R. Kelly's pile of legal issues just got bigger ... he's been hit with several new charges by federal prosecutors in New York, and they include crimes against a minor.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Kelly's been hit with a new indictment related to 2 new alleged victims, one of whom was under 18 when she says she had sex with Kelly in 2015. The indictment, out of the Eastern District of NY, includes charges of coercion and enticement, coercion of a minor and transportation of a minor across state lines.

The woman who was a minor is listed as Jane Doe #5, and she claims Kelly never told her he had herpes during their relationship. Jane Doe #6 says she too was exposed to the virus because they had unprotected sex.

In addition, Kelly's also been hit with new racketeering charges including allegations he used, "force, threats of force, physical restraint and threats of physical restraint."

Kelly remains behind bars in Illinois while he awaits trial, and maintains his innocence.

Recently, one of Kelly's former live-in girlfriends, Azriel Clary, has come out and accused the singer of brainwashing her and forcing her to lie to the public about their relationship when she was underage.

After being involved in a physical altercation at a Tampa Bay show last week, DaBaby is facing a lawsuit for allegedly assaulting a female concertgoer. The victim in question, Tyronesha Laws, is now suing the "Suge" rapper for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other damages.

In a statement to Billboard, Laws' lawyers Matt Morgan and Chelsea Cromer said: "Morgan & Morgan has filed a formal lawsuit against DaBaby relating to the incident in Tampa. The incident was outrageous and shocking. We have requested a jury trial and look forward to presenting all of the surrounding circumstances to a jury of our client's peers. Our goal is to deter similar conduct in the future and send a message that this type of behavior is not tolerated in America."

Following the skirmish, video footage circulated on social media detailing the ordeal. According to Baby, he claims a female fan pushed her phone to his face and that caused him to respond forcefully. In return, Laws is claiming that she wasn't the fan pestering Baby and that he showed no remorse after the incident. Baby's lawyer, Drew Findling, denied Laws' accusations to TMZ, insisting that his client attacked someone else instead.

Baby responded to the squabble via Instagram Story last week, saying: "I do sincerely apologize. I do. I'm very sorry that there was a female on the other end of that flashlight on that phone. But you know, keep in mind, I couldn't see you because you got the flash this close to me. Which is okay, it's no problem. A lot of people did — they didn't put it as close as you put it — but a lot of people had flash on me, and that's okay. But out of all them fans—how many people know how to zoom in? Just zoom in instead of popping me in the motherfucking eye with the phone."

A Chinese government spokesman has tried to blame the US army for the deadly coronavirus outbreak, which was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization this week.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian claimed Thursday that the US military might have brought the COVID-19 virus to the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the outbreak emerged in December.

“When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be US army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan. Be transparent! Make public your data! US owe us an explanation!” Zhao tweeted in English in one of a series of tweets critical of the US.

The comments appear to be retaliation in a war of words with Washington. Chinese government officials bristled when Secretary of State Mike Pompeo referred to the coronavirus as the “Wuhan virus,” and decried when President Trump called it a “foreign virus” that started “in China.”

The contagious illness has now infected more than 125,000 people in at least 118 countries and territories, according to figures from the WHO Thursday afternoon.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Two days after his arrest in Pittsburg, Bay Area rapper A-Wax was charged with three felonies, and is now in county jail on no-bail status, according to public records.

A-Wax, whose real name is Aaron Scott Doppie, was charged Thursday afternoon with being a felon in possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, and having a large-capacity magazine. The offense dates listed on all three charges are March 10, the same day Doppie and two others were arrested in an early morning police raid in Pittsburg.

Police have not commented on the investigation, other than to say it was active and details won’t be released until a later date. It isn’t clear whether the gun charges were the original intent of the investigation, or simply the result of a gun recovered during the raid.

Jail records say Doppie — who was being held on $1.1 million bail yesterday — is now not eligible for bail. He remains at the Martinez Detention Facility, according to the records.

The charging records say Doppie, 40, has two felony convictions in Washington, including a manslaughter conviction, which Doppie has said in interviews occurred when he was 16. The other is a 2001 burglary conviction, court records show.

Doppie’s rap career has spanned 20 years, and he’s become one of the most popular rappers in Contra Costa, known for a versatile delivery and prominent red “P” tattoo on his neck. His songs have been cumulatively downloaded tens of millions of times.

Doppie is due in court at 1:30 p.m. Friday for an arraignment hearing, prosecutors said. If convicted of all three counts, Doppie would be eligible for a state prison sentence, but it’s unclear how much time he potentially faces.

Andrew Gillum, the former mayor of Tallahassee and Democratic candidate for Governor of Florida in 2018, was named in a report detailing an alleged overdose incident inside a Miami Beach hotel room where alleged bags of crystal meth were found inside.

The report details the incident early Friday morning inside the hotel located off West Avenue after police were called to respond to a cardiac arrest. Police said three men including Gillum were inside the hotel room at the time.

According to police, one of the men – identified as Aldo Mejias – called rescue crews after he arrived at the hotel and found both Gillum and Travis Dyson in an inebriated state. Mejias told officers he began performing first aid on Dyson after he collapsed and began throwing up on a bed while Gillum was throwing up inside a bathroom.

Rescue crews took Dyson to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, while Gillum was allowed to leave the room without being detained, the report said. The report did not list any arrests as being made.

In a statement, Gillum said he was in town for a wedding celebration and admitted to having too much to drink.

“While I had too much to drink, I want to be clear that I have never used methamphetamines. I apologize to the people of Florida for the distraction this has caused our movement,” Gillum said in a statement, adding he would spend time with his family and was asking for privacy.

Gillum, who narrowly lost to current Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2018 race that was recounted in Broward County among other locations, has spent time working as a political commentator and working on Democratic election efforts since the loss.

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (AP) — Rapper Kodak Black pleaded guilty Thursday to a weapons charge stemming from a stop at the Canadian border crossing near Niagara Falls last April.

The music artist, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was arrested after he drove a Cadillac Escalade across the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge into the United States with three other men. State police say the men had marijuana and a loaded pistol without a permit when they were detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers.

Kodak Black pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in Niagara County Court, according to WKBW in Buffalo. He faces two to seven years in prison when he’s sentenced on March 24.

In November, Kodak Black was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison for illegally buying a gun in his home state of Florida. The New York sentence will be served concurrently with the federal one, according to State Supreme Court Justice Richard Kloch.

Video After The Jump

A Mississippi man who faked his own death to avoid child rape charges was arrested on the same day he was added to the US Marshals’ most-wanted list, authorities said.

Jacob Blair Scott, a decorated US veteran originally from Moss Point, was taken into custody around midnight Wednesday after he was put on the law enforcement agency’s list of 15 most wanted fugitives less than 24 hours earlier.

“This all-out media blitz led to a critical citizen tip that ultimately resulted in the fastest apprehension of a fugitive in the 37-year history of the 15 Most Wanted program,” said Jeff Tyler, US Marshals assistant director for investigation operations.

Scott, who was sought for faking his own death in 2018 to avoid charges that he raped and impregnated his 14-year-old stepdaughter, was captured after a tipster called authorities to report that a man fitting his description was staying at an RV park in Antlers, Oklahoma, according to US Marshals Inspector Jeremy Stilwell.

Deputies later arrested Scott at the RV park after they verified his identity through his tattoos. He’s awaiting extradition to Mississippi, where he faces charges including sexual battery, touching a child for lustful purposes and exploitation of a child.

Scott — an Army veteran who was awarded a Purple Heart during his deployment in Iraq — had been using the name Luke and grew a beard to avoid detection, the Sun Herald reports.

Cops in Alabama suspected that Scott tried to fake his own death after finding his abandoned boat about a mile offshore from Orange Beach in 2018. What appeared to be a suicide note was found, along with a handgun tied to a rope and a small amount of blood, the newspaper reports.

Investigators subsequently learned that Scott had withdrawn $45,000 from a retirement account prior to his disappearance.

The mother of the juvenile victim, meanwhile, said she knew all along that Scott wasn’t dead.

“We knew the whole time that he was alive and everybody tried to say he was dead and we kept telling them he was alive,” she told the newspaper. “All of this pretty much ruined our whole life. It has caused so much stress and heartache.”

If convicted on all counts, Scott faces up to life in prison.

NBA star Donovan Mitchell has tested positive for COVID-19 -- AKA coronavirus -- just hours after his Utah Jazz teammate, Rudy Gobert, was diagnosed.

The 23-year-old All-Star has not publicly commented, but ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski says players seem to be pointing the finger at Gobert not taking proper precautions.

"Jazz players privately say that Rudy Gobert had been careless in the locker room touching other players and their belongings," Woj says ... "Now a Jazz teammate has tested positive."

Media members are upset with Gobert also after he jokingly rubbed his hands all over mics and recorders while talking with reporters earlier this week (before he was formally diagnosed).

Of course, due to Gobert's health status ... Wednesday night's Jazz vs. Thunder game was postponed just minutes before tipoff and both teams were quarantined while the players were in the locker room.

The NBA has already suspended the season -- and there are rumblings play could resume in August ... but for now, league execs are trying to figure things out.

The coronavirus outbreak is wreaking havoc in the sports world -- several major events have been canceled or postponed ... including La Liga soccer games, ATP tennis tournaments and more.

As we previously reported, Charles Barkley is calling for the NCAA to cancel the March Madness tournament ... but so far, it's still scheduled to move forward.
