The Los Angeles Distrct Attorney has filed legal documents asking a judge to revoke Chris Brown's probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna.
Breezy's current troubles stem from his May hit and run in L.A. Brown reportedly rear ended a Mercedes. Although he got out of the car and talked to the other driver, he left the scene without giving his driver's license information and handed over expired auto insurance.
The D.A.'s legal docs claim Brown "willfully and unlawfully" broke the law in the hit-and-run case, according to TMZ.

Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the driver of the car Chris hit does not want him prosecuted and is not seeking any money because the accident was minor and no one was injured.
Chris' attorney, Mark Geregos, has filed documents to have the case dropped. But here's the problem. Even if the L.A. City Attorney agrees to drop the hit-and-run case, the D.A. will continue to try to have the singer;s probation revoked because he is supposed to obey all laws as a condition to his probation.
If the judge in the case finds that Chris has violated his probation from the Rihanna assault case he could face up to four years in prison.

Because of a heat wave in the U.K. male students at Gowerton Comprehensive School in Swansea starting wearing shorts instead of long trousers. However, the school banned the shorts, so the boys decided to wear skirts instead.
"It's cooled us down quite a lot," said one student. "If we wore trousers in class it would affect us. Getting sweaty and also losing concentration because of the heat."
Some parents are not at all happy about the school's ban on shorts.
36-year old mother Karen Davies is upset because she says her 15-year old son, Steven, passed out from heat stroke after a day at school wearing trousers.
“So I sent him to school on Thursday in a pair of tailored shorts. I had cut down a pair of school trousers and I hemmed them up properly," she told the Daily Star."I was told he would spend the day in inclusion because he wasn’t wearing a pair of trousers or they will send him home to me, There’s a lot of boys in years 10 and 11 who are walking around in skirts, if I hadn’t seen it I wouldn’t believe it.”
Karen doesn't understand why the boys aren't treated the same way as the girls.
“The girls have the choice between skirts and trousers why can’t the boys have a choice?” she added.
Given the same set of circumstances would you send your son to school in a skirt?

George Zimmerman was acquitted in the murder trial of Trayvon Martin on Saturday (July 13), but he will likely face a civil suit from the 17-year old's parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton.
After the verdict was read both took to Twitter to express their anguish.
"God blessed Me & Sybrina with Tray and even in his death I know my baby proud of the FIGHT we along with all of you put up for him GOD BLESS," Martin wrote. "Thanks to everyone who are with us and who will be with us si we together can make sure that this doesn't happen again. Even though I am broken hearted my faith is unshattered I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY BABY TRAY."
Trayvon Martin
"I would like to share with you my favorite bible verse: 'Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.' Proverbs 3:5-6," Fulton wrote. "Lord during my darkest hour I lean on you. You are all that I have. At the end of the day, GOD is still in control. Thank you all for your prayers and support. I will love you forever Trayvon!!! In the name of Jesus!!!"
Benjamin Todd Jealous
Benjamin Todd Jealous, the President of the NAACP vowed to pursue a civil case against Zimmerman with the Department of Justice.
“We are outraged and heartbroken over today’s verdict," Jealous said. "We stand with Trayvon's family, and we are called to act."
Rev. Al Sharpton
The Rev. Al Sharpton called the verdict a “slap in the face to those who believe in justice.”
"What this jury has done is establish a precedent that when you are young and fit a certain profile, you can be committing no crime ... and be killed and someone can claim self-defense," Sharpton continued. "We had to march to even get a trial and even at trial, when he's exposed over and over again as a liar, he is acquitted."
George Zimmerman
Meanwhile, Zimmerman has gone into hiding amid death threats and public outrage at the verdict.
"He has to be very cautious and protective of his safety because there is still a fringe element who have said, at least in tweets and everything else, that they want revenge -- that they will not listen to a verdict of not guilty," defense attorney Mark O'Mara told CNN.
