As we previously reported, the four are accused of kidnapping the 18-year old victim and taking him to a Chicago apartment, where they held him for at least six hours. During that time he was tied up with his mouth duct taped.

His tormentors cut his head with a knife,.kick, hit and harass him. He was forced to drink toilet water. At one point the teenager was told to “kiss the floor, bitch,” “nobody can help you anymore.” and forced to say ‘I love black people.’”

In another part of the clip the assailants yell "fuck white people" and "fuck Donald Trump."

According to CBS Chicago, the victim's parents dropped him off at a McDonald's on Saturday, December 31, to meet with his classmate Jordan Hill. The two went to an apartment where things got out of control.

"The victim tells us he got into a play fight with Jordan," CMDR. Kevin Duffin said. "And it escalated from there

“The actions in that video are reprehensible,” Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said during a news conference on Thursday, January 5. “That, along with racism, have no place in Chicago or anywhere else, for that matter.”

President Obama condemned the brutal attack.

“What we have seen as surfacing, I think, are a lot of problems that have been there a long time,” Obama told CBS2 Chicago. “Whether it’s tensions between police and communities, hate crimes of the despicable sort that has just now recently surfaced on Facebook.”

The four suspects will appear in bond court on Friday, January 6.

It was just 24 hours ago that we found out that Nicki Minaj had broken up with her boyfriend of the last two years, Meek Mill, but Safaree Samuels is already hoping to rekindle his relationship with Nicki.

TMZ reports that Stuntman, who dated the "Starships" hit maker for 11 years prior to their 2014 split, is still in love with rapper/actress and believes the relationship with Meek was bad for her career.

73791511?profile=original

Safaree points out that Nicki didn't release any new music during the time she was with Meek and thinks that a rekindled relationship with him would be a good look for her.

73791570?profile=original

In announcing that she was single on Thursday, January 5, Nicki tweeted that she would be focusing on her career.

Her breakup with Safaree was bitter. He claimed to have ghostwritten for her, which she vehemently denied. That alone could stop a potential reunion, but time will tell.

Chris Brown has confirmed via an Instagram video on Thursday, January 5, that the boxing match with Soulja Boy is a go. But the one thing he's not going to tolerate is the SODMG boss talking about his daughter, Royalty.

Brown was responding to a tweet Soulja sent out this morning referencing Royalty and her mom, Nia Guzman.

"Chilled with royalty and Nia tonight at Floyds house," Soulja wrote.

73791565?profile=original

Brown warned if that continues things might spin out of control.

73791540?profile=original

"All the jokes aside, my nigga. Seriously, we gon' set up this fight ... it's gonna be professional. You can do all that, but one thing you gotta stop doing, I'ma be real witchu ... stop bringing my daughter into this, my nigga. Stop saying shit about my fucking daughter," Brown says in the clip. "This not no fucking game. Now, you playing with something else that's gon' take this shit somewhere else. We setting up this fight. I'ma do everything. We gon' do all that. Stop talking bro. If it's already set, it's set. I'm telling you right now, on Jesus Christ. On anybody you fucking believe in .. Allah, Buddha, I don't give a fuck. Stop talking about my daughter.

"That shit ain't cool," he continues. "Real gangsters and street niggas know. Number one rule. No girls, no daughters, no kids. You's a bitch, my nigga. Stop."

Video After The Jump

It looks like the boxing match between Chris Brown and Soulja Boy is really about to go down. We've head about proposed celebrity fights that were supposed to go down in the past, but never materialized.

This time there's no janky promoters involved as Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his company, Mayweather Promotions, appear to be backing this one, as 50 Cent promised on Wednesday, January 4.

12352480666?profile=original

Mayweather posted a promotional flyer on his Instagram account yesterday. And today he and Soulja appeared together in a video posted to SB's IG.

"Champ, what we gon' do? Mayweather Promotions ... the biggest fight of the century," Soulja says.

"We gotta get that money," Mayweather replies.

When C. Breezy first challenged the "Crank That" rapper to box him he mentioned something about doing it at Adrien Broner's gym.

12352481082?profile=original

About Billions posted his own promotional flyer on his IG account.

"It's going down in March they both getting prepared for the epic fight of the beginning of the year @chrisbrownofficial VS @souljaboy Tickets will be available shortly," the boxer captioned the photo. "I will let y'all know the location and specific date soon!!!!! #StayTuned #CeleberityBoxing #AboutBillionsPromotions #Cbreezy #Soulja"

Could this be a duel promotion? Are we all being trolled? Hell, I don't know, but I would like to see these two fight. Plus, this shit is just damn funny.

Video After The Jump

Four African Americans are in police custody for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping and torture of a mentally disabled white man, while streaming it on Facebook Live.

The Chicago Sun Times reports that the 18-year old victim had been reported missing by his parents, who had not seen him since they dropped him off at a McDonald's in Schaumburg, Illinois on December 31.

Streamwood police said the parents started “receiving text messages from persons claiming to be holding him captive.”

All four assailants are 18-years old. One of them knew the victim from school.

12352478465?profile=original

They reportedly took the man to an apartment on Chicago's West Side. In the video you can see the victim's scalp had been cut. His tormentors kick, hit and harass him. At one point telling him to “kiss the floor, bitch,” “nobody can help you anymore.” and force him to say ‘I love black people.’”

In another part of the clip they yell "fuck white people" and "fuck Donald Trump."

Brittany Herring, one of the assailants, streamed the attack on Facebook Live.

After being held against his will for 24 hours, the teenager was released. He was discovered by police walking on the street in cold weather wearing shorts.

“They saw clearly that this individual was in distress and he was in crisis. And they cared enough to do something about it," Capt. Steven Sesso said.

He was taken to the hospital and an investigation was launched. The nature of the victim's injuries were not released, but he is "traumatized" by what happened," according to the Chicago Sun Times.

It didn't take long for police to connect the torture video they saw circulating on social media Tuesday, December 3, to the victim.

12352478295?profile=original

In this still frame from a YouTube video, a gagged man is harassed by two men, one of whom cuts open the sleeve of the victim’s sweatshirt.

“It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that,” Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson said. “I’ve been a cop for 28 years and I’ve seen things that you shouldn’t see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me how you still see things that you just shouldn’t."

12352479266?profile=original

Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson, joined by Area North Detectives Commander Kevin Duffin and Harrison District Capt. Steven Sasso, discusses the abduction and torture of a mentally-disabled man.

Charges against the four kidnappers have not yet been decided, but police did not rule out classifying the attack as a hate crime.
