Floyd Mayweather Jr. is in legal trouble again, this time for accusations he’s failed to pay for hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry he took home months ago.

n court documents obtained by Atlanta Black Star, Eric & Co Trading Group, a New York-based jeweler, filed suit against Mayweather on Oct. 19, alleging that the retired boxing champ obtained jewelry from him on June 5 while in Miami for his exhibition match against YouTuber Logan Paul but has failed to remit payment for the items valued at $389,550.

According to the legal complaint, Mayweather and the jeweler had a prior relationship that entailed the company advancing him pieces and submitting payment months later, however, those days may be behind both parties now.

The Mayweather Promotions boss stopped by a pop-up shop run by Eric & Co Trading and walked away with over 30 pieces of jewelry, that he was supposed to pay for at a later date, including a 14K yellow gold tennis bracelet valued at $11,500, a 7.1-carat platinum heart-shaped diamond eternity band worth $22,500, three large white gold timepieces valued at $35,000, and more.

The day after the transaction, Eric & Co Trading Group texted a balance owed to Mayweather, who replied “Thanks Family,” but has since “made it clear to Plaintiff that he has no intention of paying for such merchandise.”

In response, the company is seeking payment for the jewelry, as well as “costs, attorney’s fees, the cost of opportunity loss, and such other and further relief.” At the time of this article’s writing, Mayweather has not publicly addressed the lawsuit.

Snoop Dogg's mother, Beverly Tate, has died ... this according to her own son.

The rapper broke the news Sunday, posting a tribute to her on Instagram and writing ... "Thank u god for giving me an angel for a mother TWMA." There's another post where he thanks his mom for having him. A cause of death wasn't revealed.

SD's father, Vernell, also confirmed the news ... and he too asked for prayers, noting the family needed it now more than ever.

Ms. Tate had been hospitalized earlier this year for undisclosed reasons -- Snoop had asked his fans send good vibes while his mother was in the hospital. He later updated folks by letting them know she was "still fighting" and had opened her eyes ... but didn't mention much else specifically.

Clearly, they were close. Snoop attributes a lot of his good qualities to how she raised him -- even recently disclosing that she was the one who encouraged him to apologize to Gayle King over his comments in response to her Kobe Bryant remark last year.

Beverly had two other sons by Vernell ... and raised the family in Long Beach, CA. She brought Snoop up in a church environment -- something he still alludes to this day.

OCALA, Fla. (7News Miami) — A Florida man is accused of killing his neighbor in a dispute over a cat that wandered into his yard, sheriff’s officials said.

Clifford Anthony Bliss Jr., 58, became angry when the cat went into his yard Wednesday, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.

He went to his neighbor’s home in Umatilla and threatened to shoot the cat, officials said.

James Arland Taylor Jr., 41, asked him not to shoot the cat, according to deputies. That’s when Bliss shot Taylor, they said.

Deputies said they interviewed a woman who was at Taylor’s home when Bliss knocked on the door. She said he was angry about the cat and that Taylor asked him not to shoot the cat, the Ocala Star-Banner reported.

Taylor was shot at least once in the chest, officials said.

Bliss was arrested without incident. He is charged with second-degree murder and was being held without bond in the Marion County Jail. Court records did not list a lawyer for Bliss.

Umatilla is near Ocala in north Florida.

CORONADO, Calif. (AP) — A woman pretended she owned a Southern California home so a locksmith would make her new keys. Then police locked her up.

Officers arrested a 43-year-old woman on suspicion of burglary Thursday night in Coronado, a resort city across the bay from San Diego.

The brazen burglary was foiled when the real homeowner called Coronado police and said her neighbor noticed suspicious activity at the home. The homeowner was out of town, yet the neighbor saw the home’s lights being turned on and off.

Officers arrived and the neighbor — a relative of the homeowner’s — gave them a spare key. But it didn’t fit the front door’s lock, and metal shavings and pieces of an old lock were on the ground nearby.

As police walked around the home, they saw back doors open and a fireplace turned on as music played inside. After calling for a helicopter and a K-9 unit, officers saw someone moving around on the second floor in what was supposed to be an empty house with only one spare key.

Police called out to the person inside, who came out a few minutes later and was arrested. The woman claimed there were two kids in the house, but a police search turned up empty.

The woman told police the home was hers and said she’d called a locksmith earlier to change the front door’s locks.

No word if the burglar gave anyone a spare key.

BOGOTA (Reuters) - Colombia's armed forces have captured Dairo Antonio Usuga, known as Otoniel, in the biggest blow to drug trafficking in the Andean country since the death of Pablo Escobar, President Ivan Duque said.

Otoniel, 50 , was captured during operation Osiris in a rural area of Colombia's Uraba region, located in Antioquia province. He is accused of sending dozens of shipments of cocaine to the U.S. & Duque said he is also accused of killing cops, recruiting minors & sexually abusing children among other crimes.

Colombia had offered a reward of up to 3 billion pesos (about $800,000) for information concerning Otoniel's whereabouts, while the U.S. government had put up a reward of $5 million for help locating him.

"This is the biggest blow against drug trafficking in our country this century," Duque said during a broadcast video message. "This blow is only comparable to the fall of Pablo Escobar in the 1990s."

One police officer died during the operation.

Otoniel rose to become the leader of the drug trafficking group the Clan del Golfo, or Gulf Clan, following stints as a left-wing guerrilla & later as a paramilitary.

Clan del Golfo has around 1,200 armed men - the majority former members of far-right paramilitary groups & is present in 10 of Colombia's 32 provinces.

As well as drug trafficking, Clan del Golfo is involved with illegal mining, authorities say. The government also accuses the group of threatening & killing community leaders across the country.

Alec Baldwin failed to follow the No. 1 rule of gun safety before the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust,” a Hollywood weapons expert tells The Post.

“Loaded or unloaded, a weapon never gets pointed at another human being,” said Bryan Carpenter, who heads Dark Thirty Film Services.

Even on a film or TV set, he said “you never let the muzzle of a weapon cover something you don’t intend to destroy.”

The prop gun had misfired twice on Oct. 16 and once the week before, according to the Los Angeles times, and union workers said the “Rust” set had been plagued by safety issues, prompting them to walk out in the hours ahead of the tragic shooting.

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees also claimed Halyna Hutchins was killed by a live round of ammunition, which should never have been on a film set, said former filmmaker and US National Shooting Team member Peter Lake.

"I can’t think of any reason there would be a live round anywhere on set. They are generally prohibited from movie sets. There is no explanation I can think of why there would be a live round in a gun on set. You certainly wouldn’t have it in the hands of an actor,” Lake told The Post.

Hutchins, a 42-year-old cinematographer, was killed when Baldwin fired a handgun as she was behind the camera, filming him, on Thursday. Director Joel Souza, who was standing near Hutchins, was also hurt in the shooting.

The weapon was declared “cold” by a crew member, while specific details of the shooting remain unclear and are under investigation, including the trail of events that put the deadly firearm in Baldwin’s hands.

“Nonetheless,” Carpenter said, the weapon handled by Baldwin was “obviously pointed at another human being.”

The weapons consultant cited what he called “Colonel Jeff Cooper’s four fundamentals” of gun safety.

“All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are,” reads the No. 1 rule by Cooper, an influential gun safety expert who died in 2006.

While news reports call the firearm a “prop” weapon, Carpenter said the label can be misleading. Some movie-set firearms are “true” props made of rubber. But others, like the one used on the set of “Rust,” are capable of deadly force.

Another woman has come forward claiming to be the child of legendary late hip-hop artist DMX — bringing the total of children he allegedly fathered to 15.

Page Six has exclusively learned that a Georgia woman named Raven Barmer-Simmons contacted DMX’s other adult children in the past few weeks. She & the fellow 14 alleged children of the late rapper will all be DNA tested to confirm their paternity

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, died in early April aged 50 following a cocaine-induced heart attack, leaving no will & few liquid assets.

The development comes as the battle over DMX’s estate & all future earnings from his music takes a new turn.

On Friday, Judge Helen Blackwood appointed DMX’s three sons Xavier, Tacoma & Sean Simmons from his 16-year marriage to Tashera Simmons as the temporary administrators of the estate of their late father.

The late rapper’s fiancée Desiree Lindstrom, who is the mother to his 5-year-old son, Exodus, had applied to the court to be legally declared his “common-law wife,” but the judge shot her down.

Lindstrom had also petitioned the court to be an administrator of his estate — estimated to be worth around $1 million — as had the late rapper’s older daughters, Sasha Simmons & Jada Oden.

Herbert Nass, the trusts & estates attorney for Xavier, Tacoma & Sean Simmons, said, “Judge Blackwood appointed Xavier, Tacoma & Sean as the temporary administrators of the estate.

“The next big thing is to determine who are the rightful heirs. The estate is going to ask everyone to prove paternity through DNA testing. All the legal children of DMX will be entitled to an equal share of his estate.”

Despite selling more than 74 million albums & building a successful career in both music & movies, DMX left behind an estate estimated to be in debt.

Nass continued, “We need to collect assets & pay debts & administration costs. We don’t have a lot of information about his income streams, but now the temporary administrators have been appointed, we can ask questions & expect answers.”

Nass said the lack of a will from DMX had further complicated setting up the estate. “I want to point out that when a person dies without a will, a surety bond needs to be posted & obtaining a bond is difficult.

“We spoke to a number of surety companies & it was only Thomas Whittemore at Executive Bond who was able to get it done.”

Some of Charles Manson's remains are part of a couple's creepy tribute to the mass murderer ... they paid for his ashes to be used in their matching, portrait tattoos.

Patrick Boos, the Niagra Falls man who got inked up, tells TMZ ... his wife Deanne wanted to be the first woman with a tattoo featuring Manson's ashes, and he didn't want her to go it alone, so he got one too.

As you can see, the couple both got CM portraits ... Patrick's is on his thigh, and Deanne's is on her lower leg ... and the couple says the special ink set them back about $1,600 total.

Tattoo artist Ryan Almighty tells TMZ ... Manson's ashes are mixed in with the red ink and black outlining on the tatts.

As we've reported, Ryan says he copped ashes from CM's cremation ... and he used some last year to give Patrick at "Helter Skelter" face tatt. Ryan obtained the macabre remains from people who scooped up ashes when they were scattered at Manson's funeral.

Patrick says he's gotten mixed reviews about his 'Skelter' tattoo ... some people say it's cool, while others have gotten pissed off and made rude comments.

Despite the criticism, Patrick says he's thinking about getting another CM tatt with more ashes ... potentially one of the Manson women, like Leslie Van Houten.

Blueface's mom & stepdad say they were attacked in a violent home invasion at a place her son owns & it sounds like the alleged attackers were there to go after the rapper.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Blueface's mom, Karlissa Saffold & her husband got into a physical altercation with 4 men who broke into the Santa Clarita home where they stay.

We're told the men shattered a back window around midnight, but were scared away for some reason & Blueface's mom & stepdad called the cops, who took a report.

The suspects returned a few hours later & somehow got inside the house, & Blueface's stepdad heard something downstairs & went to investigate.

We're told the stepdad bumped into one of the suspects & they started fighting. Our sources say another intruder joined the altercation, pointing an object at the stepdad before striking him in the head with it.

We're told the stepdad suffered a concussion & injuries requiring 10 stitches near his left eye & his face was a bloody mess.

Our sources say the 4 suspects fled & Blueface's family called the police, who brought the stepdad to the hospital for treatment. He's since been released.

A second police report was filed & we're told the Santa Clarita County Sheriff's Office is investigating ... but there have been no arrests so far and nothing appears to have been taken from the home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one working theory is Blueface was the intended target, but he wasn't home at the time & doesn't live there.

We're told there are no suspects yet & law enforcement is still seeking cooperation from all involved.
