Kat Stacks has parted ways with WorldStarHipHop for business reasons. Q, the website owner, was supposed to release her autobiography in October of 2013, but failed to do so. Kat has hired an attorney, who has fired off a letter to Q for breaching their publishing agreement.

Kat posted a portion of the letter on her Instagram account with a caption that reads: "Oh you thought it was a GAME. Got a lawyer now !!! Breach of publishing agreement wshh. (Letter from my Lawyer to Q)."

She recently sat down with HipHopMorning to talk about the situation.

"We're working on trying to get a different publisher, trying to get the book out because Q is holding my autobiography...because I left," Kat said. "He's in his feelings like a trick would."

The Venezuelan hip hop model also talks about getting her U.S. residency certification, being a victim of underage sex trafficking at 14-years old, writing the book to help others who are thinking about getting into the sex trade or gang banging realize that there's a better way of life, being locked up for three years facing deportation, her faith in God, and past drama with Fabolous' brother Mr. Ruggs.

President Obama welcomed "women of soul" Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Janelle Monae, Jill Scott, Melissa Etheridge, Ariana Grande and and Tessanne Chin to the White House for a concert on Thursday (March 6).

The show was live streamed at WhiteHouse.gov/live. It will be shown in it's entirety on PBS's "In Concert at the White House" special on April 7.

Parents are supposed to set an example for their children of what not to do. Unfortunately, Irisdaly Rios never got that memo.

The 35-year old woman was arrested after jumping on a 12-year old middle school student she believed was picking on her daughter.

The incident happened in the parking lot of Hialeah Middle School in Hialeah, Florida on Tuesday (March 4).

Ashley Perez says she thought Rios came to the school to mediate the problem between her and the other student. Instead she ended up with a chipped tooth, scratches on her neck and a bruised head.

“That's why I walked to the car, because usually, if it was another mother, she'll be like, 'Oh, what's happening to my daughter. Let's fix this up,'" Perez told NBC Miami. “She got aggressive, and I think she felt her daughter was in danger. I've got scratches on my back, my teeth is broken, and my head started hurting a lot."

Irisdaly Rios

Rios wasn't apologetic when she explained her side of the story to NBC Miami.

"This girl's bullying my daughter every day," she said.

Perez admits that she and Rios' daughter have argued in the past, but never had a physical fight.

"Everybody loses here,” explained Hialeah Police spokesman Carl Zogby. “We'd rather people go to the proper authorities if there's bullying going on. Go to your school. Call the police before it gets to this point."

Rios has been charged with battery.

Nine years after the groundbreaking movie Sin City made it's debut, the sequel, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, is about to shake the movie world up again.

It will be hard to top it's predecessor, but judging from Sin City 2's first official trailer it may do just that.

The Robert Rodriguez-directed film features an all-star cast that includes Josh Brolin, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dennis Haysbert, Jamie Chung, Bruce Willis, Eva Green, Julia Garner, Ray Liotta, Juno Temple, Jeremy Piven and Stacey Keach.

Synopsis:

Robert Rodriguez returns to direct this follow-up to Sin City from a script by Frank Miller and William Monahan based on preexisting stories along with new ones written for the big screen. Josh Brolin stars in the adaptation of the comic mini-series (Sin City: A Dame to Kill For), which tells the backstory of Clive Owen's Dwight character as he is wrapped up in the thralls of femme fatale, Ava (Eva Green). Also new to the series is Joseph Gordon Levitt, who plays Johnny, a mysterious gambler set on taking down his sworn enemy in a high stakes game of life and death. HBO has teamed up with Launch Point Records for a mixtape entitled Catch the Throne. This serves as a warm up to season 4 of the popular fantasy drama television series, Game of Thrones, which premieres on April 6.

Before gearing up to rock with 50 Cent at the SXSW Festival in Austin next week, DJ Whoo was working and partying last week with some celebrity friends.

The N-Word Bond tour kicked off in Charlotte during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) basketball tournament. Whoo Kid hit up Club Caviar where he met up with T.I., Natalie Nunn, Young Dro and Erica Jean.

Whoo Kid then hopped on a plane to Los Angeles to DJ at Belasco Theater, where he partied with Chet Hanks and Wiz Khalifa.
