PHOENIX, Ariz. (WTAJ) — A man on a Southwest flight is facing charges & a lifetime ban, after allegedly masturbating next to a female passenger for an hour during a flight from Seattle to Phoenix.
Antonio Sherrodd McGarity is accused of the lewd acts happening April 2 on Southwest flight 3814.
A female passenger told the FBI that McGarity began to pleasure himself shortly after takeoff when she got photo evidence of him in the act. She also alleged she saw him lick his fingers clean at one point.
After masturbating 4 times over the hour, the woman said McGarity fell asleep & she was finally able to alert Southwest flight attendants & was moved to another seat.
The woman handed over her photos to Phoenix police after landing.
When interviewed by the FBI, McGarity told them he did do this & did not think the woman minded, saying he thought it was “kinky.”
A Southwest spokesperson said McGarity had been slapped with a lifetime ban.
“On April 2, we received reports of inappropriate Customer behavior on flight 3814 from SEA to PHX. The situation was reported to Crewmembers while inflight, and the Captain contacted law enforcement to meet the aircraft upon arrival,” the airline said. “We immediately placed the passenger on our No-Fly List, resulting in a lifetime ban from traveling on Southwest.”
McGarity is now facing federal charges involving lewd, indecent & obscene acts on an aircraft.

DoubleJae presents a very unique and grown up version of hip hop, something audiences are not quite used to seeing in the industry today
Staten Island, NY Anthony Jackson, who prefers to go by his stage name ‘DoubleJae’, is a seasoned rapper and songwriter who has garnered quite a lot of fame for his unique perspective on hip hop music. He has made headlines around the world because he recently unveiled his latest single – a manifestation of the sprit of elevated hip hop music, titled ‘The Devil’s A Liar’.
This release comes at a momentous occasion, wherein the industry is rapidly getting saturated with hip hop artists who are incapable of innovating. ‘The Devil’s A Liar’ is already making a profound statement in the hip hop space, owing to how well constructed and grown-up its lyricism is. The song itself tells the life story of Anthony Jackson, with a particular focus on the time he spent living on the streets and the evil that came along with it. DoubleJae’s journey has been a rough one – he has overcome adversities and incarceration and has become an example of breaking through with his street smarts and commitment to his dream. The song also sheds a lot of focus on how despite all the lemons life handed out to him, DoubleJae remained a huge advocate of always making sure that he was helping others.
What makes this particular song, and therefore by extension his entire discography unique is the fact that DoubleJae is extremely unafraid to express himself through his words. It is his unapologetic attitude and carefree approach towards hip hop music in particular that has allowed him to give rise to a niche that is completely exclusive to only his style of music.
The song is available on all digital platforms. Written by DoubleJae, the song was distributed by Force Mds Music/ Sony Orchard. The song was produced by Durrell Jackson, and engineered by Bill Marquez, who also goes by ‘Brutal’.

"Out of some of Kalyssa’s darkest moments comes her best work. Kalyssa uses any negative energy she encounters and turns it into positive, while creating powerful words and beautiful music."
Kalyssa is a vocalist songwriter, born on March 28th, 1980 in downtown Toronto, Canada. From a young child Kalyssa always had an interest in the arts and it all began for her love of dancing (ballet, tap, acro & jazz), and competing frequently throughout her young childhood years. Dancing was a place where she could escape even if for just a few moments at a time. Kalyssa’s childhood was bittersweet, and what no one knew was that she was struggling internally and fighting demons no child should ever have to fight, especially on their own. As she continued to grow, she learned how to cope and went in to survival mode. In her adolescent years she began writing poetry here and there but never thought anything of it at the time. Writing became more of another outlet and escape for her mind when she felt suffocated and would go through bouts of depression quite often. What she didn’t know was that years later she would be creating music and writing through her depression, and rather than fighting through these dark moments she would learn to embrace them.
In 2011 Kalyssa found herself working in a high stress job and during her lunch hour breaks she would sit at a park bench and began writing more frequently, and that was the turning point when she began to pursue music. It was then when she literally stumbled upon her producer Nyasha Makambria and from there recorded her first song “Imagine Us”. As time went on, she continued to write, record and to make beautiful music. Not to mention, there was one thing in particular that Kalyssa noticed about herself when she would record and that was the feeling it gave her. It was a similar feeling she had experienced when she was a child dancing her heart out on stage. Creating music became her new escape!
In 2012 Kalyssa connected with a local Toronto independent label and remained on that team for nearly 10 years. During that time, she performed at various venues across the city and started mainly performing at underground hip hop shows. While she loved performing no matter what stage she was on, she worked her way toward getting herself involved in performances that involved fundraising. Kalyssa had the pleasure and opportunity to use her artistry and performed at Sick Children’s Hospital of Toronto for the Sickle Cell Annual Christmas Celebration in late November of 2014, not to mention the 2014 Sickle Cell Foundation Walkathon while she graciously blessed the Nathan Philips Square stage in downtown Toronto. In March of 2013, Kalyssa released her single “Rewind” and decided to put together a single release party, but more so to make it into a fundraising event. Her choice of charity was the Ronald McDonald House of Toronto, so she booked a tour of the facility so that she could educate herself on the charity she was supporting. From there she drew up proposals and sought out local businesses to contribute toward this event which was held at the late “Hard Rock Café” located at Dundas Square in downtown Toronto. In addition, Kalyssa wanted to make sure that this event was something bigger than just music and something where she could use her artistry and give back. In March of 2013 Kalyssa was presented with the opportunity to be featured on the television show “THE PRIORITY” on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) in New York City where she debuted her song “Rewind” and that very same weekend went on to perform at a Kony Brooks album release party in the Bronx, NY.
“Time Waits For No One”
Performed Live @ FreeTimesCafe
In 2015 Kalyssa decided to take a step back from music and pursued her education and obtained her Social Service Work Diploma through Centennial College then pursued her Social Work Degree at Ryerson University. Though Kalyssa would write and record music in between her busy schedule, her main focus was family and school. In early 2021 Kalyssa was on the verge of making the decision to leave music entirely. She found herself in yet another dark place and didn’t think she had it in her anymore to continue in the music industry. However, something didn’t feel right about that and by far she was not finished. Through the strength and will to not give up she decided to give music another go. She forced herself to get back up on stage and pushed herself outside of her comfort zone. When Kalyssa began writing consistently again, that in itself reminded her of why she began pursuing music in the first place. Music was a place that brought Kalyssa into another dimension and a place where she could bare her soul and just be free.
Since returning to music full time Kalyssa became a part of the Mob Out Entertainment Familia ~ www.moboutentertainment.com in late 2021 and has since put out “Hooked on A Feeling” which is one of those songs that gives you those feel good vibes. Followed by, “Time Waits For No One” which was written from a place of deep-rooted trauma. It refers to being harmed at the hands of someone else while feeling the aftermath of the shame one will most likely encounter through the process of post-traumatic stress. “Time Waits For No One” is meant for individuals going through the motions of any traumatic experience to know they are not alone in how they feel and that it is okay to finally let go of the past because “Time Waits For No One.” Her new upcoming releases will include “Letter to Myself”, “Hate” and many more. To keep up to date with Kalyssa go to www.kalyssamusic.com
Lastly, Kalyssa is determined not to let life’s challenges conquer her, but instead uses it to help and encourage others to triumph and prevail through. Her strength, determination, and grace show in her work as well as her character.
There is an entire world of underground artists of all genres ranging from all ages, and coming from a variety of societies, backgrounds and cultures. However, there is one thing all underground artists have in common, and that is the true love of music. Not only are they very passionate about their music, but their lyrics come from the heart. If you listen closely, you will often find yourself listening to a true~life story or event that has affected the artist. Before you know it, they are sharing that real life moment with you through their music.
William “BISHIP” Graves, born December 12, in Harrisonburg, VA, is an underground artist with much love and respect for music and this game. His drive and love of the craft is what separates him from other artists, and his goals and visions are like no other. Even if BISHIP wanted no part of music, there was no escaping it! From a young age music was embedded into BISHIP through his family. Which only makes sense as to why he is so passionate about music, and where his passion stems from. It was at the age of 11 when BISHIP knew he was going to be an artist, and even more so, have a huge part of the music industry.
BISHIP has had the opportunity to collab with underground artists from all over the world and released many mixtapes. In September of 2012, BISHIP became a part of a group named "THE CRASH UNIT” and during their time together they released the mixtape “LOST.” Not to mention, BISHIP was involved with several radio blogs, but in November of 2012, became a huge part of a worldwide radio show called "LEKSIII Productions.” BISHIP not only helped this show to evolve, but he brought it to new heights. He spent several hours and days promoting, bringing new artists to the show and introducing them to this movement. In 2010, BISHIP established his own record label, MOB OUT ENT., and from there he became an A & R scouting for new talented artists. Not only did he study each artist, but he hand-picked them carefully to ensure that they were the right fit for the MOB OUT ENT FAMILIA. When it comes to BISHIP, he is very direct and transparent and has a no time for artists that aren’t willing to put in the work. In other words, the same energy he puts out, is the same energy he expects in return and won’t allow anyone or anything to bring down his MOB OUT FAMILY. Since then, BISHIP remains diligent and has released two mixtapes, “United Powers” and “The Rebirth”, not to mention numerous features on projects. In 2016 BISHIP was asked to be part of Chinaman Records by the late Pioneer and Legend Fresh Kid Ice of 2live Crew. In 2017 the project Breaking Glass Ceilings was released https://open.spotify.com/album/5WSoVikD6GJ4wXee8ThGfx?si=k0fJ0eqRSU6bGO0zf N5d0w Shortly after the release, Rolling Stone Magazine published an article https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/2-live-crew-co-founder-fresh-kid-ice- dead-at-53-198672/ and the final project from his vision of Chinaman Records was featured in the Article.
BARZ FOR THE FANS
BISHIP has captured the hearts of many by the way he articulates his words of wisdom that flow through his music. This is just one of the many reasons why his fans have gravitated to his artistry and original sound. Over the years, BISHIP has come a long way, but that is only because he believed in himself when no one else did and strives for the best and to be the best version of himself. He refuses to give up on what brings him to a place of solitude. BISHIP is a true testament of a “GO GETTA” and does not allow his mental focus to be sidetracked. Welcome to the Movement "Mob Out Entertainment"! Mob Out Ent founded & established in 2010 by CEO and Artist William “Biship” Graves. His vision was bigger than just making music. Not only did he want to create a platform for independent artists to shine and share their craft, but the most important thing for him was for each artist to stay true to who they are as individuals and artists.
Biship also takes the time to guide each artist under the MOB OUT ENT. umbrella to ensure they are educated with the knowledge and tools they will require to endure the music industry. This is more than just music, and as Biship puts it, “I’m a businessman because it’s a business man”
Breaking through in the music industry in 2022 is by far not easy. In other words, knowing and understanding what the music industry consists of is a crucial element of what being an artist in the present day takes.

Mob Out Entertainment is what the industry has been missing.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The motion picture academy on Friday banned Will Smith from attending the Oscars or any other academy event for 10 years following his slap of Chris Rock at the Academy Awards.
The move comes after a meeting of the academy’s Board of Governors to discuss a response to Smith’s actions.
“The 94th Oscars were meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who did incredible work this past year; however, those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable & harmful behavior we saw Mr. Smith exhibit on stage,” the academy said in a statement.
Smith pre-emptively resigned from the academy last week during the run-up to the meeting & said he would accept any punishment the academy handed down.
“I accept & respect the Academy’s decision,” Smith said in a statement.
The academy also apologized for its handling of the situation & allowing Smith to stay & accept his best actor award for “King Richard.”
“During our telecast, we did not adequately address the situation in the room. For this, we are sorry,” the academy said. “This was an opportunity for us to set an example for our guests, viewers & our Academy family around the world & we fell short — unprepared for the unprecedented."
In a statement in the days following the Oscars, the academy said Smith was asked to leave the ceremony but refused.
The academy in its Friday statement also expressed “deep gratitude to Mr. Rock for maintaining his composure under extraordinary circumstances.”
The academy’s statement did not address whether Smith could be nominated for Oscars during his 10-year ban. Nor did it take any action to revoke Smith’s Academy Award.
The academy has not revoked Oscars from expelled members Harvey Weinstein or Roman Polanski.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.(ABC10) – A prospective juror in the sentencing phase of the Parkland shooting trial used an interesting excuse when asking to be dismissed.
On Monday during the first day of jury selection, the woman gave Broward County Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer multiple reasons she could not be on the panel.
“First of all, let me clarify myself,” the potential juror said. “July 7th is my birthday, the 4th is my son’s birthday & the 18th is my other son, so that ain’t gonna out work for me.”
After going over the dates a second time with Scherer, the woman then provided another reason she felt she couldn’t serve on the jury.
“Then again, I need to figure out something,” the woman continued. “I have my sugar daddy that I see every day.”
Scherer paused before saying she wasn’t exactly sure what the woman meant.
“Well, I’m married & I have my sugar daddy & I see him every day,” the woman replied.
She was later excused by the judge.
The jurors that are being selected will decide whether convicted Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooter Nikolas Cruz will be sentenced to death or life without the possibility of parole.
He pled guilty in October to killing 17 people & injuring 17 others at the Parkland school on Feb. 14, 2018.
Scherer will eventually see the seating of 12 jurors & 8 alternates on the panel.
