Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie will be freed from the Louisiana State Penitentiary on February 13, according to multiple sources.
Boosie, real name Torrence Hatch, has been locked up since 2009 when he violated his probation after being caught with weed.
Bun B was happy about the news and tweeted it to his 871,000 followers this morning.

Boosie has been working hard while incarcerated. He reportedly earned his GED and has written over 500 songs.
