Wiz Khalifa and his high powered attorney Laura Wasser have filed a response to Amber Rose's divorce documents.
As we previously reported, Amber is getting a one time payment of $1 million per a prenup agreement. Wiz has no issue with that and will also pay her $5,000 a month in spousal support.
The real battle will be over the custody of their one-year old son, Sebastian.
Amber has asked for full custody. Wiz wants joint custody.
TMZ reports that Wiz has an advantage because California courts usually rule that joint custody is in the best interests of children. Parents asking for sole custody often do it out of vengeance.

By now most of you have probably seen footage of Dizaster punching Math Hoffa in the face during their battle at King of the Dot's BOLA 5 event earlier this year.
It's not the first time Math has been involved in a physical altercation during one of his matches. He snuffed Serius Jones at URL's Summer Madness event in 2013.
Several years ago at another URL event, Math punched Dose.
Dizaster has taken to Twitter with claims that Math is now suing him and KOTD for injuries suffered during their fight.
No word yet from Math's camp on the allegations.

Amber Rose is assured to get more $1 million when the dust settles on her divorce from Wiz Khalifa.
TMZ reports that Amber insisted upon a prenup before marrying the rapper last July. The document is reportedly eight pages long and contains a list of demands from the model.
Because she will get more money from the prenup than without it, Amber is insisting that it be enforced.
The document does favor Wiz when it comes to the spousal support his soon to be ex-wife is demanding. Amber forfeited financial support in favor of the one time payout.
There is also no language in the prenup regarding custody of their 1-year old son, Sebastian. Amber wants full custody, but rest assured Wiz's lawyers will contest that.
Amber filed for divorce from Wiz earlier this week, ending their one year marriage.

A heartbroken man suffers from 100 orgasms each day - but does not enjoy a single one. What should have been a routine traffic stop turned into an unjustified shooting of a citizen in Columbia, South Carolina.
Prosecutors just released dash cam footage of the incident that happened on September 4th. State Trooper Sean Groubert pulled in behind 35-year old African American Levar Jones, who had stopped at a Circle K convenience store. After Jones exited his vehicle, Groubert asked to see his license.

Jones turns around and reaches inside his vehicle for his I.D. At that point Groubert screams "get out the car," twice before firing four shots
“I just got my license. You said get my license,” Jones says. “I grabbed my license. Right there, that’s my license.”
“Put your hands behind your back,” Groubert tells him, as he walks over to cuff the innocent man.
“What did I do? What did I do, sir?” Jones asks.
Groubert asks him if he is hit.
“I think so, I can’t feel my leg," the injured man replied. "I don’t know what happened. I just grabbed my license. Why did you shoot me?”
“Well, you dove headfirst back into your car,” he said.
According to WLTX, Groubert was fired on September 19 by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety after a review of the State Law Enforcement Division report. DPS Director Leroy Smith said Groubert did not follow protocol when he shot Jones.

Groubert, 31, was arrested Wednesday, September 24, and booked into Richland County Detention Center. Bond was set at $75,000.
He's been charged with felony assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He has since bailed out of jail.
Groubert will appear in court on October 24. He's facing up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Jones is said to be recovering from a shot to the hip.
