Scott Storch and Dr Dre have the kind of working relationship you can't manufacture, it just works. When the two of them get together in a studio magic happens.

Which is why when Dre placed a call into Scott a few months ago to come help him finish the 'Detox' album there was no hesitation on Scott's part.

The two super producers have knocked out quite a few joints already including the lead single for the album titled "Under Pressure" which features Jay-Z.

"I think people will be pleasantly surprised when they hear it," Scott says of "Under Pressure".

"It's definitely a departure from the stuff Dre has done in the past, or even the stuff Dre and I have done in the past."

Scott assures the album will finally see the light of day this year. He said it's three songs away from being finished.

He also talks about their recording process and why it taken so long to get the album right.

"When we make tracks, we always second guess like 'does that sound like the old sh*t?' We don't wanna do that, we wanna always keep it new and make that next thing," Scott says. "That's why a lot of fire joints get scrapped. We have to always try and be pioneers."

It took police investigators several months, but they finally think they have solved a horrific murder case in Conyers, Georgia.

Twin sisters Tasmiyah and Jasmiyah Whitehead have been arrested for the murder of their own mother.

Jarmecca “Nikki” Whitehead, 34 was killed January 13,2010 after being brutally stabbed and beaten.

The twins, 15 years old at the time of the murder, initially told police they found their mother dead after arriving home from school, then ran out into the street to flag down help.

Before her murder, the mom had confided to neighbor Angela Avery she had fear of her daughters. "The mother was kind of afraid that something like that might happen," Avery told CBS Atlanta.

"I can't explain why because the mother didn't do a lot of talking, but she did have that particular fear. Yes, she did."

Evidence found at the crime scene was processed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, linking the girls to the scene leading to their arrest.

Police say the twins will be charged as adults.

"And if they hate, just let em hate and watch the money pile up"

50 Cent spoke on it, now Wacka Flocka Flame is starting to experience it.

With a runaway smash hit in 'O Let's Do It', an affiliation with one of the hottest crews, Gucci Mane's Brick Squad, the money is piling up, and so are his haters.

At a recent video shoot, he was confronted by crips and at a subsequent concert, bottles were thrown on stage while he tried to perform.

Wacka tries to shrug it off saying, "I'd be mad as hell too if my girl's p**** wet over another n*gga."

Nevertheless, the hate is still there and it's definitely something the Georgia rapper is going to have to deal with.

In addressing the the crip confrontation, Wacka says there were too many police and little kids there for him to risk violating his probation.

With one foot still in the streets and the other standing on the stage of success it remains to be seen if Wacka can walk that fine line and stay out of the trouble that seems to be following him.

Spanish matador Julio Aparicio needed two operations after he was horrifically gored through the throat during a bullfight in Madrid.

The half-ton bull, called Opiparo, struck after Julio Aparicio lost his footing and stumbled while carrying out a pass with is red cape in a packed Las Ventas bullring.

One of the animal's horns tore into his throat and punched through the bottom of his mouth as the crowd screamed in horror at the bullfight last night.

The force of the impact lifted the matador into the air, puncturing his tongue and fracturing his jawbone, before the bull threw him to the sand.

Fellow matadors dashed to the rescue and managed to distract the bull so medics could get to Mr Aparicio.

The 41-year-old managed to struggle to his feet, but collapsed with blood pouring down his neck and had to be carried from the ring.

He had an emergency one-hour operation in the Las Ventas medical centre, before being transfered to the October 12 Hospital in Madrid, where doctors performed an emergency tracheotomy and worked to reconstruct his jaw, tongue and the roof of his mouth during a six-hour operation

A spokesman for the hospital said: 'He remains in the intensive care unit of the hospital, has regained consciousness and his vital signs are stable.'

His father, also called Julio Aparicio, said there were no complications during the surgery.
He said: 'It was a serious goring. Almost his entire mouth was destroyed.

'It's too early to talk of recovery, we must wait and see.'

The injury happened as Mr Aparicio was attempting the faena, a series of passes in which he uses his cape and sword before delivering the death blow - or estocada.

Mr Aparicio, from Seville, comes from a well-known family of matadors. He is in a grave condition in hospital.

Evening bullfights are watched by sell-out crowds at the 25,000 seat Las Ventas bullring and are broadcast live on cable television.

Six bulls are killed in each bullfight

It is not known what has happened to the bull.

Jay-Z and Cleveland Cavaliers basketball star Lebron James are close friends which might prove to be a deciding factor in where James plays basketball next year.

Jay-Z is a New York Knicks fan and also a minority owner in the New Jersey Nets. That presents a very real possibility James could wind up with either team according to people in the know.

Sonny Vaccaro who was responsible for Michael Jordon signing to Nike and Kobe Bryant to Adidas told the New York Post that Jay-Z is part of James' inner circle.

"I don't think the Nets would be involved without Jay-Z," Vaccaro told The Post. "LeBron and Jay-Z is something that is inseparable and you almost have to include that in the equation. I think he will be consulted. It's a very good relationship. Jay-Z was LeBron before LeBron was LeBron. That's the respect LeBron shows him."

Vaccaro has known Lebron since the ninth grade so he may be onto something.

Another confidential NBA source told The Post, "If you ask me who the most important person in this is besides blood, I'd say Jay-Z. That helps the Nets, but Jay-Z will understand it as a friend if he doesn't come. But I think (Jay-Z) helps the Knicks a lot more than Chicago."

Before you dismiss the Nets as a possible destination for King James consider this. They will be moving to a brand new stadium in Brooklyn for the 2011-2012 season. They also have a very deep pocketed new owner in Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov.

Prokhorov seemed very confident when he spoke with the New York Daily News a few days ago. He told the paper he plans to go after free agents like Dwayne Wade and Lebron.

When asked how he would accomplish that, he said "I have my own secrets."

I would bet big money that Jay-Z is one of those secrets.

The big moment is almost here for Drake. His debut album 'Thank Me Later' hits stores next month and with it Drake's status as "the next big thing" will either confirmed or the Young Money MC will have to do some soul searching.

The talented 23 year old is realistic when it comes to the hype. Lots of fans and critics have already anointed him as a legend. But Drake is smart enough to know he'll have to earn that title..

"That's the most flattering thing in the world but at the same time, real, legendary status can't be dictated by the people who are still here witnessing it," he tells Billboard. "Legendary status is when the next generation comes up. The kids that are 15 right now and will be going to college in five or six years-if they say, 'Yo, I remember when Drake came to this school. That's one of the most legendary shows ever,' that's when you're a legend. I'm young. I'm 23. This is too soon. I really want to grow and be that guy."

When you listen to some of his recent interviews you realize he's a little nervous about his upcoming release. Who could blame him? The fame has come very quickly for him. At the end of the day Drake is just trying to stay grounded.

"When people really listen to the album, I think they'll say, 'There's some really interesting songs on here, really interesting lyrics, really interesting layers,' " he says. "It's very reflective, very personal, but at the same time, it's fun. It's about my induction into the rap game, into Hollywood, having famous people that are friends with me. It's all very overwhelming."

'Thank Me Later' in stores June 15.

Manny Paquiao is telling Floyd Mayweather Jr to put up or shut up.

The seven time world champinon has agreed to Olympic Style drug tresting clearing the way for the mega fight everyone wants to see reports ABS-CBN and UK Telegraph.

"So he (Mayweather) will no longer have a reason (not to fight)," Pacquiao said. "Let's see if that is really the reason."

Negotiations for the fight fell apart because the parties involved couldn't agree on blood testing. But Pac-Man said that's because it's the boxing commision's job to dictate the rules not the fighters.

"I'm a boxer, so why should I interfere with the work of the commission? That's the reason commissions are there, so they can set the rules."

Manny insists blood testing be cut off 14 days to the fight. That shouldn't be a problem at all because testing was stopped 18 days prior to Mayweather's last fight against Shane Mosely says Paquiao's promotor Bob Arum.

"The USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) stopped the blood test... they took 5 or 6 tests but the last one was 18 days for Mosley and 19 days for Mayweather," Arum told ABS-CBN News.

Arum added that this fight which would likely generate one of the biggest purses and television audiences in boxing history, could take place on November 13 in Texas or Las Vegas.

A man who shot and killed an up-and-coming rapper at the Beverly Center last year was acquitted of murder Friday in a case that focused in part on the victim's violence-laced gangsta rap lyrics.

Aubrey Berry, 24, was hugged by his defense attorney as the last of the not guilty verdicts was read in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom. Friends and family of rapper Dolla, whose real name was Roderick Anthony Burton II, wailed and sobbed in the audience.

"Obviously, what happened on May 18, 2009, was a horrible tragedy for everyone," Superior Court Judge Michael E. Pastor told the lawyers in court. "The jurors have spoken."

Berry testified last week that he opened fire in self-defense in the parking garage of the upscale mall. He said Burton, 21, threatened to kill him near the valet desk and reached toward his back as though he were drawing a gun. Police found no weapon on Burton, who was shot once in the left biceps and three times in the back.

Aubrey Berry (R) and Attorney Howard R. Price

Berry testified that Burton had been part of a group of men who kicked and punched him 11 days earlier at an Atlanta nightclub.

Minutes before the shooting, the two men saw each other again while dining separately at P.F. Chang's in the Beverly Center. Berry said he left the restaurant in fear and watched Burton leave a minute later and run at him.

Berry had a concealed handgun on his hip, a weapon he said he routinely carried after being the victim of several violent crimes. He had a permit to carry the firearm in Georgia and other states but said he did not realize the permit did not apply to California.

Jurors deliberated less than two days before rejecting murder or manslaughter charges in Burton's death and assault charges in which Berry was accused of firing at two men who were with Burton at the time of the shooting. Only Burton was struck by gunfire.

Outside court, defense attorney Howard R. Price hailed the jury for carefully weighing the evidence and faulted the district attorney's office for pursuing the shooting as a murder, calling the decision "absurd."

"This is clearly a case of justice being done," he said.

During the trial, Berry told jurors he had learned about Burton through online research after the Atlanta assault. He said he viewed an Internet video in which Burton stood with alleged gang members and boasted about breaking a man's jaw. And he listened to one of Burton's songs in which the rapper glorified gangs and bragged about always carrying a gun.

Price described Burton as a violent gang member and played both the video and the song — "Is You Holdin'?" — during closing arguments this week. He said they showed that Berry was justified in fearing for his life when he shot Burton.

"His music is horrendous, offensive," Price said Friday as he waited for his client to leave court. "I don't think he engendered any sympathy."

Deputy Dist. Atty. Bobby Grace said he was disappointed by the verdict but felt prosecutors presented a compelling case. He said he was unsure whether the rap lyrics swayed the jury.

"You'd hate to think that was the tipping point," he said outside court.

Jurors told the judge they did not want to speak to reporters and were escorted from the courthouse through a secure exit.

Prosecutors argued during the trial that Burton's music was irrelevant. They said his lyrics were simply entertainment: part of a gangsta rap genre that went mainstream years ago. And they accused the defense of victimizing Burton again by characterizing him as a thug.

Prosecutors told jurors that Berry was lying about the shooting and argued that ballistics and blood evidence showed the singer was running away when the fatal shots into his back were fired.

But Price disagreed, saying Burton was stationary and posing a threat when he was shot. The lawyer said the ordeal of the last year had taken a toll on his client, who was housed in isolation in jail to ensure his safety from gang members.

Price said he believed that Berry, who had no criminal record, was the key to his own acquittal.

"He was such a lovable, likable person that I think people understood and accepted his version," Price said. "Aubrey could never have won this case if the jury did not believe him."

Somewhere in Philly, Hank Baskett is looking at his wife Kendra Wilkinson asking WTF?

TMZ is reporting that the soon to be released sex tape 'Kendra Exposed' is going to do blockbuster sales numbers.

The company releasing the tape, Vivid Entertainment is reporting pre-orders for the tape made when Kendra was 18 have gone through the roof. Making it the biggest selling sex tape in Vivid's history, topping even Kim Kardashian's.

In recent weeks, lawyers for Kendra, the former Playboy Playmate and 'Girls Next Door Star' have been scrambling to stop the release of the tape. Partly due to fears it could hurt Kendra's marriage to Philadelphia Eagles player Hank Baskett.

Rap fans loves to debate who the best rapper dead or alive is. Is it Biggie, Pac, Big Pun, Jay-Z, Eminem? The list goes on and on and there are solid arguments to be made for almost all.

However, Queens MC Nas says "there is no best or greatest mc."

In an interview with Vibe, Nas breaks down his reasoning.

"It makes sense temporarily when you’re striving to be number one. It makes sense for [the fans] to see that, but you have a long run to be the greatest. To me, people already felt like they were [the greatest] in more ways than they should have and I think that hurt them. There is no greatest of all time. We won’t know that until we’re 60 years old. I think there will be like four to five great ones at the end of the day, but there will be none that’s greater than the other. Impossible."

"Jay-Z is showing you: I won’t be stopped ever. And that’s motivation for everyone else."
I would like to think I [fall in the four or five greatest] ’cause Biggie and Pac did it and they died young. It’s hard to jump up in that category, though. You might look back and say that ODB was the best because he expresses something that you might find [interesting] 20 years later. You might find something that you never thought at this time was incredible
."

Prodigy of Mobb Deep made a very similar argument months ago in a letter from prison when he wrote "there are a lot of greats, it would be unfair to single out 1 as the greatest."

Instead of listing a top 5 best rappers, Prodigy listed a top 40 that had no significance in the order. Prodigy's handwritten list lumps in groups, duos and solo MCs all together. Check it out below.

So are they right? Is it impossible to have a definitive top 5 Greatest Rappers Ever?
