Fetty Wap ran into trouble with the law in New York City this morning, Friday, November 3.
TMZ reports that the 26-year old rapper, born Willie Maxwell II, was spotted by police drag racing another vehicle on a highway around 1 a.m. He was allegedly driving north of 100 miles per hour in a 50 MPH zone.
When he was pulled over cops suspected he was not sober. Fetty was given a breathalyzer test after failing the field sobriety test and blew a .09, just over the legal limit.
He was hauled off to jail, where he was hit with 15 charges, including reckless endangerment, drag racing, DUI, driving without a valid license, unsafe lane changing, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following too close and speeding.
The "Trap Queen" hit maker is expected to be released later today after posting bail.

Hopsin has unveiled the cover art and revealed the release date for his forthcoming fifth studio album titled "No Shame."
The California rapper took to his Instagram account on Thursday, November 2, to deliver the message.

Meek Mill is going to court on Monday, November 6, to find out if he'll be disciplined for two recent arrests that could result in probation violations.
The 30-year old Philadelphia rapper, born Robert Williams, was picked up in March at a St. Louis airport for an alleged fight. In August he was arrested in New York City, accused of reckless driving.
Both cases were later dropped.
In February of 2016, Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley, sentenced Meek to 90 days house arrest and extended his probation by six years for leaving Philadelphia on several occasions without notifying his probation officer.
If Brinkley determines that the "House Party" hit maker has violated his probation again, she could impose a sentence of up to 20 months in prison, according to TMZ.
Meek's probation stems from a 2009 drug and gun conviction.

In the past the Hustle Gang rapper, born Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., has said the earth is actually flat and concluded that the moon landing was fake.
On Wednesday, November 1, he upped the ante by taking to his Instagram account to express his belief that the slave trade never happened.
"They say slavery lasted 400 yrs... America is only 250 yrs old... You ever seen a slave ship ? They can find a billion year old dinosaur bone but can't find any slave ships," he wrote.

T-Pain is taking Lil Wayne to court in order to collect a hefty sum of money he claims the Young Money Records CEO, owes him.
TMZ reports that Pain, born Faheem Rashad Najm, has filed a lawsuit against Young Money on behalf of his company Nappy Boy Productions.
According to court documents, Wayne, real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., entered into an agreement with Pain that would pay the singer some royalties from his 2008 album "Tha Carter III," for producing and being featured on the song "Got Money."
"Tha Carter III" has sold over 3.2 million copies in the U.S. alone, and the "I'm 'n Luv (Wit a Stripper)" hit maker wants his cut.
Additionally, Pain claims that his artist Young Fyre was not financially compensated for producing the song "How to Hate" off of "Tha Carter IV."
He's asking a judge to award him more than $500,000.

Tyrese Gibson is currently in a nasty legal battle with his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, who is seeking a permanent restraining order against him.
According to TMZ, Norma claims the singer/actor physically abused their 10-year old daughter, Shayla, by pushing her to the ground and beating her.
Tyrese denies the accusation, saying someone has coached his daughter while under Norma's care.
A judge is currently hearing testimony in the case.
In the meantime, Tyrese has released an emotional video begging Norma not to take his child away.
"Don't take my baby. Please don't take my baby," the "Fast and the Furious" star says while crying. "This is all I got. I been away from my baby for two months. I just want my baby and no one is listening, 'cause no one's in the courtroom. I'm at $13,000 a month, what else do you want from me?"
He goes on to say that he's been there for millionaire and billionaire friends who have turned their backs on him.
"I don't hate you, Norma. I don't know why you hate me, but I don't hate you," he continued. "But you just can't wake up on September 11th and decide to just accuse me of doing something that I didn't do. Nobody wants to hire me, Norma. Congratulations."
