So, when you get to this level of success I think it's only right to give back," said Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa.

The Occupy Wall Street vs. Jay-Z battle is heating up.
As we previously reported, Hov is selling Occupy Wall Street themed t-shirts with the words "Occupy All Streets" emblazoned on them through his Rocawear clothing line. The problem protesters have with Hov is his unwillingness to donate any of the profits from the $22 t-shirts to their cause.
The latest shot fired from OWS aimed at Jigga is a sculpture by Daniel Edwards. The piece depicts Hov wearing chains and a dollar sign around his neck, with Richie Rich on top of his head along with notorious cheapskates, Mr Burns of The Simpsons and Scrooge McDuck.
“I think Jay-Z has made himself a face of [the] Wall Street that Occupiers are protesting against,” said Edwards. “Maybe Jay-Z is striving to be in the one percent? Which is why I chose the composition of a totem pole because I thought it would resemble the number one. Rap stars who turn ‘Scrooge’ have to suffer some damage to their street credibility.”

MOUNT VERNON, New York (AP) — Heavy D was remembered with laughter and tears Friday during a star-studded funeral service that included Jay-Z and Will Smith, humorous anecdotes from longtime friend Diddy, and words of encouragement for the late rapper's family, delivered in a letter from President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama.
"We extend our heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. He will be remembered for his infectious optimism and many contributions to American music. Please know that you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers," read the note from the Obamas, according to the Rev. Al Sharpton, who quoted from it during the service.
Xea Myers, Heavy D's 11-year-old daughter, also spoke briefly, telling the audience that her father was "still here, not in the flesh, but in the spirit."
Grace Baptist Church was filled to capacity for the two-and-half-hour service, which was also streamed live on the Web. It was so crowded, an overflow area was set up. Among those in attendance were Usher, Queen Latifah, Don King, Q-Tip, John Legend and Rosie Perez.
"Silently he's been influential in a lot of our careers," Usher said after the service. "His love still lives on."

Heavy D died last week in Los Angeles at the age of 44. His family said the death was due to complications from pneumonia.
The self-proclaimed "Overweight Lover" was born in Jamaica but reared in Mount Vernon, which he dubbed "Money Earnin' Mount Vernon." It was also the home of Sean "Diddy" Combs. Diddy talked about how Heavy D helped give him his start in the music industry, and how their decades-long friendship continued up until Heavy D's death.
"He became my friend. He became my brother, and I'm not talking about friend-brother like we cavalierly use the word, I'm talking about a real friend, a real brother," Diddy said.
"Somebody I shared my dreams and my secrets with, somebody that's been there for me at my lowest point, my darkest hour when nobody wanted to be beside me."
But he also told jokes as he recounted his "bromance" with the rapper, including a recent visit to Miami that was supposed to last for three days, but "turned into three weeks." He added that Heavy D got to know his chef "very well."
Sharpton also drew laughter when he noted that James Brown "made us black and proud; (Heavy D) made us fat and proud."
But singer Johnny Gill was tearful when he approached the altar, saying: "Just want to say to Heavy: Job well done." He later gave a powerful rendition the gospel hit "Never Would Have Made It." Heavy D's nieces were also teary-eyed as they sang the gospel standard "His Eye Is on the Sparrow." Yolanda Adams and Anthony Hamilton also performed.
Heavy D, whose real name was Dwight Myers, was influential in the development of rap as it grew into a phenomenon in the late 1980s and 1990s. His hits included "Now That We've Found Love" and "Nuttin' But Love"; much of his music marked the "New Jack Swing" era in urban music, and he stood out from the pack with his rhymes, typified by a positive vibe and a lightheartedness that endeared him to so many.
Salt, of Salt-N-Pepa, recalled touring with Heavy D & the Boyz, and said the rapper always told her: "I love you."
"He was a lifelong buddy to me," she said after the service. "Just now I realized how many lives he touched."
A fund has been set up to financially aid Heavy D's daughter; details were available on the website http://www.rememberheavyd.com.

Is there anything people won't do to make their butts bigger?
A fake cosmetic surgeon set up shop in Miami Gardens, Florida, then proceeded to inject everything but the kitchen sink into his patient's rear ends.
30-year old transgender woman, Oneal Ron Morris, is accused of injecting cement, mineral oils and fix-a-flat into the buttocks of at least one woman. He then sealed the incision with super glue.

The not-yet-identified victim became seriously ill, and had to be hospitalized with a staph infection (MRSA) and pneumonia.
“This cocktail of chemicals went into her body and caused her terrific pain," said Sgt. Bill Bamford.
Morris, who also injected himself with the chemicals has been arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license and causing bodily harm.
The victim in the case paid $700 for the procedure and is lucky to be alive.

"I'm not dating at all. My personal life is pretty much non existent, which is not good. Not for the long run, not for me, not for her," she said pointing down towards her v*gina. "It's not fun...that's why I stay on Twitter a lot so I can conversate with my fans because I don't get any booty calls"
The pop star told Ellen only a certain type of man appeals to her.
"I like men who are more aggressive, but mysterious," she said. "But I like a man to be very sure."

Jay-Z's father walked out on his family when Hov was 11-years old. The pain that caused the rapper still bothers him to this day. Now, as he prepares to become a father for the first time himself, he says he's sure he won't make the same mistakes his dad made, although he's still a little paranoid.
"It makes me a little paranoid because no matter what, I don't think any person, or any male, goes into a relationship thinking that they're going to leave or wouldn't be there," he told PEOPLE. "I think the circumstances a lot of times dictates things, right?"
Hov added that his principles are what sets him apart and he believes that ultimately that's what it comes down to.
"I'm just a different kind of guy," he says. "I'm a highly principled person. I come from a real place where you had to be a highly principled person. So, I'm pretty confident that I'll figure it out."

Eminem and Yelawolf on poking fun at their race:
Eminem, what advice do you offer, if any, on being scrutinized for being a white rapper. Do you guys ever talk about race in that way?
Eminem: We make jokes about it, but I don’t think we talk about it in depth. As I was listening to his music, I am not even thinking about any of that shit. It’s just the music. That’s one of the things that’s great about it. I’m not even thinking about it when I hear the music.
Yelawolf: We do poke fun of it because it’s funny. Like, he calls me White Dog.
Oh, you called him that on the BET Awards Cypher. I didn’t realize it was an ongoing joke?
EM: Yeah, or Beige Sheep. [Laughs]
YW: Cracker Nuts. Whatever, I think it’s kinda unspoken.
EM: We deal with it enough as it is. So now, let’s make music.
YW: Let’s make great records. At the end of the day, that’s all there is to do.
Yelawolf's thoughts on White Rappers using the N-Word:
When Yelawolf heard the presumptu- ous white female rapper V-Nasty was peppering her sarcastic raps with the N- word, he called it embarrassing, telling VladTV that an N-bomb-dropping white rapper might find themselves “slapped up, and it might be by a white boy.” While he admits to using the word as a child, he says the word term is off limits for any white person, rapper or otherwise.
“[In Alabama] we have a dark his- tory concerning the relationship be- tween Black and white people. I’m not a role model by any means, but if I said it around the house I got popped in the mouth,” he says, noting that his Black friends used the word as a term of endearment for him as well.
Eminem and Yelawolf talk about their past history with drugs:
You mentioned getting yourself right. Are you completely clean these days as far as alcohol and drugs?
EM: Except for the heroin I shot up this morning. Except for that, I’m clean. [Laughs]
While you’re clean, Yelawolf here smokes weed and—
Yelawolf: No, I don’t.
I hear that in your music a lot.
YW: I started smoking weed at 11. By 12, I was smoking dust. Thirteen, acid, Freon, special k, mushrooms; 16 years old, I was selling X pills at school. Not even because I was a good dope boy, but because I was a scumbag. It was called chocolate chip, and it had heroin in it. I used to take that shit and go to class. I went so heavy into drugs that I had a bad trip one time that lasted for months.

While honorees Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z and Michael Fassbender were in attendance, Knockout of the Year Mila Kunis didn't make it to the event. There was still plenty of star power on hand.
