In a scene eerily similar to the death of her mother, Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown was found in her Roswell, Georgia home unresponsive in a bathtub Saturday, January 31.
Bobbi's husband Nick Gordon and a friend arrived at the home around 10 a.m., found her and immediately began to administer CPR. Police and paramedics arrived and continued life saving measures.

Bobbi was transported to North Fulton Hospital. CNN reports that doctors have stabilized her breathing.
The 21-year old is the only child of singers Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston.
Whitney died February 11, 2012 at the age of 48. She was found unresponsive, submerged in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills.. Her death was later ruled an accidental drowning.
**UPDATE** February 1
Doctors have placed Bobbi Kristina in a medically induced coma to reduce swelling to her brain. She was found face down in the bathroom of the home she shares with her husband Nick Gordon on Saturday.
When Gordon and a friend found her she was not breathing. He performed CPR before police and paramedics arrived and took over.

“She is still alive and breathing and other than that I do not know her condition at this time,” Roswell Police Department public information officer Lisa Holland said during a Saturday news conference. “Investigators are on the scene at the hospital and the house. They are talking with friends and family that were at the house at the time to see if there was a cause. If it was other than health conditions."
Authorities still don't know what caused Bobbi to lose consciousness. CNN reports that police searched her home and found no signs of drugs or alcohol.
Bobbi's father, Bobby Brown and Tyler Perry arrived at the hospital last night, according to TMZ.

If Dr. Dre was supposed to meet Suge Knight to iron out their differences on Thursday, January 29, he didn't get the memo. As a matter of fact the super producer has been trying to stay as far away from his former business partner as possible because he wants no part of the trouble that follows Knight everywhere he goes, according to TMZ.
Sources close to Dre cited Knight's shooting last August as an example of the kind of trouble they want to avoid with the record executive's many enemies. At the time Knight was hit by six bullets at a pre-VMA part at 1 Oak nightclub in Hollywood. The shooter was never arrested even though police have surveillance footage from inside the club.
As we previously reported, Knight claims that his friend Terry Carter set up a peace treaty meeting with Dre at Tam's Burgers in Compton following a scuffle between Knight and security on the set of the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton.

When Knight arrived for the supposed meeting he wound up in a fight with two men. As he tried to run one of them over with his truck he hit and killed Carter. If a meeting had been brokered, Carter took that information with him to the grave.
Knight is currently being held on charges of murder in an L.A. jail. His bail is set at $2 million.

The mega-fight boxing fans have been craving is finally going to happen. TMZ reports that Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have come to terms on what will be the highest grossing fight in boxing history.
The two sides had been negotiating, but seemed to reach a snag because of Mayweather's disdain for Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter.
Things kicked back into high gear when the two fighters met face-to-face for the first time earlier this week in Miami at a Heat game. They exchanged phone numbers and reportedly met in private after the game.
All the particulars have been agreed to. The fighters will sign the paperwork soon. The bout will take place May 2 in Las Vegas. The weight limit will most likely be 147 pounds. Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KOs) holds the WBO Welterweight belt. Mayweather has an undefeated record of (47-0, 26 KOs). He currently holds the WBC, WBA and The Ring Welterweight titles.
**UPDATE** February 1
The Floyd Mayweather Jr./Manny Pacquiao could still happen on May 2, but as of now the deal isn't done, despite a TMZ report to the contrary.
Floyd took to his Shots account on Saturday, January 31, to shoot down the report.

While a lot of issues have been agreed upon, Yahoo Sports reports that negotiations between the two major cable networks that have exclusive rights with both fighters have reach an impasse.
Mayweather has a contract with Showtime. Pacquiao's deal is with HBO. Both networks want the rights to air the fight replay.
Promotional aspects of the deal also need to be worked out. Don't expect an official agreement to be reached until later this week at the earliest. That's if the two sides can overcome these latest hurdles.

Suge Knight was attempting to mend a fence that's been broken for a long time when he fatally hit his friend Terry Carter with his truck on Monday, January 29, in Compton, California. At least that's the story coming out of his camp.
TMZ reports that Knight went to the set of the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton to put his beef with Dr. Dre to rest. The two co-owned Death Row Records until Dre left in 1996 to form his Aftermath Entertainment label. He and Suge have been on bad terms ever since.
When Dre's security asked Suge to leave the movie set a scuffle ensued. Police broke up the fight and Knight left the scene.
Ice Cube told TMZ that filming had wrapped for the day. Neither he or Dre were on set at the time of the fight.

Carter reportedly brokered a meeting between Dre and Suge to be held at Tam's Burgers later that day. When the record mogul showed up he was attacked by Cle "Bone" Sloan and another man before exiting his truck. Suge put his vehicle in reverse and hit Sloan.
As Sloan lay injured on the ground Knight attempted to run him over, but instead fatally struck Carter, who was trying to pull Sloan to safety.

“It appears clear ... Mr. Knight was physically assaulted while he was going to the location. His window was open and these four individuals grabbed him and beat him,” James Blatt, Knight's attorney, told the L.A. Times. "As to why these men would attack Knight, it's just too complicated to get into. He made an effort to escape, he was in fear for his life. And that’s exactly what he did.”
Blatt added that cell phone records will vindicate his client.
Suge is currently being held in an L.A. County jail on murder charges. His bail is set at $2 million.

Missy's appearance was supposed to be a surprise, but the cat was let out of the bag when a person speaking on condition of anonymity confirmed the news to The Associated Press.
The two superstars previously collaborated remix of Perry's song "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" in 2011.
Lenny Kravitz has been announced as Perry's other halftime guest. The big game kicks off Sunday, February 1, on NBC at 5:30 p.m.

Ty Dolla $ign and YG have been accused of beating up an Australian man at Eve Nightclub in Melbourne on Sunday, January 25.
TMZ reports that the two hosted an after party at the club then headed towards the VIP area with their crews. When they got there it was occupied. The rappers ordered everyone out, but one man refused to leave.
The alleged victim claims he was punched, kicked in the head and thrown out of the club. When police arrived the club was shut down. No arrests were made at the time, but cops are now investigating the incident.
Sources close to both entertainers say they didn't touch the man. They insist he was thrown out by club security.
