In May of 2016, Sinead O'Connor, accused comedian and actor Arsenio Hall of providing narcotics to Prince prior to his death. She also claimed he drugged her years ago at Eddie Murphy's home.
"Two words for the DEA investigating where prince got his drugs over the decades.... Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince's and Eddie Murphy's bitch)," O'Conner wrote on her Facebook page Monday, May 2nd. "Anyone imagining prince was not a long time hard drug user is living in cloud cuckoo land. Arsenio I've reported you to the Carver County Sherrif's office. Expect their call. They are aware you spiked me years ago at Eddie murphy's house. You best get tidying your man cave."
Hall denied the accusations and immediately filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against O'Connor.
On Wednesday, February 22nd, he withdrew the suit after O'Connor issued a public apology.
"I apologize for my Facebook posts about Arsenio to the extent that anyone thought I was accusing him of acting as Prince's drug dealer and supplying him with illegal hard drugs," the Irish singer told TMZ. "Or insinuating that Arsenio had something to do with Prince's death. I sincerely apologize because those statements would be false, and I retract them unequivocally."
O'Connor is best known for her 1990 hit song "Nothing Compares 2 U," which was written and composed by Prince.
Prince died April 21, 2016. The cause of death was determined to be an accidental fentanyl opioid overdose. He was 57-years old.

Since the beginning of his career Fabolous' chipped front tooth has been a fixture. It certainly never hurt his popularity. After almost two decades in the game, with six albums and counting, Funeral Fab, is one of the most successful rappers in the business.
However, recently he visited the New York City office of Dr. Mojgan Fajiram to upgrade his signature smile.
TMZ reports that the "Into You" hit maker plopped down $40,000 for a set of ten new veneers for his upper grill. Fab says it was a 39th birthday gift to himself.
He's now sporting that Colgate smile.

Jay Z will be joining elite company as a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame. His induction is especially meaningful because it's the first time a rapper has received the honor.

Berry Gordy, who was included in the 2016 class but deferred, will also be inducted this year.
“With our 2017 roster of inductees, the Songwriters Hall of Fame moves definitively into recognizing music creators of the 21st century while continuing to honor the greats of earlier decades. The combination of contemporary sounds and timeless hits of the past is certain to make for an unforgettable evening,” said SHOF co-chairs Kenneth Gamble and Leon Huff and President Linda Moran, in a statement. “The songwriters we honor cross genres, regional and even national boundaries - R & B, Rap, Pop and Rock & Roll from both coasts, the American heartland and Sweden. We are thrilled to once more have the opportunity to preside over an event that recognizes the convergence of song craft and musical performance at the very highest level.”
The induction ceremony will take place at the Songwriters Hall of Fame's 48th Annual Induction and Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 15th at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

The nearly six-month search for the man believed to have murdered Javona Glover, the 23-year old niece of singer T-Pain is over.
The Tallahassee Democrat reports that Tavon Jackson was found dead in a wooded area, just a half mile from where he allegedly stabbed Glover to death at the Tallahassee Walgreens where she worked.
Police believe the 25-year old committed suicide.
Glover and Jackson were once a couple and had a daughter who is now two-years old. The relationship was reportedly rocky before they split up for good.
Following his niece's death, T-Pain, asked his Twitter followers to help track down her killer.
The police are still lookin for the coward ass nigga that just killed my niece at Walgreens in Tallahassee. If you got info pls help us out!" he wrote on the social networking site last August.
With Jackson dead Glover's mom, Jennifer Battles, told the Democrat that her family can now have some peace of mind
"I am happy and relieved to finally have closure," Battles said. "My family and I can begin the healing process in what has been an emotional roller coaster," Battles said in an email. "I no longer have to worry about my granddaughter's safety. I would like to thank the U.S. Marshals and the Tallahassee Police department. They worked tirelessly to bring justice to my family. I would also like to thank my family and friends for keeping me sane in the midst of it all."

Ecstatic to show the industry what it's missing is R&B/Pop artist Kyla. Her new single(s) "Tonight" The new ladies anthem in 2017. 
To follow will be "Bittersweet" which both are edgy and refreshing for all ages. "My music is fun with a twist...definitely gets you on your feet," says Kyla. "I want women to know you can be sexy without risking your integrity." As an artist Kyla's main goal is to uplift fans by producing music they'll relate to and find attractive. "I don't want to be just 'any' artist. I want to motivate and encourage my listeners." Kyla's very in-tune with who she is and was created to be. She is intelligent with unapologetic sex appeal. "I want women everywhere to know that you dont have to be one or the other. There's always two sides to every story." Kyla is a native of Miami, Fl and has been singing since early childhood. Before she began singing and writing songs, Kyla wrote poems. "I wrote my first poem in 6th grade called 'What's Wrong with the Color.' My mom thought I copied my poem out of a book," says Kyla. A few years later, at age 13 a producer transformed her poem into a song which she recorded. This triggered Kyla's passion for music so she wrote her first song "Get Ready" and started a girl group with her bestfriends named Y2K. In 2005, Kyla was featured as a background singer for a popular boy group known as Pretty Ricky on their hit song "Call Me." She received training while attending the legendary New World School of the Arts which helped mold and perfect her craft. During schooling she studied music theory, piano, and classical music. She also had frequent vocal lessons and learned how to read music which has helped tremendously during her professional career. "I feel well-rounded and very comfortable in the studio because of my previous training," Kyla said. Management believes that her creative edge adds flare to her style. She writes her own music, includes opera ballots in her songs and is constantly looking for new ways to enhance her music and engage her listeners.
