As the LAPD continues to investigate, more details are emerging in the case where a woman is accusing Cee-Lo Green of sexually assaulting her.
As we previously reported, a woman filed a police report earlier this week accusing "The Voice" mentor of the crime. Since then new details have emerged.
The woman claims that Cee-Lo took her to a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles and slipped Ecstacy into her drink. She says the next thing she remembers is being naked in a bed with the Goodie Mob member in the room.
The victim, who does not live in California, went to her local authorities to report the assault and the case was referred to the LAPD.
According to TMZ, the LAPD had the woman make a "pretext call" in an attempt to get Cee Lo to admit to the crime on tape. Reportedly the singer is heard on the tape apologizing and referencing MDMA (Ecstacy). Cee-Lo does not admit to putting the drug in her drink, but does say he thought it would help them have an exciting time together.
Sources connected to Cee-Lo say no such tape exists and accuse the woman of first approaching the singer through a civil lawyer before going to police and demanding money to make the case go away.
Sources close to the accuser say her lawyer approached Cee-Lo's people to find out if he had any STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) and never asked for money.
LAPD detectives will refer the matter to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office when the investigation is completed.

El Nuevo Alarma! Magazine catalogs the most brutal crimes and deaths in Mexico City and brings the gruesome images and stories weekly to their readers. The publication claims to have a circulation of 15 million.
In this documentary, Vice rides along with crime photographer David Alvarado as he races to cover various crimes in an attempt to capture the best (goriest) photos. He has to compete with other photographers, sometimes angry mobs and police who don't want him taking pictures of their crime scenes.
Sometimes the photographers work together and share pictures from different incidents. They all depend on tips from ambulance workers, cops and ordinary citizens to the scenes fast.
According to the documentary a cop is killed almost every day in Mexico City.
David Alvarado
"Usually in Alarma! the photos are more cruel, more grotesque. So, those are the photos I have to take," says David. "We, the crime photographers - we're the eyes of the city when everyone else is asleep. Our photos let them know what happened during the night. That is our job. In general, most people are morbid. During the time you've been working with us, you've noticed how the people are always standing around. looking. That's the morbid attraction. And that's why they buy our newspapers."
At many of the accident/crime scenes the photographers get attacked by family members of the victims and the police themselves.
"I've had my camera destroyed. I've been kicked slapped and beaten up," says Davis.
Vice also talks with Miguel Angel Rodriguez Vazquez, the magazine’s editor about people's fascination with the magazine.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez Vazquez
"Alarma! readers like to see the photos," Miguel tells Vice. "But of course they want to know what happened. They want to know why it happened. But, if we dig a little deeper, the most interesting stories involve love. 'Why did he kill her? He killed his wife and then he tried to kill himself.' I think those stories attract people more. But, once again in the end, it's the image that grabs them."
A lot of the criminals in Mexico worship Santa Muerte "Saint Death." sometimes referred to as Señora de las Sombras "Lady of the Shadows." They believe she can protect them from getting caught. In return they pray to her promising gifts in return.
They pin money on her dress and also bring her weed, cocaine and liquor,
Saint Death and Jesus Malverde, the patron saint of drug dealers
Out of fear of retaliation from drug dealers, most photographers and journalists try to steer clear of reporting on narcotics related killings, but sometimes it can't be avoided.
"There's a lot of things they cannot investigate," Miguel explains. "If we report on accidents and gory crimes there's no retaliation. Anyone who goes past what you are allowed to say is running a big risk. They must be very brave. They are very brave and there's not many of them."

Meek Mill is no stranger to the battle rap scene. Early in his career he honed his emcee skills going up against other emcees. Although it's been a while, Meek feels like he still has what it takes.
Last month Meek sent out a Tweet saying he would battle DNA or E-Ness.
In a new interview with XXL's Editor at Large Shaheem Reid, Meek again expressed a desire to step back into the ring.
"I just ain't scared to do it," Meek said. "I was really the first to do two tours without having an album out. The first to do three million downloads in an hour or two. The first to jump back in the rind and battle. One of the first to be rocking arenas in cities where people never even heard of me. So why not be the first to jump back in that ring to do my thing, it's what I love."
When DNA was asked about Meek's challenge last month he said he didn't know if Meek was ready because the landscape has changed dramatically in the last few years.
"Meek Mill has battled years ago in like 2003, but with all that being said this battle world done changed.." DNA said at the time. "This ain't what they used to do in '03, this is 2012 and it's way advanced."

Meek says he's not at all worried about losing.
"I don't even have plans on losing. I lost my first battle when I was thirteen. The guy was sixteen years old, I didn't know too much. I didn't have good topics to rap about. He know more than me." Meek explained. "But since then I never lost a battle. I think I battled 1500 people in my life."
After years of being out of the scene do you think Meek has what it takes to become a top notch battle rapper again?

Yesterday the internet was buzzing because of an interview by Gucci Mane where he went at Nicki Minaj, French Montana and Yo Gotti.
As we reported at the time, Gucci called Gotti a "busta" because he was going to drop a mixtape on October 17th, the same day as Gucci's Trap God.
Gotti heard about the drama and in an interview with Devin Steel of Memphis radio station K97 he addresses it.
Gotti says he had no idea initially that his CM7 tape was coming out the same day as Gucci's.
"I do my music and I don't keep up with what other people doing," Gotti said. "When I'm locked in the studio I ain't walking around with no laptop, no iPad. I just got my phone. Foe one I ain't checking to see when you drop. It don't mean nothing to me."
Gotti said that when he found out he and Gucci were releasing mixtapes on the same day he thought it was a good thing because he and Gucci were supposed to be friends. After unsuccessfully trying to reach Gucci on the phone he found out later that it was a problem and Gucci was going to be dropping a diss record going at him.
"I'm more disappointed than anything really because I heard about the [diss] record last night. I haven't heard it yet, but I heard about the record last night." Gotti explained. "Like two or three in the morning my phone get the texts and calls like, 'homie did this, homie did that.' That comes from some of the people that's around him because they cool with me. So when he was doing it they was hitting me like, 'homie wigging.' Because they don't really understand why he doing it.. At the end of the day I'm more disappointed in him than anything because I looked at him different. What I perceived of him is not what he's playing out... the Gucci I always knew. I thought you was a straight up, stand up guy, a street type dude and street dudes don't handle business like that."
Gotti also addresses situation with Plies. Peep the rest of the interview below.
