SEATTLE -- The mother of a Ballard High School student is fuming after the health center on campus helped facilitate her daughter's abortion during school hours.

The mother, whom KOMO News has chosen to identify only as "Jill," says the clinic kept the information "confidential."

When she signed a consent form, Jill figured it meant her 15 year old could go to the Ballard Teen Health Center located inside the high school for an earache, a sports physical, even birth control, but not for help terminating a pregnancy.

"She took a pregnancy test at school at the teen health center," she said. "Nowhere in this paperwork does it mention abortion or facilitating abortion."

Jill says her daughter, a pro-life advocate, was given a pass, put in a taxi and sent off to have an abortion during school hours all without her family knowing.

"We had no idea this was being facilitated on campus," said Jill. "They just told her that if she concealed it from her family, that it would be free of charge and no financial responsibility."

The Seattle School District says it doesn't run the health clinics at high schools. Swedish Medical Center runs the clinic at Ballard High and protects the students' privacy.

T.J. Cosgrove of the King County Health Department, which administers the school-based programs for the health department, says it's always best if parents are involved in their children's health care, but don't always have a say.

"At any age in the state of Washington, an individual can consent to a termination of pregnancy," he said.

But Jill says she not only didn't have a say in her daughter's abortion, but also didn't know about it.

"Makes me feel like my rights were completely stripped away."

(AllHipHop News) A war has been declared against Sean “Diddy” Combs after the mogul labeled other vodka brands as “pee pee.”

Liquor Tycoon M.J. Silver has announced a press conference will be held tomorrow (March 25) in Times Square to protest Combs’ statement that “if you’re not drinking Ciroc vodka, then you’re drinking pee pee.”

Combs made the statement during a party he was hosting earlier this month at New York hot spot, Greenhouse.

Silver who owns Georgi Argent, one of the best selling vodkas in New York, took offense to the statement and is demanding an apology from Combs.

Now, Silver and the owners of Alexi vodka and other American spirits will protest Combs’ French made Ciroc Vodka, the brand Combs’ has a 50% stake of, with the other half belonging to Diageo.

They will be putting a liters of Ciroc into a large toilet bowl and having it delivered to Diddys offices near Times Square,” a representative of the vodka wars coalition said in a statement.

The protesters will express their dismay with Combs at 2:00 PM, in front of the mogul’s oversized Sean John advertisement.

(Bloomberg) -- Prosecutors have recommended that the Washington Wizards’ Gilbert Arenas receive a three-month prison sentence for a felony gun conviction.

Arenas, who is scheduled to be sentenced March 26, also would receive three years probation and 300 hours of community service if District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Robert E. Morin agrees with recommendations requested in the sentencing memo filed today by prosecutors.

The 28-year-old Arenas pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to carrying a handgun without a license. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors said they would not ask for more than six months in jail. Morin is not bound by the accord.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Kavanaugh said in the memo that the government’s recommendation was based on evidence that contradicts Arenas’s claims about when and why he had the weapons in the team’s Verizon Center locker room, and that Arenas repeatedly minimized his culpability.

The defendant’s conduct since the time of the incident establishes that he has shown little genuine remorse for anything other than how this incident may affect his career,” the memo said.

The defense’s sentencing memo said attention to the high-profile case had “led to the development of a caricature that bears little resemblance” to Arenas.

He is a genuinely caring person, he has long devoted himself to serving the community and others, and despite a history of pranks and misguided practical jokes, he is a peaceful man who is not aggressive or confrontational in any way,” said the memo prepared by defense attorney Kenneth Wainstein.

Locker Room Confrontation

The case began with an argument over money that teammate Javaris Crittenton lost to Arenas in a card game on a Dec. 19 team flight from Phoenix and led to both players displaying weapons in the locker room. Both players were suspended for the rest of the National Basketball Association season on Jan. 27.

Everyone knows that rapper Ludacris loves intelligent women. That’s really all he dates when he decides to get serious about a girl. Luda’s baby mama, Christine, is a well-respected attorney and event planner in Atlanta. And he’s dated other Atlanta business women before settling down with his current flame, a gorgeous Miami med student.

In a recent interview with Honey magazine, Ludacris’ spoke on his current relationship status, saying “I try to preserve certain things and keep things special, and that is one thing that I would like to keep private.”

Unfortunately, Ludacris should know that as a superstar rapper, he lives his life under a microscope. His refusal to give up her name or any details about her only whet’s the blogger’s appetite for info on who she is.

Thanks to loyal reader Carsyn, we know that Luda’s fiancee’s name is Eudoxie and she’s a bilingual med student from Africa who speaks French fluently. She’s a student at the University of Miami and she’s super smart, and very low key. Luda often flies her into Atlanta to spend weekends with him at his home. And when she’s not hitting the books, she accompanies Luda to NBA games and atended his concerts while he was on tour with the Black Eyed Peas.

Additionally, Eudoxie’s Facebook page is private and she updates her statuses in French. She doesn’t mention Ludacris’ name on her FB page, but she does refer coyly to a “you know who.”

Prior to snagging Luda, Eudoxie dated a NBA player who you all should know. I’ll share more details later.

Jay Rock, the future of Cali and the West Coast, is once again expressing his distaste for comments made by O.G. rapper and Hip-Hop pioneer Ice Cube.

As previously reported Cube wrote a blog entry dissing the younger generation of rappers from his Cali home team saying that they weren't “on his level” causing Jay Rock to retaliate on Twitter, asking him just who exactly he was talking about.

Now the leader of the New West is setting the record straight on the looming drama.

In an interview with XXL, Jay Rock still says there's no beef between the two and reaffirms that he doesn't need a co-sign from Cube because he's got everything he needs; his mic, his fans, his hood and of course, his big a** gun.

"There's no hard feelings or beef between me and Ice Cube. I just take it personal when somebody says fuck us [the new West]. I've worked extra hard to get to where I am and I've done it with no co-sign from no one and I'm not looking for a co-sign from Cube or any other rapper. Like I said [on Twitter] all I need is my mic, my fans, my hood and this big ass gun on my side and I'm good to go….."

Going into further details, Jay says he felt entitled to speak his mind and call Cube out because of his upbringing in the Cali projects. According to him, he was taught to never hold his tongue.

Yeah, I was calling him out. I wanted him to say who he was talking about instead of making it look like he could've been talking about all of us new rappers. It's a lot of people that's hot about what he said but I guess I was the only n*#%a that felt the need to speak out about it. Where I'm from in the NG's [Nickerson Gardens housing projects] we don't bite our tongue. We was taught by our O.G.'s to call a nigga out on whatever."

Jay also made sure to fire some shots at the people who claim he's doing things for attention. Calling them d*#k riders, he says he's a Cube fan himself and already has all the attention he needs from magazine covers to music videos.

Let me clear this up for all the Ice Cube d*ck riders who feelings got hurt… I'm really a Cube fan and I know he paved the way for n*#%as like me. In my comments I never dissed him. I'm not looking for no attention in that way. I'm on the cover of XXL right now and I've been in every other magazine out. I've had videos on BET and MTV so attention is not what I'm looking for from this. To be real, it's the same thing he was on when he was coming up. Sh*t, the name of his group was “N*#%as With Attitude.” They spoke up on whatever they was feeling. So why is it so wrong when I say something? But I don't need no verse or no co-sign because I'm already on, champ, and I got crazy bars!

Beyonce is now officially big sister to a baby boy born to her father's mistress according to TMZ.

Seems Mathew Knowles was catting around without protection with his side piece of 18 months, Alexsandra Wright. The result is a newborn named Nixon.

Ms Wright identified Mathew as the father last October when she filed a paternity suit against him. At that time he was ordered to pay $8,200 a month in temporary child support until DNA could be established.

With that now decided lawyers for both parties are working out a final financial agreement for Nixon's child support.

Nicki Minaj has an affinity for a certain silver-screen serial killer. On Ludacris' "My Chick Bad," Minaj big-ups Mr. Freddy Krueger himself.

"Tuck yourself in, you better hold on to ya teddy," she raps. "It's 'Nightmare on Elm Street,' and guess who's playing Freddy?"

Before that, on the unofficial remix of Beyoncé's "Sweet Dreams," she name-drops the dream thief again. "Yo, Young Money right here/ Bike here, throw it up, no high chair/ Cold like a white bear/ Freddy Krueger, I'm a rap bi--- nightmare."

On the set of her "Massive Attack" video, we asked Nick if she was anticipating the upcoming remake of the popular 1980s horror film. The Jamaica Queens native said she just found out about it, but she should have had a role in the movie.

"I didn't even know they were doing it," Nicki said with her sunny smile. "They should have cast me. Like a freaking crazy lunatic running crazy down in a wig and the Freddy glove with pink fingernails on it? They missed the mark."

A bizarre round of sparring took place in the last day between rapper Joe Budden and Next of Amalgam Digital, Joe's record label.

Next took to his Twitter account to call Joey everything from a dead beat dad to a liar. The direct (private) messages below were sent to a third party, but like everything else in today's internet world didn't remain private for long. They made their way over to JoeBuddenTV.

Read what Next had to say below.

Joe responded to the accusations with the following statement:

"i’m wide awake so i’ll try my best 2 help some of u guys out while i’m bored….

first of all, 2 fully understand the dude, you’d have 2 know him, he’s a little off in the way he thinks, which i am also, but just 2 try & hint at what i’m talking about.. he believes he’s part of some illuminati shit & can control the president’s moves w/ 1 phone call (sounds wild, right ??)

cliff note version – dude wanted 2 sign SH, didn’t happen…

i signed a 2 album deal after PR, 1 digital, 1 physical w/ a 140k advance all in… 80 2 be paid up front, 60 4 them to hold 2 pay producers, mixing, etc..

said contract was 2 pages… 1 being the actual contract, 1 being the sheet 2 sign….

SH signs 2 E1..

dude then calls E1 & my lawyer saying that i’m not legally allowed 2 do that album becuz i’m signed 2 him in an exclusive capacity & sends over a contract the size of a book with my signature, stating all types of crazy ass shit… they’re in charge of my merchandise, publishing, etc, & its a 3 album deal…

i claim i didn’t sign that bullshit & there will be no ER until this matter is cleared up…

he calls 2 beg 4 ER & in exchange will clear me 2 record the SH album while we clear everything up (only way this could be done considering bith ER & the SH album were way behind schedule becuz of all this)

he puts out ER on the same date as SH (seems small, but dude had already been threatening Royce & Joell’s managers w/ dropping a Budden project in close proximity 2 anything they do, which no1 wanted naturally)

E1 wants 2 re sign SH, but here comes Shady (E1 signed us 2 a 1 album deal which every1 in the industry called them fools 4 doing)

Next then goes & cuts some deal w/ Alan (E1), what that deal included no1 really knows 4 sure, but they got a shitload of $ under the promise they’d be able 2 deliver Budden product,( remember, E1 wants Budden desperately)..

so now a hard copy of ER comes out 2 every1’s surprise & is doing great generating A LOT of $ that i haven’t seen a dime of, along with PR HH & MM royalties…

i decide i’m not handing in GE (2 E1 who’s expecting it becuz thats what they paid Amalgam 4 basically) until Amalgam has absolutely nothing 2 do w/ Budden…

keep in mind, when i did try 2 hand GE 2 amalgam, i told them they needed 2 start paying these producers w/ that other 60 b4 we start losing records (this is back when we were trying to “clear” everything up).. they said hell no, i better pay them from the 80k i got, the 60 aint movin til the albums out….

i also offered 2 pay them, in full, 140k 2 remove themselves from any situation of mine, didn’t happen… E1 offered them 200k 2 do the same, i was told “dude is crazy, he’s coming back w/ astronomical #’s, he desperately wants 2 be a part of)….

so now E1 is supposedly trying to buy that contract from them, but E1 also wants to keep that exclusivity part in there 2 have some control over the SH/Shady deal…. Shady offered a buy out, they didn’t take it, Shady offered an over ride (which they’re negotiating now 2 my knowledge)….

bottomline… Amalgam forged a contract, probably cuz they knew their piece of shit company would fall immediately once i left, but thats me guessing, who really knows why… so that, along w/ E1 trying their best 2 keep SH, is holding things up a tad bit….

take what u will outta that, i tried my best 2 help clarify without disclosing everything….

& PS… if any of u have ever bought a car… Tahiry is leasing hers 4 $500 a month, which i put the down payment on (4K)… since when did u ever need 80k 2 even buy a car ?? *jordanshrug*

but yeah… dude is a real piece of sh*t."

Joe has released several albums on Amalgam. Most notably 'Mood Muzik 3' and 'Padded Room'. From the looks of it there won't be any more solo albums from Budden anytime soon.

(CBS) When a marriage breaks up, there sometimes can be a third party. But being the "other man" or "other woman" can cost you: In seven states, you can sue the woman or man you believe broke up your marriage. And recently, this centuries' old law helped one North Carolina woman win big -- $9 million big.

Under a law called "alienation of affection" Cynthia Shackelford, 60, of Raleigh, sued Anne Lundquist, 49, of Aurora, N.Y., charging that she broke up her marriage.

"Early Show" co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez reported the concept dates back to common law, when a wife was considered property that could be stolen.

Some attorneys find the law archaic.

Tina Schuchman, a family law attorney, told CBS News, "It's ridiculous. It's absolutely ridiculous. And the trend is more and more toward shutting it down."

But in Cynthia Shackelford's case, the law was upheld in a big way. She won $5 million in compensatory damages and $4 million in punitive damages.

However, Allan Shackelford claims his marriage didn't fail because of Lundquist.

In a online post to his local newspaper, he said his wife "... wanted to divorce him at least two years before he began a relationship with Anne Lundquist. (The) marriage did not break-up because of Anne Lundquist."

But on "The Early Show," Cynthia Shackelford said she didn't say she was going to divorce him at all. At that time, Cynthia Shackleford said, she and her husband were working on improvements to their home, so their children could come over after they got married with their children.

"I had no idea that there was divorce in the future," she said. "... It was all news to me."

Cynthia Shackelford added that she didn't believe her husband was cheating.

"I didn't believe it because I trusted him," she said. "And he had told me that they were just friends. And any time any affair was mentioned it was alleged. So I just kept on and on, and just saw the path of our marriage was not doing well. And it seemed like she was always calling our house and he was always taking her home and one thing led to another."

But why sue the other woman? Rodriguez pointed out that she wasn't the one who made marriage vows.

Cynthia Shackelford responded, "But she's the one that came in between us as far as her luring ways, and which I had plenty of proof from e-mails, phone records, spending, that she alienated him from me. She used work and other ways to get in and get friendly with him, and it's like those Lifetime movies or whatever that you see that she just worked her way."

Rodriguez noted that Lundquist has said she doesn't have $9 million to pay Cynthia Shackelford.

"I'm not in it for the money, but I wouldn't believe anything she had to say anyway," Cynthia Shackelford said, adding, "But I'm just trying to send a message to other people that are like Anne (Lundquist), that if they're looking at somebody else's husband -- that's still living at home, that's still sleeping in the marital bed and comes to parties and introduces his wife at his better half -- to leave him alone and not go after him."

Lundquist is appealing the $9 million decision. But Cynthia Shackelford's lawyer Will Jordan said he believes the decision will stand.

As for the marriage law referenced in this case, Lundquist likened it to laws against people who tamper with contracts.

"Perhaps if one network tried to lure you to another against your contract, there would be a suit for interference with contract rights," he explained. "And 'alienation of affection' is very similar to that."
