Nearly four months after separating, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's marriage is officially over.
TMZ reports that Nick filed for for divorce on December 12. After a whirlwind romance the soon-to-be ex-couple got married in The Bahamas on April 30, 2008.
It was the first marriage for Nick and the second for Mariah, who had previously walked down the aisle with music executive Tommy Mottola.
Mariah and Nick are the parents of two-year old fraternal twins, Monroe and Moroccan.

Tyga has landed a new reality television show that will be televised by MTV.
According to TMZ, the show will focus on T-Raww's lifestyle and his circle of friends. An episode featuring Chris Brown has already been shot.
Tyga's love life will be off limits. Neither Kylie Jenner or Blac Chyna will be a part of the show.
It will reportedly air in the spring.

Chris Brown had his probation revoked on Thursday, January 15. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin has allowed the singer to remain free until a March 20 probation update hearing.
Brown ran into trouble because he traveled to San Jose for a recent concert without receiving permission and failure to complete his community service on time.
Mark Geragos, Brown's attorney, took the blame for his client's January 11 trip to San Jose. He told Brandlin that his office incorrectly advised Brown that he could travel to the city for a concert at the Fiesta club.
Five people were during the Fiesta club performance.
The judge said there was no indication Brown had anything to do with the shooting, but ordered an investigation into the incident.
Brown is still on probation for his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Stevie J is facing two years in prison after a grand jury indicted him for his enormous back child support debt.
As we reported last June, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star was arrested in Georgia on a criminal complaint that said he owed $1,107,412 in back child support. He was subsequently hauled back to New York to face the music.
Stevie racked up the debt by not paying the mother of his two children any of the $8,500 a month in child support since 2001.
The Grammy Award-winning producer was able to post bail. As a condition of his release he was ordered by the court to submit to drug tests. He stayed clean for seven weeks before running into trouble.
Various news outlets are reporting that Stevie is currently in rehab. He violated his probation by testing positive for cocaine and weed ten times.
TMZ reports that Stevie will be arraigned on February 10.
