Michael Jackson's estate is in big trouble with the Internal Revenue Service. When Jackson passed away in 2009, he was estimated to be worth $7 million. Since that time his net worth has ballooned to $1.125 billion.
The IRS alleges that MJ's estate have filed outrageously inaccurate tax returns. The agency claims it is owed $505 million in taxes. In addition, a 40% gross valuation misstatement penalty has been added to bring the total amount owed to over $702 million.
Estate tax expert, Andrew Katzenstein, of the law firm Proskauer Rose in Los Angeles, told the L.A. Times he's never seen the penalty assessed before.
"I've never even heard of the gross valuation misstatement penalty being asserted,"
The L.A. Times article noted several discrepancies between the value put on several items by the estate and the amount the IRS estimated them to be worth.
1. The IRS estimates Jackson's likeness to be worth more than $434 million. The estate listed it at $2,105.
2. The estate listed the value of Jackson's interest in the trust that owns the pop star's songs and part of The Beatles' catalogue at zero. The IRS estimates it's worth $469 million.
3. Another trust said to be worth just $2.2 million by the estate is actually worth $60.6 million, according to the IRS.
If the full amount said to be owed has to be paid Jackson's children, Blanket, Prince Michael and Paris will be dealt a significant financial blow.
Expect the estate to vigorously fight the judgement.

Ma$e recently stopped by Detroit radio station Hot 107.5 to chop it up with Bijou Star. He spoke on his forthcoming album, the difference between this generation of hip hop and his, being the only artist to get paid from Diddy, current artists he likes, wanting to smack J. Cole up because he dissed him
"I like J. Cole when he's not taking shots at me," Ma$e said. "I saw him one day, I was gonna hit him, but I felt like I was too grown to be knocking light skin people out. But I really like him as an artist. That's a different generation. In our generation you said something on a record, we see you it's action. But when I saw him I was thinking, 'Oh, he's just a kid... he don't get it.'"
The and off again minister goes on to talk about his relationship with Cam'Ron and Jim Jones.

This is just the beginning for Mobb Deep affiliate Nyce Da Future and his Royal IV Life team, consisting of Matt Reeves, Lot A Nerv, Hollywood Hansum and Fes Taylor.
Nyce and Hollywood hail from Queens, New York. Lot, Matt and Fes rep Staten Island. They are currently working on their debut mixtape entitled "Nue Liphe On Marz," which is coming soon.
All five are established solo artists who have formed an alliance to bring real hip hop back to the forefront.
Many of you may remember Nyce from his previous work with Prodigy, Havoc, Hot Rod and Mike Knox.

Trinidad James is currently being booked into a Panola County jail for a marijuana related offence. According to TMZ, the "All Gold Everything" rapper was getting high in a Batesville, Mississippi Holiday Inn today when he was popped.
Trinidad was scheduled to perform tonight at The Lyric Oxford in Oxford, Mississippi.
No word yet on the exact charges. We'll update the story as more information becomes available.

The F.A.M. was live and on set of LaLa's Fullcourt Life reality show for Po Johnson's segment called "The Prom that Never Happened". The F.A.M.'s own E. Andaluz the Artist created a pop art piece live for the show. He used fabric for the prom dresses and pasted accessories on the stars of this VH1 reality show to give the masterpiece a 3d effect. The background was created in layers of airbrush and spray painting which really created a sleek design. Give us your input on what E. Andaluz should paint next.

Well, that didn't last very long. Barely two weeks after getting married, Terrell Owens is already heading to divorce court.
Owens eloped with 33-year old postal worker Rachel Snider at a courthouse in Newhall, California on January 23. Apparently, Rachel has already seen enough. She's packed her belongings, left California and is seeking to end the marriage.
Snider told TMZ that the 40-year old former NFL star only married her to secure a loan on a $2 million dollar crib he wanted in Sherman Oaks, California.
"I felt in love and now I feel betrayed and heartbroken. I really valued his love and friendship for 5 years. Out of the love in my heart, I tried to help him. We had a secret relationship for 5 years and I married him for love."
Hopefully they can resolve their problems and work things out.
