In this clip, Too Short reveals that he originally planned to retire back in the late 90's because he completed his 10th album and he was 30-years-old, which was considered old back in those days. Moving along, the Oakland native attempts to make sense of why hip hop fans on the East Coast didn't purchase his music back in his heyday before revealing details from a personal conversation with Biggie about the supporters that he had in the city of Brooklyn. As the discussion moves along, the 55-year-old rapper talked about his work with Jay-Z such as "A Week Ago" and "Real N****z." Lastly, Too Short shares a story about how Scarface tried to put him up on some new tracks that had been produced by an unknown producer, at the time, named Kanye West. But regrettably, Too Short declined the offer, because he didn't know who Ye was yet.

One of DaBaby's first major legal cases is being discussed anew after a video capturing him fatally shooting someone surfaced online -- sparking a fierce debate about self-defense.
Rolling Stone published surveillance footage Sunday depicting a 2018 confrontation DaBaby was involved in at a Walmart out in his native North Carolina -- before he was super famous -- in which he shot & killed a man.
DB was eventually charged with carrying a concealed weapon for the shooting, but no murder charge.
DaBaby hasn't shied away from this case ... insisting from the jump he was acting in self-defense -- claiming the victim, 19-year-old Jaylin Craig, had pulled a gun & he feared for his and his family's life. He was with his GF & baby girl in the store.
RS suggests this video contradicts DaBaby's self-defense narrative, as he appears to be the aggressor in this situation -- at least based on what they posted. He charges at another man (not Craig) & the two get into a scuffle, with Craig monitoring on the outskirts.
Craig appears to reach for and even brandish what was later determined to be a gun on his person -- but RS says his grieving family insists he never would've had to resort to grabbing it if not for DB's aggressive behavior setting this whole thing in motion.
Frankly, it's unclear what exactly set all this off -- DB has claimed Craig and his pals were harassing and threatening him and his brood that night, which is why he went on the attack.
While Rolling Stone appears to be questioning DaBaby's story of protecting himself, others have seen this video and agreed ... he had every right to pull his own gun & fire once Craig pulled his, especially since he wasn't the one directly involved in the fistfight.
Of course, others say this video just proves DaBaby is a bad seed & apparently prone to violence ... something his own history since this incident seems to support, at least in some folks' eyes. As you know, he's been involved in countless physical altercations over the years.
Most recently, he shot somebody whom he claims had wandered onto his property & just this weekend, he also appears to have openly swung on one of his own signed artists.

Former MTV 'Making The Band' star Chopper has been busted for sex trafficking ... with law enforcement accusing him of being a pimp.
Chopper was arrested earlier this month in Maryland and he's being extradited to Las Vegas to face sex trafficking charges in Sin City.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, an undercover vice detective in Nevada posing as a sex worker says Chopper direct messaged them on Instagram with an apparent offer to make money through prostitution.
The undercover cop says they searched Chopper's IG account and noticed several posts related to prostitution and pimping, including posts where Chopper flaunted wealth and made references to being a pimp ... including one image of him inside a plane with a phone alongside the caption, "Sending em," with a money bag and crown emoji.
In the docs, the undercover cop says they launched an investigation into Chopper after seeing social media evidence of a potential sex trafficking operation.
The undercover says Chopper called them and bragged about frequent travel and having 7 homes across the country, including one in Las Vegas, while also telling the undercover Sin City was not a safe place to do business because law enforcement was cracking down.
What's more, the undercover says they had a phone interview with Chopper and after passing the test, Chopper told them he would make them part of his "team" and "stable."
The undercover says Chopper then became aggressive with them over the phone, ordering them around like he might do to a sex worker, telling them to pack their belongings, get to the airport and meet him in Charlotte, N.C. to join his "stable."
From there, the undercover says they stalled by telling Chopper they were scared to leave home ... with Chopper trying to verbally force them to make the trip, getting angry and demanding a $2,000 fee.
Between the alleged social media posts, direct messages, phone calls and fee demand ... the undercover says there was then enough evidence to arrest and charge Chopper with felony sex trafficking.

(CNN) Twitter (TWTR) is said to be nearing a deal to sell itself to Elon Musk, according to The New York Times and other outlets, 11 days after the Tesla and SpaceX CEO shocked the industry by offering to buy the company in a deal valuing it at more than $41 billion.
A deal could be finalized as soon as Monday, according to the Wall Street Journal. Twitter declined to comment on the reports.
Reports that a deal is imminent come after Musk revealed last week he had lined up $46.5 billion in financing to acquire the company. Twitter's board met Sunday to evaluate Musk's offer to buy all the shares of the company he does not currently own for $54.20 a piece, a source familiar with the deal confirmed to CNN. The source said that discussions about Musk's bid have turned serious.
The potential sale agreement caps off a whirlwind news cycle that began less than a month ago, when Musk revealed he had taken a 9.1% stake in the company and ramped up calls for changes to the social media platform.
Questions about whether Musk would actually be able to finance his acquisition of Twitter swirled in the days following his takeover bid, especially after he said in an interview the day of his offer that, "I'm not sure I'll actually be able to acquire [Twitter]."
Shares of Twitter had been trading noticeably below the offer price in a possible signal of investor skepticism about the deal. On Monday morning, however, Twitter stock rose nearly 5% following the reports, topping $51 a share.

LONGWOOD, Fla. (AP) — A Florida bride and her caterer are accused of serving food laced with marijuana to unsuspecting guests at a wedding reception.
The women were arrested Monday following an investigation by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, according to court records. Both Bride Danya Glenny, 42, and catering manager Joycelyn Bryant, 31, women were charged with tampering, culpable negligence, and delivery of marijuana and later bonded out of jail.
Investigators said in an arrest affidavit that guests began feeling ill during the Feb. 19 event at a clubhouse in Longwood, which is near Orlando. The report says 30 to 40 people attended the event.
Several people who said they felt “stoned” were taken to the hospital for treatment. The arrest report says several tested positive for THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana.
A detective wrote in the report that guests said they had not been warned about the laced food. One man told deputies he was having a hard time operating his cellphone. Others said they felt paranoid and high.
Another guest told deputies that after feeling stoned, she asked the bride if cannabis was in the food and was told “yes” by the smiling bride, an affidavit said.
Samples of food, including chocolate-covered strawberries, pudding ‘shot’ desserts, and lasagna, were collected and later tested positive for THC.

QUILCENE, Wash. (AP) — A woman who accidentally dropped her cellphone into the hole of an outhouse in a national forest and fell in while trying to retrieve it had to be rescued by firefighters in Washington state.
Brinnon Fire Department Chief Tim Manly said the woman, who was at the top of Mount Walker in the Olympic National Forest northwest of Seattle, had been using her phone when it fell into the toilet on Tuesday, The Kitsap Sun reported.
Manly said she disassembled the toilet seat and used dog leashes to try and get the phone and eventually used the leashes to tie herself off as she reached for it. That effort failed and she fell into the toilet headfirst.
“They didn’t work very well and in she went,” Manly said.
The woman was alone and tried to get out for 10 to 15 minutes. Reunited with her phone, she called 911, Manly said.
Responding firefighters passed her blocks to stand on to reach a harness, which they used to pull her out of the vault. The Brinnon Fire Department said the woman said she was uninjured.
She was washed down and “strongly encouraged to seek medical attention after being exposed to human waste, but she only wanted to leave,” the department said.
“I’ve been doing this for 40 years, and that was a first,” Manly said.

The video displays a battle between his and her “dark spirit” which he eventually wins and releases himself from her “HOLD ON ME”.
The song has a relaxing beat and opens up with a very climatic introduction before you hear Milyssa‘s voice which is known for its range and sultriness. Her range on this track is more on the deeper alto side, but it marries well with the melody. You can hear the passion in her voice, especially when she sings the part about struggling to breathe. Listeners are definitely drawn into the way she sings and the way she intertwined her voice with the beat. The Adlibs are perfect and on point, and it kind of brings back an Ace of Base 90's feel, which is kind of a lost art. She ends the song perfect with "Can You Hear Me?
