Count Bill Cosby as one person who is tired of hearing Donald Trump talk about what he would do if he were president.

The 73-year old comedian was on the Today Show yesterday (April 7). He stunned host Meredith Vieira when he lit into Trump.

"Oh please with Donald Trump, take him home with you because he's full of it," Cosby said, creating an awkward pause before the conversation moved on.

"Somebody kept saying 'are you gonna run?', he jumped... you run or shut up," Cosby said referring to Trump being asked if he would be running for the Oval Office in 2012.

You guys think Trump is at all serious about running for president?

12348828457?profile=originalD12 rapper Proof was taken from us way too soon by senseless gun violence five years ago. Next week the rapper will be honored at the 4th Annual Candlelight Vigil & Tribute Show in Detroit.

The event will feature friends and family remembering Proof through his song and poetry.

Here is the official information listed on ProofFoundation.org

Five years after losing DeShaun “Proof” Holton, the Proof Foundation will host the Fourth Annual Candlelight Vigil & Tribute Show to celebrate his life. Proof, a member of the Shady/Interscope Records group D12 and an accomplished solo artist, was a musical mentor to many and a frequent speaker at local schools encouraging students to continue their education. On Monday, April 11, 2011, the annual candlelight vigil will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Rosa Parks Freedom Chapel on the grounds of the Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit. Family and friends will gather to reflect and remember Proof through poetry, inspirational words and stories.

In the evening, there will be a tribute concert to honor the musical legacy ofProof. Doors open at 9:00 P.M. at The Shelter (431 E. Congress, Detroit). Performing artists will cover songs originally recorded by Proof during this show. Rappers Chino XL, Miz Korona, Invincible, Moe Dirdee, Rio Data, Seven The General, V Stylez, 5 ELA, former group members of Proof, and Supa Emcee, along with R&B singer, Melanie Rutherford are scheduled to perform. DJ Sin and DJ Jewels will be the guest DJs, and DJ Henhouse will host the event.

The foundation is also currently accepting applications for its first scholarship. The $1000 scholarship is available to high school seniors in Detroit for the 2011/2012 academic school year. Scholarship applications must be postmarked by May 30, 2011. The scholarship winner will be announced in August.

Proof’s mother, “Pepper” Holton created the Proof Foundation, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, in July 2007 to honor and preserve his legacy in three ways: (1) promoting the importance of education to low-income children and children from single parent households by offering them scholarships to finance their education at schools Proof attended in Detroit as well as other educational institutions, colleges and universities, (2) encouraging artistic and creative development of inner city youth interested in pursuing careers in music by sponsoring educational and cultural activities, workshops and field trips and (3) educating aspiring artists about the business aspects of the entertainment industry through panel discussions, programs and seminars.

12348830882?profile=originalRyan Leslie has released / previewed two records so far from the new album, both having more rhymes than singing. Now in an interview with Bullet magazine, he confirms that Les Is More (July 4th) will be a rap album and he’s trying to lock collaborations with 50 Cent, Kanye and Pusha T.“Less is More is a rap album, and I want to control everything on it. I’m writing all the lyrics, and I’m producing the record, too. As far as collaborations, I’ve been playing records for some people– 50 Cent, Kanye…I’m going to send a song to Pusha from the Clipse, too, and we’ll see who wants to get on it.”

Not long ago Bishop Lamont was being hailed as the heir to the West Coast throne. He was Dr Dre's next prized protege. A lot has changed in the last year for Bishop, who is no longer associated with Aftermath Records.

Towards the end there was a lot of speculation about whether he was still signed or dropped from Aftermath. Bishop said all bullsh*t and drama gave him ulcers.

"I took a little time off after I was free because that was too much stress," Bishop says. "Actually from the stress of that whole ordeal I got stomach ulcers. I was sick and didn't know it."

It was thought Bishop would sign to another major, but he says he'll never go that route again.

"I really don't see myself going back to a major. The only thing that kinda makes sense is single deals, other than that I wanna do everything independent," Bishop explained. "There comes a time in that system you will be placed in a situation where you will have to forsake family for work hours and work days. And I will never make those mistakes again where I missed Thanksgivings and birthdays sometimes and different events to be in the studio slaving for a system that doesn't give a sh*t about that blood, sweat and tears."

With renewed health the Carson. Ca MC is now fully focused on getting his debut album 'The Reformation' finished.

He feels his faith in God will help carry him.

"God has put me in a position where things will be at the success level they are supposed to be," he said

Video After The Jump

Maybe I've been under a rock or something, but I'd never seen this footage.

Lil Wayne and his "daddy" Birdman expressing their love in only a way they understand

It's just a thowback so take it for what is. I am surprised more rappers didn't take shots at them.

12348829487?profile=originalIn the last several weeks 50 Cent has dropped 14 bangers. The crazy part is, he's just getting warmed up.

While the name of the next album is not set in stone, it's safe to say 50 is working hard on it.

It's a good time for fans to start guessing at who might be on the star's 5th official studio album (not counting 'Power Of A Dollar').

Based on his past track record, 50 has kept his recording circle nice and small. Outside of Robin Thicke, Nate Dogg, Akon and Justin Timberlake on hooks, the contributors have mostly been Eminem, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo.

The fact that 50 has hopped on more than a few remixes recently, added to his own output, plus the smoking hot collaboration with Jadakiss leads one to believe we might see a surprise or two cd.

50 has shown throughout his career he doesn't need of depend on collaborations to make hits, so it will be interesting to hear the end result.

So the question is, who would you like to see on 50's new album? Could be a band, singer or rapper, throw out a few ideas.

12348822483?profile=originalThe stork could be coming any day now for Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon, but Mariah isn't going to waste a good photo op.

"I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience," Carey told Life & Style magazine. "My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans."

The couple are expecting twins.

As far as pure off the top of the head comedy Tracy Morgan might be the funniest man on the planet.

His appearance on Conan O'Brien was dumb funny. The only serious part of the show was Tracy talking about getting a kidney transplant recently. Other than that it was like a stand up routine.

12348836296?profile=originalThere's a new development in the case of Notorious B.I.G's murder.  It has been learned that he was killed with rounds of Gecko 9mm armor piercing ammunition. That brand of ammunition is made in Germany and is rarely seen in the U.S..

Even with the latest discovery, the investigation has moved at a snail's pace. One detective, Russel Poole quit the LAPD because he felt like his investigation into Biggie's death was being stonewalled by the police force. Poole believed strongly that Officer David Mack had committed the murder along with a friend Amir Muhammad.

Allhiphop reports that this new information came via the Freedom of Information act. In the report the FBI blames LAPD officers for helping the killer escape.

Many LAPD cops moonlighted as security for Death Row Records owner Suge Knight at the time.
