Kansas City, Missouri native and Strange Music record label boss, Tech N9ne, has ended his 22-year marriage to Lecoya LeJeune.

TMZ reports that they separated in 2005, but Tech, born Aaron Yates, didn't file for divorce until 2015. It was finalized earlier this month.

Tech was awarded 49% of Strange Music and his management company. He has to give his ex-wife an asset equalization payment of $150,000, as well as monthly spousal support in the amount of $5,555.55 for 6 years.

Lecoya also walked away with several bank accounts.

The former couple have 2 adult kids, so no custody or child support issues came into play.

Meek Mill wants out of solitary confinement because it's driving him nuts.

TMZ reports that the 30-year old Philadelphia native, born Robert Williams, was placed there because of his fame. Prison officials are worried about his safety and feel that's the only way to protect him.

However, the "Amen" hit maker doesn't believe he has anything to worry about because of his street reputation and the fact he's given back to his city.

Meek is confined to his cell for 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. He's been writing and exercising, but feels his creativity is being stymied.

His attorneys have filed legal documents in an effort to get him into general population.

Meek's currently serving a 2-4 year sentence for violating his probation.

Lil Wayne's long-awaited album "Tha Carter V" is stuck in limbo while he and Birdman attempt to work out their legal issues, but fans may get a consolation prize as early as this month.

The rapper's manager, Cortez Bryant, fielded questions on Instagram Live this week and said Weezy could be dropping his "Dedication 6" mixtape soon.

“Maybe D6 in November,” he told fans. “Not December. That’s too long.”

The last "Dedication" project was released in 2013. Since then Wayne has dropped the mixtapes "Sorry 4 the Wait," "No Ceilings 2" and teamed up with T-Pain for "T-Wayne."

He also released the "Free Weezy Album" in 2015 and collaborated with 2 Chainz on "Collegrove" in 2016.

Kendrick Lamar covers the new Forbes "30 Under 30" issue, which was accompanied by an interview with senior editor Zack O'Malley Greenburg.

It's an interesting and wide ranging piece.

K Dot talks about his musical influences, how he got his start in the business, falling in love with hip hop at four-years old, being mentored by Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith and Dr. Dre, mumble rap, mistakes he's made along the way and Barack Obama.

One of the questions posed to him by Greenburg had to do with being labeled a conscious rapper. The "Humble" hit maker answered it by quoting 50 Cent.

"Everybody have they own opinions, but ... I always go back to what 50 Cent said, and it always stuck with me. And when he said it, it made an even more valid point. He said, 'We all are conscious, whether you're doing gangsta rap, whether you're doing so called conscious rap, whether you doing whatever genre you may in because you have a post, you alive and you're telling your true feelings ... these are your true thoughts and you're conscious of them, and you're aware of them. You are conscious, as simple as that.' When he said that, that inspired me to not only recognize my own influence on what I have with my people."

To read the full interviews head over to Forbes.
