A rumor started by Ebro Darden of Hot 97 has Drake fired up.
Earlier this week Ebro said that during a conversation with Drizzy, the rapper told him that he had a response ready if Eminem came at him with a diss song.
However, there is no Eminem diss coming and the conversation Ebro referred to never happened.
Ebro later admitted that it was a joke, but during Drake's show at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, August 4, the rapper let it be known that he didn't appreciate what was said and reignited his beef with Funkmaster Flex.
“They tellin’ lies on Hot 97, that’s how it goes / I told ’em fire Funk Flex, then I’ll come and do your show / Plus, me and Kanye, we just left out the studio / My first night in the Garden, I’m feeling like D. Rose," the OVO Sound boss rapped to the crowd.

Flex, Ebro and Peter Rosenberg responded via Twitter.
"Hahahaha!!! 7pm Sat I got a story to tell! @Drake u gonna learn!" Flex wrote.
Ebro quipped, "We built him... He loves us."
Rosenberg added that the station has always been there for Drizzy, "I don't approve of drake saying f*ck hot 97 cuz we do generally support the hell out of him .. But I Def understand him hating some people."

Drake's beef with Flex dates back to July 2015, when the rapper was battling with Meek Mill.

Meek accused Drake of using a ghostwriter on their "R.I.C.O." collaboration.
Flex then released several reference tracks from the "One Dance" hit maker's alleged ghostwriter, Quentin Miller, including the songs “Know Yourself,” “Used To” and “R.I.C.O.”
Flex went on to diss Drake publicly at a Jadakiss show in November when he said "Fuck that Canadian nigga," while behind the turntables.

George Zimmerman was apparently in fear for his life over the weekend after being confronted by someone who heard him bragging about killing Trayvon Martin.
The New York Post reports that Zimmerman was at Gators Riverside restaurant in Sanford, Florida, having a conversation about Martin when a guy approached his table.
“You’re bragging about that?" the guy said, before punching him in the face knocking off his glasses.
Zimmerman called 911 to report the assault.
“He recognized me,” Zimmerman told dispatchers. “He told me he was going to kill me he told me he’d fucking shoot me and he punched me in the face. He said he’s going to kill me. You need to send like three or four cops."
Witnesses at the restaurant confirmed his story, but said he asked for it.
According to WFTV, the altercation began when Zimmerman was overheard telling someone, “I love your tattoos. My name is George Zimmerman, you know, that guy who killed Trayvon Martin?”
The man who punched him could face charges.
Trayvon Martin
Zimmerman was a neighborhood watchman when he shot and killed 17-year old Martin, who was unarmed, on February 26, 2012, in Sanford.
The teenager was walking to his father's house after leaving a convenience store. Zimmerman confronted him, claiming he looked suspicious.
An altercation ensued resulting in Martin's death.
On July 13, 2013, Zimmerman was acquitted of second degree murder and manslaughter.

A German artist is accusing Rick Ross of pilfering two of his paintings.
According to TMZ, painter Ivan Beslic claims the alleged theft went down over the weekend while Ross was in Hunxe, Germany to perform at the Out4Fame Festival.
Beslic says the MMG boss was in his VIP tent admiring paintings of himself and Slick Rick. At some point a person in Ross' crew allegedly unhooked them and took them to their tour bus.
When the painter tried to get his merchandise back he was stopped by security.
A promotional video on Rick's Instagram shows someone taking a painting off of a wall. Beslic believes that backs up his story.

The artist says he didn't go to the police because his friends run the festival and he didn't want to cause a scene, but he's prepared to have his lawyer handle matters if Ross doesn't cough up $3,300.
Ross' camp deny the accusations.

Dylann Roof was attacked by another inmate

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Dylann Roof and his appointed attorney have no plans to file charges against the inmate accused of attacking him Thursday morning as the accused church shooter went to the showers.
According to Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon, the assault happened shortly before 8 a.m. as Roof was being escorted to the showers in Housing Unit 1B. Cannon says the two detention center guards had moved away from Roof, one to take a break and another to hand toilet paper to another inmate.
That's when detention center officials say 25-year-old Dwayne Stafford, a fellow protective custody inmate, ran down a flight of stairs and through a door that should have been locked so he could attack Roof. Jail records show Stafford is being held in the jail on assault, drug, and robbery charges from January 2015.

The attack was broken up by one of the detention deputies assigned to the housing unit.
Stafford hit Roof in the face and back, leaving him with bruises on his face and back, the report adds. Roof was checked out by jail medical staff and returned to his cell.
Cannon said the incident has led detention center officials to look at policies and processes in place at the jail and make sure that complacency is not becoming an issue.
"The very least, we have complacency -- for police officers and detentions officers it is one of the biggest problems we face," Cannon said.
The sheriff said they are also looking into how Stafford made it through what should have been a locked door, which means looking at the electronic locking mechanism.
"Stafford should not have been able to get through that door," he said.
It's all part of a larger internal investigation stemming from the incident.
Cannon said Roof did not provoke the attack, that it was by surprise. He also could not shed any light on Stafford's motivation.

He did say Roof did not fight back.
"I don't think that there was a back and forth fight, so to speak. He was protecting himself from blows," Cannon said.
Roof faces 33 charges in federal court, and nine murder and three attempted murder charges in state court. Prosecutors in both courts are seeking the death penalty.

The federal trial starts in Novembers. His state trial will start sometime next year. It’s tentatively set for January.
