Following Dave Chappelle's performance at the Fillmore in Detroit on Thursday, April 23, lots of fans are demanding a refund.
TMZ reports that the comedian told very few jokes. Instead his rambling set was filled with slurred speech and sitting in silence while smoking.
When prompted by someone in the crowd to snap out of it and get into his act the 41-year old former Chappelle's Show star said he had to wrap things up because it was close to 2 a.m. The crowd quickly reminded him it was only 1 a.m.
Dave's reps admitted his performance wasn't up to par.
"Out of the 50 shows on the tour, Thursday was definitely not his best set On the flip side, the incident inspired some additional sharp-witted material and (Friday) he came back with a vengeance."
Still, the fans on Thursday were left with memories of the inebriated comedian and were not happy about it.
According to TMZ, many took to Facebook to vent.
Some lambasted the performance as "horrible," "a waste of time and money" and "more like a press conference."
Ticket prices ranged from $50 to about $240, but fans won't get a dime of it back because the Filmore has a policy that states "they're not responsible for artists' content."

Upcoming South Carolina recording artist TFS was born Thomas Franklin Sowell III on November 5th, 1990 in the town of Monroe, North Carolina. TFS is a southern hip hop artist who's lyrics are rooted deep in the classical tradions of his upbringings. Raised in the small town of Pagland, South Carolina he knew he wanted more than what was being offered to him.
At the age of 14 Thomas discovered his love for music. It was the explosion of the Houston, Texas hip hop sound in 2005 that gave birth to this new dream. Being from a small town it allowed him to have humble roots, but fueled him to have greater ambitions. Thomas spent the next several years developing his writting craft before making the jum to actually recording. Over the course of time he wided his muscal knowledge and started taking notice to other artist from other genres. Mostly known for his behind-the-scenes power moves in the battle culture, Street Star Norbez has been recently seen calling out Fresh Coast legend Thesaurus to go toe to toe in the ring. When Smack was asked if he would be interested in setting up such a match during a recent chat with VladTV, he replied by saying he supports Norbez in anything he wants to do.
Jack Thriller was then asked if he would battle Kevin Hart in a comedy rap battle. Both Jack and Smack stated the Philadelphia comedian has been "bullsh*tting" and has not responded to the numerous propositions to set up a battle.
After once again issuing the challenge to Kevin Hart and discussing who they think Jack can beat in a battle, the two opponents began mentioning new ventures in their careers such as a reality show and their new viral Instagram trend which they started.

For a couple that asked for privacy after their break up, both Ariana Grande and Big Sean are doing a lot of talking.
As we previously reported, Sean blames the break up on Ariana's childish ways and selfishness. The singer's reps are denying both accusations.
According to Ariana's team, the end came when Sean released the song "Stay Down" off of his new Dark Sky Paradise.
"I ain't even gonna lie, I got a million dollar chick/With a billion dollar pussy/Every time I cum, I swear to God I feel like I be rich," Sean raps.
TMZ reports that Ariana was humiliated by the lyrics and became even more so when her grandmother asked about them.
The "I Love the Way" singer also disputes Sean's version of her missing his pre-Grammy concert. She says she missed the show because her voice coach told her not to even speak before her Grammy performance. And it was her, not Sean that spent the majority of the money on travel expenses.
