Jesus Ernesto Chavez aka "El Camello" which in English means "the Pusher". El Camello is in a U.S. Federal prison today, perhaps for life, perhaps not, as he, like most high level Narcos, testified against others as part of his guilty plea. Chávez added that he controlled a group of hit squads that were responsible for killing more than 2,000 people in Juárez in a war between the Vicente Carillo Fuentes and Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán's Sinaloa Cartel. What's disturbing to know, with possible ramifications for the immediate future of America, is that El Camello was an El Paso, Texas gang member, not some crazed killer from a third world country, and he had already served a five year prison term in Louisiana for smuggling years ago. His gang is known as Barrio Azteca, formed in the Texas prison system in 1986 for guys that fell out of El Paso- and the Barrio Azteca, just like the Logan Heights gangs from San Diego did for the Arellano Felix brothers in Tijuana- became part of the the Juarez Sicario system. In San Diego-Tijuana- the American guys were probably responsible for executing a Catholic Cardinal. Let that sink in. Unlike in the days of Colombians being the narco powerhouse, with Mexico sharing a common border, and increasingly common culture in the Southwest, many of the low paid and bloodthirsty young sicarios are born and raised in the U.S.A. Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, was arrested Friday morning in the Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains region.
Law enforcement sources told ABC News police in Idaho identified Kohberger as a suspect, at least in part, by using DNA that was matched to material recovered from the crime scene. They tracked him to Chestnuthill Township, Pennsylvania through his vehicle, a white Hyundai Elantra.
The FBI had been watching the house for several days before a specialized team of state troopers & federal agents moved in & took him into custody.
The four slain students -- Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; & Kernodle's boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, 20 -- were each stabbed multiple times in the early morning hours of November 13 at an off-campus house in the small college town of Moscow.
Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson said that Kohberger has been charged with 4 counts of first degree murder, as well as felony burglary.

Earlier this week boxer Gervonta "Tank" Davis was arrested for alleged domestic violence against his baby's mother, Vanessa Posso.
A claim Davis vehemently denied.
Posso took to her Instagram account to retract the claim and clarify that Davis never harmed her or their child and said the two are working on their issues through counseling.
“These past days have been hurtful and extremely exhausting for all parties involved.”
“I pride myself on being extremely private; this situation was the last thing I wanted to be made public. The state of our relationship has been in a fragile space, and Gervonta and I were both at fault for the argument.”
“Today, we have sought the help necessary to move forward with our lives. I am confident that we will succeed within our co-parenting dynamic with the counseling provided to us.”
As of now, Davis’ upcoming boxing match vs Hector Garcia on January 7, in Washington, D.C., is still on. This comes after questions of the possibility of a cancellation. Davis will also fight Ryan Garcia, in May.
Hopefully they'll remain on good terms.

Columbus community members & online activists have been raising concerns about the handling of a homicide of a 13-year-old boy, questioning the actions of Columbus police & the Franklin County Prosecutor's office.
Sinzae Reed, 13, was shot & killed Oct. 12 at the Wedgewood Apartments in the Hilltop. Krieg Butler, 36, was arrested within 48 hours of Reed's death & charged with murder; however, those charges were dismissed a few days later & have not been refiled.
Online postings from local & national activists increased the spotlight on the case in recent days, with some making claims about Butler's alleged affiliation with hate groups.
Columbus police were called to the complex on a report of a shooting. An eyewitness saw Butler exit a red truck & fire multiple times at Reed.
Butler then entered his vehicle & fled the scene. Reed was rushed to a hospital, where he died.
Prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the case in Franklin County Municipal Court after Butler's arrest. At the time, prosecutors said Butler was alleging that he had fired shots at Reed in self-defense.
Until the autopsy report is completed, it is not known how many times Reed was shot and where on his body.
Butler has a prior conviction from 2019 for misdemeanor domestic violence in Franklin County Municipal Court. Federal law bars people with domestic violence convictions from carrying firearms.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A suspect in the killings of & University of Idaho students was arrested in eastern Pennsylvania.
Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, was being held for extradition in a criminal homicide investigation based on an active arrest warrant for first degree murder.
The students — Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin — were stabbed to death at a rental home near campus sometime in the early morning hours of Nov. 13. The slayings initially mystified law enforcement, with investigators unable to name a suspect or locate a murder weapon for weeks.
But the case broke open after law enforcement asked the public for help finding a white sedan seen near the home around the time of the killings. The Moscow Police Department made the request Dec. 7, and by the next day had to direct tips to a special FBI call center because so many were coming in.
Goncalves, 21, Mogen, 21, Kernodle, 20, & Chapin, 20, were members of the university’s Greek system & close friends. Mogen, Goncalves & Kernodle lived in the three-story rental home with & other roommates. Kernodle and Chapin were dating & he was visiting the house that night.
Autopsies showed all 4 were likely asleep when they were attacked. Some had defensive wounds & each was stabbed multiple times. There was no sign of sexual assault.

Houston rapper Trae tha Truth has been charged in connection with an August fight with rapper Z-Ro that was captured on video.
The artist, whose birth name is Frazier Othel Thompson, 42, was charged with assault causing bodily injury, a misdemeanor charge, according to court records.
The charge stems from an August fight outside a restaurant in the 2000 block of Jefferson Street, which was captured on video posted to TMZ’s website and YouTube. The video appears to show several men kicking and striking Z-Ro, whose real name is Joseph McVey, 45, while he was lying on the ground, according to the criminal complaint.
Z-Ro told police he had walked out of the restaurant and was taking photos with fans when Trae tha Truth approached him and asked to meet, according to the complaint. When McVey went to meet Thompson, Thompson sucker punched him, according to documents.
Several other men then jumped into the fray and they took some of McVey’s jewelry when he fell to the ground, according to documents.

YFN Lucci’s attorney Drew Findling, tells TMZ … Rayshawn Bennett, AKA Lucci, has not been named as a witness in the YSL case, whatsoever. He makes it clear that Lucci has never been interviewed or subpoenaed by law enforcement, the Fulton County District Attorney's office or any of the party's regarding the YSL case.
"Any party can announce for example that Abraham Lincoln is on their witness list, but those words alone are meaningless. So, to be 100% clear, Rayshawn Bennett (Lucci) will not be a witness in the YSL case."
In case you didn't know, Lucci is currently sitting behind bars & awaiting trial on murder charges. YT & YFN are both Georgia rappers, who are known to have beef for several years which caused folks on social media to suspect he might be working with Thug's prosecutors in order to cut his own plea deal.
However, Lucci's attorney says, "His focus, as it should be, is on his pending Fulton County case."
YT & fellow YSL rapper Gunna were arrested back in May on gang-related charges tied to a 56-count indictment.
Gunna was locked up for several months before taking a plea deal by pleading guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge. He was sentenced to 5 years with 1 year commuted for the time he's already served. The other 4 will be suspended & replaced with community service & other demands.
On the other hand, Thug has been in custody for 7 months & he's slated for trial in January.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A former correctional officer at the biggest women’s prison in California has been accused of engaging in sexual misconduct against at least 22 inmates.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said it has shared the results of an internal investigation into Gregory Rodriguez, a former officer at the Central California Women’s Facility, with the Madera County District Attorney’s Office. Charges have not yet been filed against Rodriguez.
Misconduct at the hands of prison officials “shatters the trust of the public,” Jeff Macomber, the correction’s department’s secretary, said in a news release.
“We are continuing this investigation to ensure we are rooting out any employee who does not obey the law & to seek out other victims,” Macomber said.
The investigation began in July after officials discovered possible sexual misconduct by Rodriguez against inmates at the Central California Women’s Facility, the department said. The prison is in Chowchilla, a small California city about 120 miles southeast of San Francisco.
The corrections department said Rodriguez retired in August after he was approached about the investigation.

The standard-bearer of “the beautiful game” had undergone treatment for colon cancer since 2021. He had been hospitalized for the last month with multiple ailments.
Widely regarded as one of soccer’s greatest players, Pelé spent nearly 2 decades enchanting fans & dazzling opponents as the game’s most prolific scorer with Brazilian club Santos & the Brazil national team.
His grace, athleticism & mesmerizing moves transfixed players & fans. He orchestrated a fast, fluid style that revolutionized the sport — a samba-like flair that personified his country’s elegance on the field.
He carried Brazil to soccer’s heights & became a global ambassador for his sport in a journey that began on the streets of Sao Paulo state, where he would kick a sock stuffed with newspapers or rags.
In the conversation about soccer’s greatest players, only the late Diego Maradona, Lionel Messi & Cristiano Ronaldo are mentioned alongside Pelé.

The homeless daughter of MLB Hall of Famer Dennis Eckersley is facing felony charges after she misled authorities about the location of her abandoned newborn baby in forest surrounding Manchester, New Hampshire.
Police say they got a call at about 12:40 a.m. Monday about a woman who had given birth in the woods. They said the mother, 26-year-old Alexandra Eckersley, had told them to head to a particular location where she had given birth in a tent, however emergency personal searched the area frantically for about an hour to no avail.
“The search was difficult. It was dark, we had cold temperatures—about 18 degrees last night & we were not getting accurate information,” Manchester Fire District Chief John Starr said.
Police say Eckersley eventually revealed the right location & officers found the baby boy alone in a tent suffering from hypothermia. Eckersley told police she did not know she was pregnant & admitted to using cocaine, marijuana & cigarettes in the days before the baby's birth.
The newborn was being treated at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center & is alive & improving.
Once she’s released from the hospital, Eckersley, who reportedly suffers from mental illness, is expected to be arraigned in court on a charge of felony reckless conduct for hiding the baby.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The family of rapper Theophilus London filed a missing persons report with Los Angeles police this week and are asking for the public’s help, saying he hasn’t been seen in months.
London’s family & friends believe someone last spoke to the musician in July in Los Angeles.
London’s relatives have been trying to determine his whereabouts over the last few weeks & filed a police report earlier this week.
Officer Annie Moran, an LAPD spokesperson, confirmed Wednesday that a report for London had been taken. A department news release said London was last seen in the Skid Row area on Oct. 15, and his family has lost complete contact with him.
“Theo, your Dad loves you, son,” his father, Lary Moses London, said in the family’s statement. “We miss you. And all your friends & relatives are searching for you. Wherever you are send us some signal. No matter what we will come get you son.”
London posted prolifically on Instagram, but his last posts also came in July.
London, 35, was born in Trinidad and Tobago & later raised in the Brooklyn borough of New York. He was nominated for a 2016 Grammy for best rap performance for a featured spot alongside Paul McCartney on Kanye West’s “All Day.”
London has frequently collaborated with the artist now known as Ye, who produced and guested on 2014′s “Vibes.” London would often post updates on Ye’s “Donda” and “Donda 2” on Instagram, even saying that he was “promoted to tackle media duties” on Ye’s behalf for the month of February.
London himself has released three studio albums — 2011′s “Timez Are Weird These Days,” “Vibes” and 2020′s “Bebey.” He recently was a featured artist on Young Franco’s “Get Your Money,” released this past September — the month before he was last seen.
While “Vibes” was a Warner Records release, “Bebey” was released on London’s own label, My Bebey Records.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Despite expectations from attorneys, the man accused of the murder of Migos rapper Takeoff will remain in jail on a $1 million bond.
Judge Josh Hill made the decision during a bond reduction hearing on Wednesday morning.
ABC13 reported on Tuesday that 33-year-old Patrick Clark could be out of custody within 24 to 48 hours if his attorneys complete a few more requests coming from the judge. However, a different decision was made.
Clark was not in the courtroom on Wednesday. Instead, his attorney & the prosecutor appeared over Zoom in a conference with the judge.
Clark's bail was originally set at $2 million, but defense attorneys argued that amount was unconstitutional because he could not afford it.
Hill ruled to reduce the amount to $1 million during a previous court appearance, but there was some discussion that even that reduced amount would be out of reach for Clark.
However, on Tuesday, Hill ruled that previous statements made by Clark indicated that he could pay a $1 million bail & that there are bail bond companies that would take on that risk.
For that reason, the judge denied the request to lower the bond to $300,000, keeping it at $1 million.
The judge said defense attorneys could appeal the decision if they like & that would give him the ability in the future to reduce bail if needed.
Meanwhile, Clark's passport card was surrendered to the court today, the judge said.
Clark's attorney said the suspect's family is willing to put up their Houston-area home as collateral in order to bond him out of jail. In addition, the whole family will co-sign a bond issued by a bondsman if lowered, which Mark Metze, a bail bondsman, said the family has already taken care of.
