50 Cent just revealed to MTV that he had a meeting with Interscope Records CEO Jimmy Iovine to

"I tweeted something about the actual single. I'm out here [In L.A.] - I got a meeting," 50 said while standing next to Nicole Scherzinger on the set of their new video 'Right There.' "I gotta sit with Jimmy [Iovine], I gotta sit with the guys that push the button. I've done it by myself on my other albums cause I got my own radio staff, and I work the record, then get it to 500 spins then let them [Interscope] kick in. But I think it's better to go with the entire building and have everybody on deck, so they understand my plans for this project."

50's new albums is one of the most anticipated of the year, hip hop fans are very much looking forward to it.

12348837091?profile=originalWebster's Dictionary describes a stupid person as one who is "given to unintelligent decisions or acts : acting in an unintelligent or careless manner." If they could include a picture next to the description it's a good bet Anthony Garcia would be in that pic.

Garcia, a member of the L.A. street gang Rivera-13, killed a man in a liquor store robbery, then had every detail of the crime tatted on his chest.

Garcia's tattoo shows a man with the body of a peanut being hit by bullets and falling back toward the liquor store. In gang slang, the word "peanut" is used to derisively describe a rival gang member according to the L.A. Times.

For more than four years detectives tried to solve the liquor store murder with no luck. They finally caught a break when one of the detectives noticed Garcia's tattoos while going through snapshots of gang members.

Homicide Lt. Dave Dolson says he has seen all kinds of tats, but nothing like Garcia's, "I haven't seen it before, and I haven't heard of anything like it either," Dolson said.

Others theorize that maybe Garcia wanted to get caught:

"Think about it. He tattooed his confession on his chest. You have a degree of fate with this," Capt. Mike Parker said.

Once in custody Garcia fully confessed, turning a cold case into a first-degree murder conviction.

Reporter Saphia Khambalia of City TV News in Toronto, suffered one of the most embarrassing on air moments ever last Friday (April 15) while covering Charlie Sheen's Violent Torpedo Of Truth Tour stop.

The 23-year old's nose started dripping midway through the interview and it ended up turning into an all out snotfest after that.  She tried sniffing a couple of times, but that only seemed to make the problem worse.

If nothing else, Khambalia has locked away her place in internet viral history as the lady who forgot to blow her nose.

Prodigy of the rap group Mobb Deep just dropped a brand new book that has the streets talking.

'My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep's Prodigy' details lots of events that many rap fans never knew about. Like Havoc once shooting an employee at Def Jam Records because they wouldn't sign Mobb Deep due to the graphic content of their music.

P also alleges in the book that Capone of Capone-N-Noreaga snitched on Havoc's brother, Killer Black during a murder trial, and that he beat Noreaga up back in the day.

N.O.R.E. called into The Breakfast Club radio show to clear things up.

Did Prodigy beat him up?
Back then N.O.R.E. didn't know how to fight, N.O.R.E. was a shooter! I like they way you [Prodigy] put it you dry snitch ass (laughs). But let me just be clear... that's my dude right there. He's trying to sell his book so he's throwing a couple of jabs, that's hot.

Did Capone snitch on Havoc's brother?
Capone, he his own man. I wasn't around then, but if that [Capone snitching] was the case then why is there seven Mobb Deep and Capone-N-Noreaga records that exist? If a dude snitched on my man I aint hanging with him, let alone getting in the studio with him.

P's book is in stores now.

With the release of his brand new album 'Vigilante Season', and his appeals process moving along nicely, Max B has reason to see a possible bright future despite his present surroundings.

Max is currently serving a 75 year sentence for manslaughter, aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, possession of a weapon and conspiracy. The September 2009 sentencing temporarily stopped the big wave Max was riding, but we could see him back up on his surfboard as soon as this summer.

"The appeal process is done finally, been done for about a month now," Max told Mikey T The Movie Star in a brand new interview. "What they do is the prosecutor responds back and you get a letter, they tell you, you gotta wait 8-10 months for a response from the appellate court to get a decision, but they come back way before that," Max explained. "So you might see me [out by] summer [or] by the end of the year."

That would be a great look for Max, if he's out by the end of the year.

12348853465?profile=originalA lot of people use a relatives, friends or even work addresses to send their kinds to schools in districts they are not zoned to. Most didn't know they could get arrested for it, face a long stretch in the pen and owe $15,000if caught.

The 15K is what it supposedly costs to school a child for a year.

That's what Tanya McDowell of Norwalk,Connecticut is dealing with today. To make matters worse she is homeless. Sometimes crashing at homeless shelters, her car or a friends couch. McDowell thought at least she had her son in a good school.

"I had no idea whatsoever that if you enroll your child in another school district, it becomes a crime," McDowell, 33 told the Stamford Advocate.

McDowell was charged last week with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny for allegedly stealing $15,686 from Norwalk schools. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond.

The babysitter whose address was used to get McDowell's son into the new school was evicted from her Public Housing home.

"I know so many people who enroll in other school districts where the kids go home on the weekend to visit their parents so they can have a better education," McDowell says.

Norwalk Board of Education Vice Chairman, Glenn Iannaccone can't remember anyome ever being arrested for this.

"This is the first time I have heard something like this where there has been an arrest. Other allegations like this have been handled by the central office. I'm not sure if the police have been involved," Iannaccone told the CT Post. "Maybe this is the district's way of cracking down on this."

What do you guys think about this case? What would you do to get your kid into a better school and should this be a crime?

Six people are in jail today in Marion County, Florida after being arrested for participating in the brutal murder of a 15-year old boy.

Charlie Ely, 18; Amber E. Wright, 15; Michael Bargo, 18; Justin Soto, 20; and Kyle Hooper, 16, face first-degree murder charges.

And James Haven, 37, faces charges of accessory to the crime for helping dispose of the body and helping one of the suspects flee the area.

12348845301?profile=originalSeath Jackson

Authorities say Seath Jackson was lured to a house by Wright after being texted repeatedly. Once inside the home Jackson was attacked by Bargo, who masterminded the plot and Soto.

Jackson was beaten with a wooden stick, shot several times with a .22 caliber pistol, then put in a bathtub so his knees could be easily broken while his body was dismembered.

When the suspects realized Jackson wasn't dead he was shot again, then placed in a pit and burned. His ashes were placed into several paint containers and thrown into a large garbage can.

Authorities found out about the details of the killing after Hooper confessed to his mother he had seen the attack.

It's rare to see two established Hollywood types argue in public. That's why it's so odd to see what's going on between filmmakers Tyler Perry and Spike Lee.

The two have been going at it ever since Lee labeled Perry's Madea movies as "coonery" a year ago

Perry ripped into Lee during a press stop in Beverly Hills, California.

"I'm so sick of hearing about damn Spike Lee," Perry said. "Spike can go straight to hell! You can print that. I am sick of him talking about me, I am sick of him saying, ‘this is a coon, this is a buffoon.' I am sick of him talking about black people going to see movies. This is what he said: ‘you vote by what you see,' as if black people don't know what they want to see."

"I am sick of him - he talked about Whoopi, he talked about Oprah, he talked about me, he talked about Clint Eastwood. Spike needs to shut the hell up!"

Perry sees a bigger problem with the criticism from Lee, he feels it's indicative of how African Americans treat each other in general.

"I've never seen Jewish people attack Seinfeld and say "this is a stereotype," I've never seen Italian people attack The Sopranos, I've never seen Jewish people complaining about Mrs. Doubtfire or Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie," Perry said. "And I'm sick of it from us; we don't have to worry about anybody else trying to destroy us and take shots because we do it to ourselves."

12348849090?profile=originalYesterday (April 19) was National Hiring Day for McDonald's. The goal was to hire 50,000 people in a day.

Sounds like a great thing right? It would have been if not for a couple of hood heathens fighting Cleveland, Ohio. The end result was one of the participants of the fight, got in her car and backed over several people.

"I was filling out my application when I saw two girls fighting," Joseph Shores told Fox 8. "I don't know their names, but they were fighting over drama, hood stuff."

Police say the fight started between two girls over a boy, but then spilled over into the crowd of people waiting to hand in job applications.

"One girl was on top of the driver, beating her. Then the driver went forward, somehow it kicked into reverse, and the car went backwards, hitting three people. It was crazy!" said Arnecia Patterson.

The four people that were hit by the car were taken to the hospital.  None with life threatening injuries.  Police caught the passenger in the car and charged her with felonious assault.  They are still searching for the driver.

SMFH... Micky D's giving away jobs and people can't leave that hood ish at the crib for a couple of hours.

Last week there was a rumor floating around that DJ Pauly D of the reality tv show Jersey Shore had signed with 50 Cent's G-Unit Records.

Yesterday (April 19) on Shade 45, DJ Whoo Kid said it's a done deal, with Pauly signing to 50's G-Note Records.

"I'm not a real dj, I guess you guys don't know that so maybe that's why they're signing a dj to the team," Whoo Kid said jokingly. "He has new records that he wants to showcase and since 50 is doing a lot with [rapper] Hot Rod, he wants to broaden the horizon."

12348844470?profile=originalDiddy may have some explaining to do if there turns out to be any merit to a lawsuit recently filed against him.

Jabari Tilgham claims he was beaten up while working as a photographer at a BET Hip Hop Awards afterparty hosted by Combs at Club Mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, according to a lawsuit filed in DeKalb County State Court on Friday (April 15).

Tilgham claims he was one of 12 photographers taking pictures of celebrities when he was singled out and attacked by Diddy's bodyguards.

Tilgham's attorney Jeffrey Gewirtz says the October 10, 2010 attack was completely unprovoked.  One of the security guards working for the club that night backs up Tilgham's story in a signed affidavit.

The suit names Diddy, Club Mansion management and four bodyguards as defendants.
