The Los Angeles Distrct Attorney has filed legal documents asking a judge to revoke Chris Brown's probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna.
Breezy's current troubles stem from his May hit and run in L.A. Brown reportedly rear ended a Mercedes. Although he got out of the car and talked to the other driver, he left the scene without giving his driver's license information and handed over expired auto insurance.
The D.A.'s legal docs claim Brown "willfully and unlawfully" broke the law in the hit-and-run case, according to TMZ.

Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the driver of the car Chris hit does not want him prosecuted and is not seeking any money because the accident was minor and no one was injured.
Chris' attorney, Mark Geregos, has filed documents to have the case dropped. But here's the problem. Even if the L.A. City Attorney agrees to drop the hit-and-run case, the D.A. will continue to try to have the singer;s probation revoked because he is supposed to obey all laws as a condition to his probation.
If the judge in the case finds that Chris has violated his probation from the Rihanna assault case he could face up to four years in prison.
