Most people know Freeway Ricky for his past involvement in the drug game, but some may not know about his connection to the music world, which he spoke about during a recent VladTV interview. Ricky revealed that he signed J-Ro of The Alkaholiks and was about to sign the group when he was in jail and got the unlucky draw of being thrown in solitary for 30-days. When he came out, the group had already signed to Loud Records.
During the conversation, Freeway Ricky spoke about almost being a part owner in Death Row, which sparked a discussion about Suge Knight's current situation in jail. You can hear more of what Freeway Ricky had to say below.

Looks like the Nicki Minaj/Remy Ma beef is still on the front burner.
Nicki assisted 2 Chainz on an upcoming song titled "Realize," which he played a snippet of recently. Young Money's First Lady uses the occasion to throw shots at her arch nemesis and the infamous "Shether" diss song that started their war on wax.
“I’ve been winning eight years consistently, at least respect it/Papoose wrote a ‘Ether’ record, but I broke Aretha record,” Nicki raps.
What do you guys think of Nicki's claim? Is it believable that Remy's husband wrote "Shether?" Listen to the "Realize" snippet below.

Mary J. Blige's soon-to-be-ex husband, Martin Isaacs, was just granted a huge financial victory. The judge in their divorce case has ordered Blige to pay him $30,000 a month in temporary spousal support.
Isaacs was seeking $129,000 a month.
In addition, the 9-time Grammy Award-winning singer must cough up retroactive spousal support dating back to September, plus Isaacs' attorney fees. That total comes to $235,000.
Blige filed for divorce in July of 2016, after 13 years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences."

A reported beef between XXXTentacion and another rapper turned violent Wednesday, June 7, in San Diego.
XXX was performing when he was bumrushed and knocked unconscious. Unconfirmed reports allege his attacker was Rob Stone.
Stone was then beaten by security, while XXX lay motionless onstage, before being picked up and carried off by members of his team.
XXL reports that XXXTentacion had previously been warned not to perform in San Diego because it's Stone's hometown. Earlier this year Stone jumped Ski Mask The Slump God, a friend of XXX's, while he performed.
XXXTentacion
XXXTentacion took to Twitter following last night's show, claiming his assailant had gotten stabbed during the melee.
"Several stab wounds, he in critical condition he might be dead in a few hours… JUST SAYIN," he wrote. "Security and venue set me up, I got sucker punched and knocked out, it is what it is. Next time make sure you kill me so I can't talk shit."
Check out footage of the incident below.
