A 23-year old teacher has been suspended with pay pending an investigation into her side job as a model, and whether it would affect her ability to teach special needs children.
Kaitlin Pearson work's as a teacher's assistant at South Street Elementary School in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She also models in her spare time. Someone sent photos of Kaitlin posing semi-nude to school administrators and a local newspaper.
On Friday (January 17) Superintendent of Schools André Ravenelle placed Pearson on paid administrative leave
"The only comment I would make is, we would be committed to take action on anything that we're knowledgeable of that would pose any concern of someone working with students," Ravenelle told the Sentinal Enterprise.
A note, which was typed in all capital letters was included in the package of photos that was sent out. It read: "Can you believe that this girl was hired to work with special education children in the Fitchburg schools?!!
Some residents are voicing their support for Pearson and feel like she is the victim, according to MassLive.
"What really upsets me is the person who perpetrated this." resident Joanne Huse said., "To me, that is the real crime."
"What she does in her own private life is her business," said Adam Doss, another resident of Fitchburg. He added a word of caution though. "What you put on the internet you need to be careful about.
Take a look at some of Pearson's photos and let us know what you think.

Fitchburg residents discuss Kaitlin Pearson
**UPDATE** January 29
After being placed on paid administrative leave on January 17 after photos of her modeling were sent to school administrators Kaitlin Pearson is now back at work.
Pearson, a paraprofessional at South Street Elementary School, was reinstated on Tuesday (January 28), reports Mass Live.
"We are confident that she will bring the same level of commitment to her job and her students that she always had," states a press release from the Fitchburg Public Schools.
Most parents stood behind the decision.
"I really think we're making a big deal out of nothing," one mother told NBC Boston. "It's a second job. Everyone needs one now and then. As long as she's not bringing it to school I don't see the issue."

Jay Z and Beyonce continue to make big moves and receive accolades. The couple lands on the cover of Billboard magazine's The Power 100 issue, and also grab the No. 1 spot on the list. Others in the top 10 include Jimmy Iovine, Lucian Grainge, Coran Capshaw, Michael Rapino, Martin Bandier, Doug Morris, Irving Azoff, Len Blavatnik and Rob Light.
What is power? At its base, it's the ability to reshape the world around you according to your vision. And who in the music industry did so better in the last year than this power couple?
Leveraging their star power to release new albums in unprecedented ways—Jay Z through Samsung and Beyoncé through iTunes—they instantly changed how the industry and fans thought about interacting with music. He gave his album away; she charged a premium price for hers. But they both used the element of surprise to restore the excitement that used to accompany a new release, before that impact was dulled by the endless thunder of carefully plotted promotion.
In short, they proved that content truly is king. Or, in this case, king and queen.

It's no surprise that Snoop Dogg wakes and bakes. He probably even sleeps with a blunt in his mouth. The king of puff puff passing is in Melbourne, Australia for the Big Day Out music festival.
The Doggfather was having a chronic break in his hotel room at 10 a.m. Friday morning (January 24) when a fire alarm went off.
Three firefighters from the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Trevor Bowen, Owen Sullivan and James Kemp, happened to be in the hotel at the time and rushed to his room thinking there was a real fire. After discovering that there wasn't the two posed for a picture with Snoop, who posted the photos on his Instagram account
Here's what Bowen said about the incident, according to The Guardian.
"It was pretty funny. We had a brush with Mr Snoop himself. He asked us for a photo because he said he always wanted to be a firefighter. It was an amazing chance encounter, which would probably be one of the highlights of my 26 years with the MFB."
The firefighters wouldn't comment on what set off the fire alarm.

Whoo Kid has figured out what is getting Justin Bieber into so much trouble. TMZ caught up with the popular G-Unit DJ for 50 Cent and Shade 45 radio personality Thursday (January 23) to get his expert opinion.
"I think he's like a twin of Lil Wayne because Lil Wayne can't skate, Lil Wayne can't play ball. I think they just came out of the same fallopian tube or something because these guys are twin brothers," Whoo Kid said. "I think they need to stop it, end it. Stop doing what you can't do. Sing, get all the white girls out there and be an n-word."
Whoo Kid wasn't quite done yet.
"I think Justin Bieber is transforming into the n-word this year. This year he's strictly n-word.com," Whoo Kid added. "He's hanging with Lil Scrappy. Lil Scrappy's my man, but what is Justin Bieber doing in Miami with Lil Scrappy? Equals jail."

NEW YORK (Associated Press) — More than 30 years after hooded gunmen pulled a $6 million airport heist dramatized in the hit Martin Scorsese movie "Goodfellas," an elderly reputed mobster was arrested at his New York City home on Thursday and charged in the robbery and a 1969 murder.

Vincent Asaro
Vincent Asaro, 78, was named along with his son, Jerome, and three other defendants in wide-ranging indictment alleging murder, robbery, extortion, arson and other crimes from the late 1960s through last year. The Asaros, both identified as captains in the Bonanno organized crime family, pleaded not guilty through their attorneys and were ordered held without bail at a brief appearance in federal court in Brooklyn.
The elder Asaro's attorney, Gerald McMahon, told reporters outside court that his client was framed by shady turncoat gangsters, including former Bonanno boss Joseph Massino — the highest-ranking member of the city's five organized crime families to break the mob's vow of silence.
Joseph Massino
Massino "is one of the worst witnesses I've ever seen," McMahon said. He added that Asaro had given him "marching orders" that "there will be no plea and he will walk out the door a free man."
The indictment accused Asaro of helping to direct the Dec. 11, 1978, Lufthansa Airlines heist at Kennedy airport — one of the largest cash thefts in American history.
The gunmen looted a vault in the airline's cargo terminal and stole about $5 million in untraceable U.S. currency that was being returned to the United States from Germany, along with about $1 million in jewelry. The cash was never found.
According to court papers, an unidentified mob associate who pleaded guilty and became a cooperating witness told investigators that he participated in the robbery at the direction of Asaro. The theft was hatched by James "Jimmy the Gent" Burke, a late Lucchese crime family associate who was close to Asaro, who told the bandits that he had a "score" that would make them rich, the papers say.

Each robber was supposed to be paid $750,000, but the cooperating witness said "most did not receive their share, either because they were killed first or it was never given to them," according to the court papers.
The papers say the cooperator wore a wire and recorded a conversation he had with Asaro in 2011 in which the pair discussed being slighted.
"We never got our right money, what we were supposed to get," Asaro said, according to the court papers. "Jimmy Burke kept everything."
In addition to the heist, the elder Asaro was charged in the 1969 murder of Paul Katz, whose remains were found last year during an FBI dig at a house once occupied by Burke. According to the cooperating witness, Asaro and Burke were business partners in Robert's Lounge, the papers say. The saloon was described by a fellow Lucchese associate of Burke, the late Henry Hill, as Burke's private cemetery.
Robert De Niro (left) and "Jimmy the Gent" Burke
"Jimmy buried over a dozen bodies ... under the bocce courts," Hill wrote in his book, "A Goodfella's Guide to New York."
Katz once owned a warehouse where mobsters stored stolen goods, according to the court papers. After a raid at the warehouse, Asaro and Burke began to suspect Katz was a law enforcement informant.
Asaro told the cooperator that Burke "had killed Katz with a dog chain because they believed he was a 'rat,'" the papers say. In the 1980s, Burke ordered the cooperator to dig up the remains and move them to another location.
The cooperator told investigators that Asaro and Burke brought Katz's body to a vacant home in Queens where it was concealed beneath a cement floor.
Burke inspired Robert De Niro's character in "Goodfellas," which was based on Nicholas Pileggi's book "Wiseguy" and told the story of Hill's time in the mob and subsequent cooperation with law enforcement.
Massino was convicted in 2004 on charges he had a hand in multiple gangland murders, including the execution of a mobster who vouched for FBI undercover agent Donnie Brasco — a story that was also turned into a movie.
In July, Massino saw his life prison sentence reduced to time served after prosecutors praised his work as a government cooperator.

Jerome Asaro is walked out of Federal Plaza in Manhattan on Thursday.

Thomas DeFiore (center) was also one of five men charged in Thursday's wide-ranging indictment.

Jack Bonventre (left), another suspect charged in Thursday's indictment.

John Rigano (left) was charged with four others Thursday in a wide-ranging indictment that covered a number of crimes and offenders.

This was originally the outro song on my upcoming project, For The Hopeful, but I felt the need to drop it now. This is dedicated to the lives that our city has lost in the recent weeks. Some I knew, some I didn't get a chance to meet in this life. If there's a time for coming together and harmonizing, it's now. There's no room for any bad energy. My heart goes out to the fallen.

Seth Rogan and Keyshawn Johnson are not "Beliebers." After news of Justin Bieber's arrest began to circulate around the net both celebrities headed to Twitter to voice their opinions. Neither was complimentary at all.
Rogan, who has starred in the comedies This Is the End, Pineapple Express, Zack and Miri Make a Porno and many more tweeted, "All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of shit."
Johnson and Bieber have not been on good terms since last May when the former football player accused the singer of driving his Ferrari recklessly through their gated Calabasas, California neighborhood. Police investigated the matter, but Justin skated after Tyler, The Creator said he was behind the wheel of the car at the time
Keyshawn wrote that he was happy nobody was injured this morning when Justin went drag racing in Miami Beach, but blames the people around him for not looking out for his best interest.
They finally caught HIM! Glad no one was hurt, no kids in the street. Everyone grows up at some point. Hopefully he learns from it.

Hopefully getting arrested serves as a wake up call for Bieber who is reportedly abusing sizzurp and prescription meds.
