As expected Meek Mill's debut album Dreams and Nightmares is going to have a strong first week in sales. HitsDailyDouble is projecting the Philadephia rapper will move between 175-200K units.

Meek could receive an extra boost in sales based on his strong East Coast following. Many people in that part of the country are understandably dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and may not have been able to go out and purchase his cd yet.

Are Meek's sales projections about what you expected?

By now we all know that Gucci Mane is not afraid to speak on any subject at any time. In a new interview with Atlanta's Hot 107.9, the 1017 Brick Squad boss takes aim at French Montana, Nicki Minaj and Yo Gotti.

At one point Nicki was managed by Waka Flocka's mom, Deb Antney. Gucci feels like the camp played a big part in her becoming a success. He doesn't think Nicki appreciates what was done for her.

"It's like when she came to Atlanta she gave me a shout out and said I helped her in her career," Gucci said of Nicki. "But at the end of the day I just think you keep it real with somebody you can't expect them to keep it real with you. I told you man in this industry people wanna be famous and forget the people that helped them get to where they at. I tip my hat to Nicki for being a hard worker, but at the same time she know she ain't keep it real."

Another artist Gucci took issue with was French Montana. French at one point was riding with Brick Squad heavy. He and Waka Flocka recorded the mixtape Lock Out together as well as the songs "Move Tha Cane" and "Choppa Choppa Down." Those collaborations seemed to stop when French aligned himself with Rick Ross and Diddy.

"French Montana know he didn't keep it real," Gucci said. "My thing is I ain't going out of my way to tell somebody to act real or they fake or they lame because that ain't got nothing to do with me. But when they start spilling into my business or my affairs I'm a vocal person, I usually speak on it."

Gucci saved his harshest criticism for Yo Gotti. He recently sent a shot Gotti's way on Twitter and explains why.

"I said Gotti was cool until he turned into a busta. So I wasn't saying that we wasn't even cool. I said we was cool until this point right here," Gucci explained, referring to a diss song he recently recorded. "My main problem with him that he dropped his mixtape on 10/17 and tried to ride my wave like he was an artist of mine or we get some kind of money together. So I just felt like for an artist to drop their mixtape on 10/17, which is my label. All my label mates dropped their mixtape on 10/17. Why would you drop it on 10/17 and when I call you as my partna you say, 'oh I didn't know you were dropping a mixtape.' Now the whole world know I'm dropping this [Trap God] mixtape. I've been promoting this mixtape. Both me and you on the top of Worldstar. You with a freestyle and me with a video, but you say you unaware I got a mixtape and I got a banner that says it's coming out 10/17. So it just made me lose all respect for him instantly."

The Yo Gotti tape Gucci was referring to is the CM7: The World Is Yours tape. Gotti was going to drop it on October 17th, but after Gucci's Tweet he ended up releasing it on October 18th. By that point the damage had been done and at this point he and Gucci are no longer cool.

Disney chairman Robert Iger announced Tuesday that his company is buying Lucasfilm, home of the Star Wars franchise, for $4.05 billion. Half will be paid in cash. The other half will be paid in the form of 40 million Disney shares.

"Lucasfilm reflects the extraordinary passion, vision, and storytelling of its founder, George Lucas," said Iger in a press release. "This transaction combines a world-class portfolio of content including Star Wars, one of the greatest family entertainment franchises of all time, with Disney's unique and unparalleled creativity across multiple platforms, businesses, and markets to generate sustained growth and drive significant long-term value."

George Lucas

By acquiring Lucasfilm, Disney will now oversee one of the most popular movie franchises in history. Star Wars has flourished for 35 years. The franchise has grossed $4.49 billion at the box office. It has also led to comic books, computer and video games and books.

The Star Wars universe has more than 17,000 characters living on thousands of planets and, according to the press release, spans 20,000 years

The plan is for Star Wars: Episode 7 to hit the big screen in 2015.

"For the past 35 years, one of my greatest pleasures has been to see Star Wars passed from one generation to the next," said George Lucas in a press release. "It's now time for me to pass Star Wars on to a new generation of filmmakers. I've always believed that Star Wars could live beyond me, and I thought it was important to set up the transition during my lifetime. I'm confident that with Lucasfilm under the leadership of Kathleen Kennedy, and having a new home within the Disney organization, Star Wars will certainly live on and flourish for many generations to come. Disney's reach and experience give Lucasfilm the opportunity to blaze new trails in film, television, interactive media, theme parks, live entertainment, and consumer products."

Disney CEO Robert Iger

In a video announcing the acquisition, which also includes Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic and Skywalker Sound, Iger said fans can look forward to more movies as well as consumer products, television projects, games and theme park attractions.

"George Lucas is a true visionary and an innovative, epic storyteller who has defined modern filmmaking with unforgettable characters and amazing stories," said Iger.

Lucas believes the franchise can last another 100 years.

"We have a large group of ideas and characters and books and all kinds of things," Lucas said. "We could go on making 'Star Wars' for the next 100 years."

Are you looking forward to the next Star Wars?

A woman has filed a police report with the LAPD accusing Cee-Lo Green of sexual assault.

TMZ reports that the investigation into the allegations against the Goodie Mob member and judge on NBC's The Voice is just beginning. Cee-Lo, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, denies any wrongdoing.

The police visited a downtown Los Angeles restaurant where they questioned employees and the manager there.

Cee-Lo says he hasn't visited that restaurant for at least three months.

"Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else," the singer insists.

The LAPD is not releasing the identity of the woman who filed the report. They are also not revealing what Cee-Lo is accused of doing or where it took place.

A source close to Cee-Lo told TMZ, "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody."

We'll keep you updated as this story develops.

It may seem strange, but it looks like the trio of Tyler, The Creator, Miley Cyrus and Pharell Williams might be cooking up some new music together.

Pharell Tweeted a pic of the three of them in the studio together last night.

Miley Tweeted that the she and Pharrell have developed a close relationship.

Seeing Tyler and Miley together is kind of odd given the fact that the two had a Twitter spat back in August over Miley's new haircut.

Miley fired back with a shot of her own.

No word on what they worked on or where it will end up. It will be interesting to see what Skateboard P has up his sleeve.
