Lil Twist apparently doesn't play well with others. The rapper and some friends were partying at Kyle Massey's L.A. apartment on Friday, November 7, when he got into an altercation with Kyle's brother Chris.
According to TMZ, Twist, real name Christopher Lynn Moore, physically assaulted Massey with help from his crew. To add insult to injury they pulled off the former Zoey 101 actor's pants.
Massey went to the hospital and filed a police report. The LAPD are now investigating.
**UPDATE** November 11
Lil Twist may be in more trouble than originally thought.
According to TMZ, a police report filed in the incident states Massey was beat up by Twist and four other men using brass knuckles. The actor also had his wallet and cell phone stolen.
The situation began when Massey kicked Twist out of his brother's apartment. The rapper later returned with his crew and attacked him.
Twist is now wanted for felony robbery and battery. Massey wants him fully prosecuted.
As for Twist, sources close to him tell TMZ no weapons were used.

Denaun Porter is a talented man wearing many hats. The former D12 member is a rapper, songwriter, Eminen's hype man and one of the most talented producers in the game today.
In the coming months we can expect a couple of new projects from the Detroit native. First up is his long awaited NiNe project.
Following that Denaun will release an album dedicated to his late friend and D12 member Proof entitled The Great Depression. Both projects will see the light of day in 2015.

Jameis Winston, the all-everything quarterback for Florida State University once appeared to be a top 5 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. His draft stock could now plummet because of allegations he was involved in a point shaving scheme during FSU's win over Louisville on October, 30.
The draft situation is minor compared to possible legal ramifications. If the FBI finds evidence Winston was involved and he's convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
According to Fox Sports, Winston may have deliberately played horribly in the first half of the game to help a former high school teammate, Chris Rabb, win a bet.
The Heisman Trophy winner's team was down by a score of 21-7 after the first half. They rallied to win the game by a score of 42-31.
A bookie who took the bet is making the allegation.
Bookie meets with Chris Rabb morning before Louisville / Fla St game and receives $5,500 from Mr Rabb with instructions to bet Louisville +1 (1st Half) -110 to win back $5,000. Bet was placed and Louisville won 1st Half vs Fla St (21-7). Mr Rabb is now suppose to receive $5,000 for winning bet + his $5,500 initial bet (square up day is Tuesday)
Bookie gets information late Sunday night that he's been "Played for a fool" as Mr Rabb and Jameis Winston are former teammates and conspired together on the above mentioned first half wager. Bookie wants no part of paying the debt.
TMZ reached out to the FBI for clarification. They were told the bureau could "neither confirm nor deny that we are investigating allegations of point shaving."

West Coast rapper Big Paybacc was murdered in broad daylight on Thursday, November 6.
CBS Los Angeles reports that Paybacc, real name Habeeb Ameer Zekajj, was eating at a Palmdale, California McDonald's when a lone gunman walked up and shot him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Paybacc was intentionally targeted. None of the other 15 restaurant customers were injured. After the shooting the gunman fled on foot.
“There was no altercation that they [witnesses] saw. This guy just walked in through one door, shot him and left out another door. So it looked like something personal. He had something against this individual. It wasn’t like he shot up the McDonald’s. He just shot him and left,” said LA County Sheriff’s Department Lt. John Corina.
Paybacc's girlfriend Jessica Jefferson was understandably distraught upon learning of her boyfriend's death.
“I just knew it,” she said, “I drove by and saw his truck.”For them to be that bold to run up to someone in a McDonald’s in daylight, in front of people, kids you know, and to just take some kind of vengeance on somebody, it’s, it’s inhumane. Everybody loves him, and he’s a good rapper, and he has so many followers, and people who stand behind him. He really is a good, solid person."
Paybacc leaves behind three children.
