Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s fight during a Harpers Bazaar party at New York Fashion Week 2018 was the culmination of a long-simmering beef between the two rappers. While the origins of their feud is a little murky, fans speculated that Nicki and Cardi traded subliminals on songs such as “No Flag” and “No Limit (Remix),” respectively—although both MCs denied any such rumors. Their joint appearance on Migos‘ “Motorsport” seemed to deepen the tension when Cardi claimed that Nicki changed her verse on the song in an interview with Capital XTRA.

With fall urgency and a cold season approaching, Kool New Dimensions delivers a nasty mixtape straight outta New York "Yo Soy Wavylike." The three-MC crew takes a attempt to get darker and nastier, with masterful mic-passing and an intuitive sense of flows that not only keeps the momentum going across 10 tracks, but also manages to convey a new school art style that lingers between rap ecstasy and anxiety-induced unease. The different song styles on this tape produced by blackribyourethebest, og9_flogon and m1theproducer are so dynamic that we couldn't help but look over our shoulders every now and again while listening. Check it out above!
